This is for real, just recently released XBMC add-ons called SuperTV enables you to watch/streaming LIVE TV channels from tons popular TV channels in US and Europe.
Get Started – Install SuperTV.
Download the ZIP XBMC add-on here.

Launch XBMC, go to System > Settings > Add-ons > Install from zip file

Navigate to the location where you previously downloaded. Install SuperTV-1.105.5.zip (you should always download and install the latest version whenever available)

Once you have installed, navigate back to the main menu. Go to Programs

Launch SuperTV.

Now all the channels around the world are on your finger tip. I’ve personally tested some of the channels within United States, shows like ABC, CBS, FOX and ESPN all seems to be fully working at the moment of writing this post.

There you have it, there are over hundreds channel you can choose from, some might work some might now. But hey, if you are just for some live news or sports shows this is the perfect tool you need for your living room. Plus if you have an second generation jailbroken Apple TV, you can watch this on your big TV at your living room instead.
If your video stopped after 60 seconds
There is a fix for that if your video stopped playing/steaming after 60 seconds. You need to replace this DLL file at the following location

Program Files/XBMC/system/players/dvdplayer/librtmp.dll

if you need to update your XBMC in the future make sure this DLL file gets properly updated as well. You can download and update libRTMP here. (PC) For all other platforms go visit this wiki page.

If you have a SSD drive this will be more beneficial for you, if you have a regular physical spindle hard drive this guide will also help you to reduce your disk size.

Over the years the number one issue that prevents SSD to adapt wildly to a wider audience is the lack of disk storage space. Because this people would choose to spend extra money to buy larger SSDs, or spend as less as they can to buy a SSD that can just fit for a Operating System to install. While its true there is a limited disk space with SSD, but there are few ways you can use the limited storage space wisely.

Here are 7 ways to reduce your disk space usage up to 10 GBs while preserving all your user data and programs that you have installed. Sounds too good to be true ? Keep reading and find out.

1. Disable Windows Hibernation

This will instantly give you back few GB disk space depending on how large your memory is. By default, Windows will create a hidden hibernation file that matches the exact size of your total usable memory. If your system has 8GB of RAM, by disabling Hibernation will instantly give you back 8GB of disk space on your OS partition. Check out the guide on how to disable Hibernation in Windows 7.

2. Reduce Page File Size

If you already have a relative large memory, you can reduce the virtual memory (Page File) that are being used by your system. It is not recommend to eliminate the use of Page File, but you can certainly reduce the size by manually. Check out the guide on how to reduce and change page file size in Windows 7.

3. Cleanup Services Pack Backup File

Windows 7’s SP1 (Services Pack 1) has been out for a while, by now if you have your computer set to automatically update your system. You should have SP 1 installed, if you haven’t run into any issues after the update, it’s time to delete the Services Pack Backup file and gain your valuable disk space back. Check out the guide on how to delete Service Pack Backup files in Windows 7.

4. Reduce/Clear Browser Cache Size

Every browser will store images and contents of the sites that you always visit. Unless you disabled browser cache, by default browser will store your cache differently, for a general way to remove browser cache we recommend to use this utility called CCleaner.

5. Migrate User Profile From Primary OS Partition to a separate hard dive/partition

If you all of the above methods are not enough for you, chances are you have too much data stored in your user profile. Usually user data (user profile) will occupy a large portion of your disk space, by following this guide you will learn how to change the Windows default User Profile location from C drive to D drive or any other partition. And by doing so, you are reducing your OS partition disk storage size.

6. Use TreeSize or Other Utility To find un-common temporary files

TreeSize is an utility to let you visually see how much storage each folder/sub folder is occupying. By doing so, if you are an advanced user, this tool will let you to find files that are unusually large hence hunt down the source of the issue and possibly eliminating those files.

7. Archive Old Files into ZIP

Yes this is old school, but it still works very well if your primary goal is to reduce the disk space usage. And Last but not Least Clean up core dump files after Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD), and Windows System Restore points are all the tweaks you can to do reduce the disk space size.

Update : to clean up dump files go to start menu > type “Disk Cleanup” > choose C:\ or your OS main partition.

See the screenshot above, check “System error memory dump files.

How Windows Explorer Calculates the Size of a File?

Did you notice the difference in file size between the Size column and Details Pane? One shows 1KB and one just at 79 bytes. Not much a big deal but it’s interesting knowing how Windows Explorer decides the size of a file.

