Today 30 december, we have count all votes: The raking ones and the extra ones (1 vote extras per each picture which you upload in the gallery, 3 votes per each blog entry and 30 per video uploaded this month). The extra points have decided the real winner who we will reveal her name: 2th January.

We have a winner. She is Sknlesseductress. she has won the contest for 3 months!!. Below you have the list of 6 first girls. This month we have change the rules to get extra votes. Now each model who submit:
+1 extra vote per photo added to you gallery
+3 extra votes per blog entry

Animal: Hmm, has to be my eyes.

Animal: Ha! urm, well I recently just bought
the red pvc dress that I used for the Jessica Rabbit suit which has gotten
some attention.

Animal:somewhere with alcohol, I am incredibley shy, so I would need to loosen up first.

Animal:Hmm probably a forest, but the main road was not too far away =/

Animal: Um.. mix and match make up techniques, don't be too afraid to go overboard, you can always wipe it off. experiment and be yourself!

KARENZA & ANGELOVA, the good girls

Gothic models are classified according to genre. The same happen with music. So you can talk about: pin-up, fetish, lolitas,... Nowadays people talk about ANGEL MODELING (It's difficult give the translation exactly). This tendency was born in Europe (Germany, France,...). The look of this models are the same of a gothic, heavy, punk girl, a normal day when they go to school, work,... It's a simple look, without going overboard. That is the opposite tendency of the gothic aesthetic which we know. So we think that is a sort of reaction.

In Gothix Girls we have two girls who we can say that they are in angel modeling trends: Karenza and Angelova

VICIOUS KURAI & SKNLESSEDUCTRESS

VICIOUS KURAI opened the discusion. She wrote: " ANGELOVA- seriously people, why is that number 1? The think I dont like about gothixgirls is that it is just a popularity contest and she is proof."

We are going to explain how the contest work.

STEP 1: Pre-selection - Girls send us their profiles and pictures by a form which you will find in this site.
STEP 2: if the girl is selected, we publish her profile in the site.

For us, it's very important that girls with facts say 'I'M HERE'. For exemple, Vicious Kurai with her porst or Sknlesseductress are two exemples. We can know her opinions. Thanks to their collaborations in Gothix Girls (forums, galleries, blogs, members area), they show us small pieces of her personality.

Of course, if you have a lot of friends you can get a lot votes but that will work once or twice. But friends finish to get fed up with doing the same thing every month. And when the girl loose the vote of friends or the girl doesnt have a lot of friends, the only way to get popularity is collaborating in her blogs, forums, members area,.. because their profiles appear in the main pages of the site. Now we are giving a lot of extra points to girls who collaborate in Gothix Girls. So we think we can get an equilibrium.

At the present SKNLESSEDUCTRESS has been the winner of Gothix Girls TWICE!!! And she has got that due to her collaborations in blogs, galleries,... and she has got a lot of popularity. When you enter in Gothix Girls is one of first people who you know. And the translation of that are a lot votes. Of course there are a lot of girls more who collaborate and they are in the same situation. That was only an example

We got a surprise with Holly D, a new girl, and she got the third position, due to her participation.
Vicious Kurai and Moryave are new in our top girls. Take care girls, they seen very dangerous.

Sknlesseductress, Miss Gothix Girls of October 2008

We have a winner!! It was very difficult because the girls have fought till the end. There have been models who their popularity is increasing a lot. For exemple, Angelova (one of favourite for our visitors)or Sharuzen.
But the big surprised has been when two new Gothix Girls have got very good positions and have got our visitors fall in love with them. We are talking about Sknlesseductress (our winer) and DarkV. Engraved on your memory these two names, because they could become our next two new stars. The have got what no girl has got before.
Lilith Ave Satanas and Melle Noire are two new surprises in our ranking, beware of them!!

How we choose the girl of the month

About our ranking section, we count the votes called "model ranking" ( we ignore the ranking mode Pageviews and Out ) and where you read "This month" that is the number which we take into our account. We will choose the girl, who get more votes, day 30 of each month. Besides we will add small contest where the girls will get extra points which will be added to their month votes. When a girl gets extra points, these appear in their profile.

So, check our girls and choose your favourite one.
