Glacier Raft Co Earns 2013 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

We’re so excited to receive a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award! The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor,and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Approximately 10 percent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

Bigfork Whitewater Festival

Looking for something to do Memorial Day Weekend? Look no further!

Head down to Bigfork for the 38th Annual Bigfork Whitewater Festival. The event kicks off on Saturday at 10am with the lower slalom!

Glacier Raft Co. will be participating in the kayak and rafting events. This year, the Bigfork Whitewater Festival will host its first ever rafting division as part of Sunday’s Downriver and Giant Slalom competitions. Glacier Raft Co. will have at least one boat participating in this race so come by and cheer us on!

Be sure to stop by our booth in Sliter’s Park to check out great deals on AIRE and NRS rafts, frames and accessories! We will have a big tent with lots of goodies inside!

Rafting Season is Open!

Glacier Raft Company had its first week of whitewater rafting last week. We are now running whitewater trips almost daily. With this great weather and no crowds, now is the time to get out and raft!

Our first whitewater rafting trip of the season was May 6th. We had a great crew from Shelby High School. The weather could not have been any better for our first trip. It was warm and the sun was shinning bright.

Glacier Raft Co. will kick off its 37th rafting season Monday May 6! The weather forecast shows a high of 77 degrees and sunny! The forecast for the river level in West Glacier is set to rise a little but will be at a very fun level for awhile! It’s not too late to hop on a trip; we have wetsuits and booties to keep you comfortable and ready to raft! We are currently taking Half Day Whitewater Trips at 1:30.