The value in the Size column is always calculated in KB (kilobytes), regardless of how small or large the file is. And it’s always rounded up to the nearest KB. For example, the Windows8desktop file shown above is only in 79 bytes but is rounded up to 1 KB in Size column. Unless a file that is truly in 0 byte, it’s better not showing in 0 byte, isn’t it?
The value in the detail pane, on the other hand, uses a much more adaptive units in three significant digits: byte, KB, MB, or GB, all depending on how big or small the file is. The result, for example, a file in 19465 bytes (equals 19.0088 KB) shows up in Size column as 20KB but in Details Pane as 19.0 KB.

In another words, Windows Explorer uses different round-up method in these two places.

Download Torrents Directly to Dropbox

Boxopus is an online service currently in beta stage which helps you in downloading your torrents directly to your dropbox account. As due to beta stage the service might have some up and downs but for making your downloading easier this is good alternate. So now if you are not aware about the bittorent clients you can still download the torrents and directly get them delivered to your computer’s dropbox account.

So now you can follow out the below guide on how you can use this online service. The setup would be really easy so you do not need to have any practical deep knowledge just a small sign up and you are up with service.

How to use Boxopus Online Service :

1. First of all register for a new Boxopus.com free account.

2. Now when you are registered on their website you have to click on Assign Dropbox Account.

3. Now you have to sign in to your dropbox account and click on Allow to let boxopus access your dropbox account and than create a new apps and boxopus folder.

4. Now you just have to download the .torrent file from any torrent sites and than click on browse to choose that file and than click on Put in my dropbox.

Well this is the Photoshop tutorial for you. In this tutorial, we'll go through a very easy process of changing the color of the eyes to whichever color you want.

1. Open up the photo in Photoshop that you want to change the eye color on.

2. Click the "Edit in Quick Mask Mode" toggle button.

3. Select an appropriate brush size and choose black as your foreground color.

4. Zoom in on the iris of the eye and begin painting over the entire eye. The appearance will come out as a transparent red tone to indicate where you are applying a mask.

5. Click the "Edit in Standard Mode" toggle button.

6. Goto Select > Inverse. Only the iris of the eye should now be the selected area.

7. Goto Image > Adjustments > Color Balance.

8. When the Color Balance pop-up appears, adjust the sliders to get the color of the eye that you want.

9. Click OK and you will have changed the color of the iris to the color you chose.

10. However, the color of the iris is sometimes too bright. So goto Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation.

11. Adjust the Saturation slider to the left to decrease the brightness intensity of the color.

12. Click OK to accept the changes and you should now have your new realistic eye color change!

And then you are done!
I hope you enjoyed it!

The woman in this shot is not a model, and she has a lot of character so we don’t want to overdo it with the smoothing. We will make it look real and natural.

The Image

You can get the image we’re using in this tutorial from Free Range Stock here. The technique can be applied to a beauty shot as well, you would just have to adjust the settings on some of the steps to get a more extreme smoothing effect.

Step 1

If you look at the blue channel, you will notice that it doesn’t look so good. There are a lot of JPG artifacts that you don’t really see when looking at the RGB composite, but it’s good to fix it for a variety of reasons. Importantly, it will reduce the color noise in the image and give us more flexibility when making corrections later down the line.

Duplicate the Background layer. On the new layer go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Enter 10 for the radius. Hit OK. Set the layer’s blending mode to color. Double-click on the layer to the right of the name to open the blending options. Under Advanced Blending, uncheck the R and the G. This makes the layer only affect the blue channel no matter what we do to it. Now go back and check out the blue channel. Looks better.

Step 2

Now I will use Curves to balance the color in the image. I suggest using Curves over Levels for everything. Curves just gives you much more control.

Download my curve preset to your hard drive.

Create a new Curves Adjustment layer at the top of the layers palette, then click the little button to the right of the Preset control, and select Load Preset and load the file.

Step 3

The technique that we are going to use to smooth out the face doesn’t require very much cloning at all. I do want to use the Healing Brush Tool (J) on any major freckles or blemishes, in this case her four large freckles.

Create a new blank layer just above the background copy. Select the Healing Brush (J) and make sure that "Sample All Layers" is checked on the property bar. Paint over those spots to remove them.

A good rule of thumb is to never modify your source image in any way. That is why we used the healing brush on a new layer. You never know when you might need to go back to where you started.

Step 4

Select the three layers below the Curve layer. Drag them down to the New Layer button to duplicate them. Hit Command+E to merge the three duplicates.

Select the Polygonal Lasso Tool and click around her face until all the skin is selected. It doesnt need to be too neat. Now go back, and while holding Alt, click around and deselect anything that is not skin like the eyes, eyebrows, lips, and nostrils. Go back once more and deselect any areas of detail that need to remain, like the edge of the nose, her dimples, her collar bones, and the edge of her chin. This is what my selection looks like as a quick mask:

Hit Shift+Command+I to invert the selection and then Delete to delete those pixels. You won’t actually notice a change because the layers below are the same as the layer we are working on.

