One young lady arrived at a meeting wearing clothes that were quite revealing her body parts.
Here is what the Boss told her: He took a good look at her and made her sit.
Then he said something she will never forget in her whole life.

He looked at her straight in the eyes and said; "Lady, everything that God made is valuable in
this world, is well covered and hardly to see, hardly to find and hardly to get...

Where do you find DIAMONDS??... Deep down in the ground, covered and protected.
Where do you find the Biggest PHILIPPINE PEARLS??...
Deep down at the bottom of the Palawan Ocean, covered up and protected in a beautiful shell.
Where do you find GOLD??... Way down in the MINE, covered over with layers of rock and to
get them, you have to work hard and dig deep down to get them. RIGHT??...
He looked at her with serious eyes and said; "Your BODY is SACRED and UNIQUE"
You are far more precious than DIAMONDS, PEARLS and GOLD, and your body should be well covered too. "So, he added if you keep your TREASURED
MINERAL just like diamonds, pearls, and gold deeply covered up, a REPUTABLE mining
organization with the requisite machinery will fly down and conduct YEARS of EXTENSIVE
EXPLORATION...
.
First, they will contact your government {FAMILY}, sign professional contracts {WEDDING}
and mine you professionally { LEGAL MARRIAGE} But if you leave your PRECIOUS MINERALS uncovered on the SURFACE of the EARTH, you always attract a lot of ILLEGAL MINERS to come and mine you illegally. Everybody will just pick up their CRUDE
INSTRUMENT and just have a dig on you just freely like that.

Keep your bodies DEEPLY COVERED so that it INVITE PROFESSIONAL miners to chase you...
Let us ALL ENCOURAGE our SISTERS, DAUGHTERS,WIVES, and FRIENDS
to DRESS WELL DECENTLY...
AM I TALKING SENSE? If yes Like and Share.

People can make or destroy you. We are criticized and corrected as we move up, because they see and observed us. But not all statement from other people can make or help us. It is up to us to decide if it is acceptable. Consider their reputation and group standing, are they succeeding or same with your level, if they are same with your level, there is no reason why you will consider their statement and comment against you. If you think and accept other people comment, they can make or destroy you. Never be bother from other people statement, they can't harm you if you don't listen to them. You can choose your mentor, and choose those who are slightly better than you. If you get a life partner, choose the one who is smarter than you and learn from them. Never argue with a subject if you don't have much knowledge about it. Let other people decide. It it more better to be presume slow learner, that to be caught idiot from your words.

You don't want cancer isn't it? But cancer don't choose his victim, we may have it unnoticeable and slowly getting stronger to form colony that slowly destroy its victim, our body. Then what shall we do to keep them defeated? First, let us always be healthy. Healthy in food and liquid we drink, clean air and environment, and have an exercise daily.
Second, you should have the plan and will to live longer. If you plan to live longer, you should be away from toxic food, people, place, personality, and habits.
Third, you should have the energy and guts to stay fit and strong. You should have the power to say NO against yourself. Your greatest opponent is yourself, what he wants, you must defeat it. If you look at cancer patients, their greatest
opponent to survive is their mouth and appetite, they are train to eat those cancer cells food, and find hundred strong reason to do it. most cancer patients do not survive, because they continue to feed cancer cells that consumes them, and once you get weak it is difficult to recover. Chemotherapy and radiation don't kill cancer cells, it is the victim who gets weak once they undergo chemotherapy and radiation. There are only few people who has knowledge about this, most doctors recommend chemo and radiation because it is what they have learn and practice. Cancer patients who will survive through these process will tell you the pain and agony they passed through those procedures. Surviving and getting away from cancer is not impossible, do not just follow other people way of eating, living, and attitude. Be smarter and alert always.

Do you have problems?, do you feel sicked?, are you in danger?, are you in trouble?, then you need to pray now..
I was trained to pray and trust God way back when I was a small kid. I have heard and seen my parents praying so I followed them. It was in-planted in my mind that prayer is the most powerful weapon, the cure for all illnesses, answer and solution to most of my problems, and guiding me to go directions. I don't have a clear plan and goal for myself, I just encounter people and circumstances that shows way and give clear ideas to me, whenever I encountered new people and circumstances, I give attention to them, because I believed that everything that arrives in my life, God is in control, so I commit myself daily to God because I believed that with God in my life, anything will be happen according to His will. A lot of surprises happen and coming to me, but
with God in my life I don't feel alone and nervous, there are just time that I feel terrible and weak, but I believed that God let those things to happen so that I will solely depend on Him, and so that I will continue to trust and call Him for help, which I always do whenever something different happen, I feel comfortable every time I prayed, starting and ending the day with prayer leads to better life and relationships to other people. I am saying and relating this experience of mine to let others know that there is an Almighty God who is in control of everything we can see and find in this world.