Step 5

Go Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Enter 20 for the Radius. Set the layer Opacity to 75%. Select and duplicate the same bottom three layers just like we did before. Hit Command+E to merge them. Put that layer just above the blurred layer. With the new layer selected, hit Command+Alt+G. This creates a clipping mask, which is indicated by the arrow pointing down on the layer. This means that the layer on top will use the bottom layer’s transparency as a mask.

Step 6

With your new layer still selected, go to Filter > Other > High Pass. Enter 4 for the Radius.

Now you can really see how that clipping mask is working, but not for long. Set the blending mode of the layer to Linear Light and set the Opacity to 40%. Done!

Rollover the image below to see the before / after…

This will pretty much work on any portrait, but the goal isn’t to make the person look like a model, it’s just meant to smooth things out a bit yet still look natural. That is why it works well on everyday average people.

Install paid Android Applications for free

Android is one of the best OS available right now as its is owned and developed by Google. Now all the latest phones comes with this new OS preinstalled in them and it's really awesome. You have many apps and games which you can play on your smart phone but the thing is that many good ones are paid, so to get those paid ones you have to link your debit card then pay them and then you can enjoy those games or you can simply install a simple app with which you can download those apps for free of cost.

"Applanet" is that small awesome application for Android devices which alows you to download any apps or games those are paid for free. It is somewhat same like Installous app we have for iPhone which we install using Cydia.

How Applanet Works :

Applanet is a simple app for Android which simply provides with the paid apps and games for free which you can download right on phone. You simply download and install this app and then search - download - install any application from it for free. It's totally free of charge and simply takes a few minutes to install.

How to Download & Use Applanet :

Now if you also want to install paid apps and games for free on your android device then simply Download Applanet App for your Android phone and then copy it to your phone, now navigate to it through file manager or anything and click on it to install it.

Now simply navigate to this app from your application menu and fire it up, enjoy searching and downloading apps on the go. If you find this difficult and cannot make it up with it then comment below with your problem and hopefully I will solve it for you. Enjoy!

But, at 9PM, 10PM, or 3AM, you probably shouldn't be looking at the sun.

F.lux fixes this: it makes the color of your computer's display adapt to the time of day, warm at night and like sunlight during the day.

It's even possible that you're staying up too late because of your computer. You could use f.lux because it makes you sleep better, or you could just use it just because it makes your computer look better.
The app is available for Android and iPhone only but there are quite a few third-party websites that let you explore Instagram photos on the computer without needing any apps.

For instance, here’s Obama’s account on Instagram that you can view in any desktop or mobile browser. If you have an account on Instagram, you can even comment or like the photos from your computer itself.

Instagram Mobile on your Desktop

Most Instagram web apps transform your Instagram feeds into beautiful photo galleries but if you prefer to have the “original” mobile interface, check this Chrome extension of the same name.

It sits as an icon in your Chrome address bar and provides you access to your Instragram feed with a click on any web page. Unlike other Instragram apps, this extension recreates the real app-like experience on your desktop and you can do everything with your photo stream – much like the native mobile app – except for uploading new photos. Or hit the menu in the top-left corner to view the most popular Instagram photos of the day.

It seems that from now on, the word "Twitter" won't be part of Twitter's branding: The new logo is nothing but a redesigned, simplified version of the site's iconic blue bird. If you are a regular networker than you might not be able to figure out a difference between the current one and the earlier one.

The new bird update brings some darker appeal in it changing their main color from sky blue to darker blue well obviously in that same variant. The birds beak is little bit higher positioning upwards in some direction. Well as said by the twitter team there new logo is just a creation out of 3 circles set making this new cool logo, I think the new update is pretty good its simple and easy to be scanned in any way. The latest version of Firefox includes two new notable updates to the Home and new Tab pages. The official release of Firefox 13 will happen on June 5 but as typical with Mozilla, they have placed the final release on its servers a bit early.
The biggest change for this release is the Home page which you can get to by typing home in the address bar.

The interface allows the user to customize their experience with bookmarks, downloads, history, sync, and even the option to restore your previous session. Users will be provided with an OOBE to setup this page when they first launch Firefox 13. Among other small tweaks is a new Tabs page that appears to take inspiration from Chrome and Opera by providing thubmnails of the sites you have previously viewed and there is also a 'Tabs on demand' which aims to speed up your browsing experience.

As always, Firefox 13 is available free of charge.

Download: Firefox 13 ( Windows )

Download: Firefox 13 ( Mac )

The marriage took place on 19th of May 2012 and obviously we are posting it too late, but the ceremony is not done as all are usually done this ceremony was a having some VIP conditions and only 100 people were present at that ceremony.
The ceremony was not like over wealthy but simply normal with a simple beautiful ring being presented to Priscilla Chan. From the Facebook side Mark has already updated his relation status as "Married", hopefully Priscilla will be a big support for Mark in his future career.

Here’s a step-by-step guide that will help you create a bootable DVD using Windows 8 ISO images. If your computer doesn’t have a DVD burner, you may create bootable USB flash drives as well using the same procedure.

Download the ISO image of Windows 8 available at microsoft.com.

Download and install the Windows 7 DVD / USB tool available at microsoftstore.com. It’s a free utility that is compatible with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.

Launch the utility and browse for the ISO file that you downloaded in Step 1.

If you are creating a bootable DVD, use DVD as the media type else use USB device in case you want to turn your external disk or Flash Drive into an installation media.

For this example, we will create a bootable Windows 8 DVD so let’s insert a blank disk and hit the Begin Burning button.

In the next few minutes, the bootable DVD will be ready for you to install Windows 8 on any of your other machines. Good luck!

Here are some essential extensions for Google Chrome that will add new and missing features to the YouTube website thus improving your overall YouTube experience. I am sure that you will enjoy your time with there extensions. They are amazing!

The Best YouTube Extensions for Google Chrome

1. Looper – This add a new “Loop” button near the YouTube video player and once clicked, the current video will play in an infinite loop until you hit stop. This comes handy if you are enjoying a music video on YouTube that you want to watch (or listen) over and over again.

2. Toggle Comments – Viewer comments on YouTube videos are annoying, they rarely add any value and are often filled with profanity. The Toggle Comments add-on will automatically hides the comments from all YouTube video pages (default behavior) but you can always press the “Comments” switch to bring them back.

3. Turn off the lights – This lets you watch YouTube videos in a distraction free environment. While you are on a YouTube video page, click the bulb icon in the Chrome address bar and everything but the video player will fade to dark – much like the cinema screen. You can also use the shortcut key Ctrl + Shift + L to toggle between regular view and dimmed background view.

4. YouTube Feed – If you have subscribed to multiple channels on YouTube and would like to be notified as soon as new videos become available in your subscriptions list, the YouTube Feed extension is for you.

YouTube Feeds adds a little button to your Chrome extensions bar and offers almost instant notifications whenever new videos are uploaded or liked by the channel owners that you are subscribed to.

5. YouTube Thumbs – YouTube generates three thumbnail images for all videos and sometimes these still frames can give you a good idea of what the video is all about.

With the YouTube Thumbs extension installed, you can hover your mouse over any video thumbnail on the YouTube website and it will auto-play the three thumbnails in a loop much like an animated GIF.

<ins style="border: none; display: inline-table; height: 90px; margin: 0; padding: 0; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 180px;"></ins>
<ins id="aswift_0_anchor" style="border: none; display: block; height: 90px; margin: 0; padding: 0; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 180px;"></ins>

6. YouTube PIP – You are watching a video on YouTube but would simultaneously like to work on other tabs as well. Earlier I would “detach” the browser tab that contained the YouTube video and then used Always on Top to ensure that the video was always in the foreground but there’s a better way – YouTube Picture-in-Picture.

With YouTube PIP, the video detaches itself from the Chrome browser, docks to the corner of your desktop and always stays on top without requiring any additional programs. Thus you can work on other things while the video plays in the foreground.

7. <del datetime="2012-06-01T15:03:29+00:00"></del>YouTube Downloader
– I am not sure how this extension made it to the official Google Chrome store but if you ever wish to download any YouTube video as an MP4 video or as an MP3 audio file, this will help you do that in one click [removed].

8. YouTube Ratings – If I were to install just one YouTube extension in Chrome, it would most definitely be YouTube Ratings.

This useful extension adds a color-code ratings bar next to every video thumbnail that displays the percentage of likes (green) and dislikes (red) of the corresponding video. Thus you can easily figure out whether a video is worth watching or not without having to open the video page.

All-in-One Chrome Extensions for YouTube

The YouTube extensions listed above are meant to perform exactly one task but there are several add-ons that can do even more.

I have tried three extensions in this category – Magic Actions, YouTube Options and Fancy Tube – they are extremely powerful and let you customize most parts of YouTube including the default playback quality, the size of the video player, they can block ads (including pre-rolls), they offer cinematic mode and more.

The extensions are versatile though the choices they offer can easily intimidate new users.

Some webmasters using JavaScript to disable the right click menu on their websites to prevent people from saving images onto their desktop. But now I'll give you a simple way, without JavaScript.

Standard image code sample :

Add this code after image URL :

oncontextmenu="return false;"

Finally your code looks like this :

If you have any question, feel free to ask by adding a comment.

No doubt there are tools such as Magic eraser that can remove backgrounds but using them is very frustating. Photoshop is best option for removing background and within minutes you will be able to do this. Often we come across situations where we have to give different background to an image or just simply remove the background. In this article we will learn how to do this. So lets see how this works.

Follow these simple steps to remove background from images-
Step 1: Open the image in photoshop.

You might be wondering how photoshop will remove this complex background. You will get to know the power of photoshop, just follow the simple steps.

Step 2: In Layer pallete Right click your background layer and select Layer From Background.

It automatically renames as Layer 0, press OK.

Note: Your Layer pallete should have only one single layer as shown in following screenshot.

Step 3: Select Lasso Tool.

Using Lasso Tool draw a rough selection around the image.

Important: Make sure selected mode is Pencil to provide sharp edges to eraser.

Now using the eraser delete the unwanted parts around image;

Well but there are some problems or you can say some inbuilt crap which comes bundled with every blog you create and one thing from that is that Navbar which is a kind of bar which floats top of your blog with some options from signing in and navigating to other blogs or something like that.

So now if you do not like this Navbar you can easily hide it using a small CSS trick.
Well we are just going to add a piece of line in the template which will make your Navbar vanish away. So follow the below steps on how to do it and easily hide your own.

Go to Blogger.com and Sign in to your account.

Now choose your blog and navigate to Template > Edit HTML.

Now find </b:skin> and paste the below code right above it, and click on Save.

#navbar-iframe{height:0px;visibility:hidden;display: none !important}

That’s it. now just refresh your blog and your Navbar will be gone, totally hidden and vanished away.
Some refer to Facebook as the Social Media revolution which has impacted nearly a billion people – that’s right, there are now approximately 800 million users on Facebook not to shy of the billion mark. It’s clear Facebook has had some obvious changes throughout the past, from the initial launch the name was originally registered under “TheFacebook.com” later changed to just Facebook.com because it was simple and easier.

Many of us are curious about what this great social networking site may have looked
like in the past, today we are going to take a look at a few of the makeovers from 2005 to present.

2005: The Facebook
Less than a million users using Facebook at the time this image was snapped shot.

Even back in 2005 we still can see how simple Facebook was, the color scheme hasn’t changed but the layout has definitely been improved!

Facebook 2006:

Welcome 2006, just a year later new changes are introduced including the “news feed” and “mini-feeds” which display a users activity.

Facebook 2007:

We’re definitely getting there! Not a whole lot different from the 2006 profiles, but you can see how most of the content a user would access is located on the left side as well as the search, still a very simple and clean design.

Facebook 2008:

2008 brought a great FB makeover, as you can see the tabs at the top for Wall, Info and Photos. Users were also introduced to the application tab as well as publisher toolbar which made it possible for users to create status updates, share links and more to his/her profile.

Facebook 2009:

I’m sure many of us are familiar with the 2009 design! Facebook introduced the “fan pages” I still remember the become a fan buttons which quickly changed over to like buttons because “like”. Liking or becoming a fan of a page would let you see that pages updates posted directly to your wall which has became a great way for business to grow online through social media.

Facebook 2010:

2010 Facebook introduced the classic photo banner which we are all very familiar with. Other then that changes remained just about the same. Facebook also informed you what friends/fans you had in common in the upper right-hand corner of each page.

Facebook in 2011:

Welcome 2011! Many of us are aware of the Facebook ticker which was added in the upper-right hand corner of Facebook, this displays the latest feed from our friends and essentially people we are subscribed to, it shows all activity, comments and more. Some are concerned that the Facebook Ticker is a privacy concern to users.

The Facebook Timeline: Digital Scrapbook

At last we present the latest profile change which completely gives Facebook a new style, look and feel. The timeline profile is meant to be like a digital scrapbook where users can add photos and even add years on their timeline before they even ever setup an account. The new timelines will be released soon.

What’s Next?
The latest announcement if the Facebook Timelines, what perhaps do you think is next? What should we expect to see in a year or two? I want you readers to use your creativity and come up with some ideas for what upcoming designs, whether it be for an application, profile makeover or more! Be creative.