Not all my prayers are answered, but I am happy to what God did to my life. He made my life better than what I want it to be, He permits troubles, trials, and sicknesses, just to let me know that He was there always ready to catch me when I will be falling down. He is always a good, loving, and caring God, He is so wonderful. I love Him so much.

I failed a lot of times, Have been ignored a lot of times, they disregard me a lot of times. But I don't stop looking for opportunities because I've failed, ignored, and disregarded. I always placed below average when I was elementary and high school, my teachers seldom call my name to answer their question. It took me five years to have the four year course, when I requested the registrar for transcript of record, they commit mistake in typing my major and specialization, I proceed to that error and take the examination for teachers and luckily passed the exam once. Before that I reviewed and take Civil Service Exam twice but also failed twice. I applied in the division office for teaching after I have passed the exam, have been qualified to teach in secondary school, when I begin to apply in schools presenting myself to the principals, two principals rejected me, one principal accepted me, but after one week of teaching, the principal noticed that she was excess of hired teachers, so she talked to me about the matter and promised that I will be the first to be called on next hiring, I gladly
accept my fate, went home and waited for next year of hiring. The next school year begin, near the house where we are staying is a neighbor who has a daughter who is a principal in nearby secondary school, he accompanied me to the house of his daughter one early morning, he introduced me to his daughter, and his daughter said that there is no vacancy so she will call me when there is. I waited for two months, then one morning of August, the principal who is the daughter of our neighbor called me to report because one of her teacher will be having her maternity leave, the principal said, you will serve as substitute for two months, then after that we will be processing your permanent status in this school. I was so happy that day though I am only substitute, it is an answered prayer. The next day my sister came and told me that the principal who had promised me a position in next school year of hiring is calling me to report for a permanent position, I said to my sister that if they will come back to look for me, you say that I am already hired. The principal who called me as a substitute gave me a permanent position after two months.

He went and sat down watching as the lady was working.

He was impressed that a lady who looked quite beautiful even in the old clothes and a scarf over her hair could be so dedicated to her work in Church. He thought within himself that this was an unfortunate

lady who probably had no one take care of her schooling and could probably be an orange seller or some petty trader struggling to make ends meet at the market stall. He watched and within his heart felt he knew what God wanted him to do. When he had felt a compulsion to come very early to Church, he had not understood but now he thought he did.

He went back to his car and took out money notes. When the lady finished her work and was about leaving, he called her and commended her for her service and gave her the notes.

She respectfully declined the notes but he insisted pressing it into her hands. He asked if she lived close so he could go drop her.

She thanked him and told him that her car was outside, but he did not understand what she had just said. He walked her out determined to find out all he could about this lady that God wanted him to help change her level.

They walked out of the Church with him telling her where he worked and how God had asked him to come early to Church that day and how he believed God is directing him to help make a big difference in her life. He was so busy talking he had not realized they had walked directly to a BMW X6 2017 limited Edition parked under trees in the parking lot.

The car made his one year old Benz look like a worn out wheelbarrow.

The lady opened the driver’s door stepped in and handed over her card to the man and said, “I believe God sent you here for a purpose, but I do not think it was to change my level, most likely it was to change yours.”

I am tempted to say it took a forklift to shut the young man's mouth and move him from the place he was glued to as the lady drove off. God had a purpose for bringing him to Church that morning and that purpose was to teach him humility which he learned well.

Many times we think so highly of ourselves that where God sends us to learn we go trying to teach. We always imagine ourselves as teachers, never as students.

Oh, teach us to be humble, Lord.

In 1924, Hachikō was brought to Tokyo by his owner, Hidesaburō Ueno, a professor in the agriculture department at the University of Tokyo. During his owner’s life Hachikō saw him out from the front door and greeted him at the end of the day at the nearby Shibuya Station. The pair continued their daily routine until May 1925, when Professor Ueno did not return on the usual train one evening. The professor had suffered from a cerebral hemorrhage at the university that day. He died and never returned to the train station where his friend was waiting. Hachikō was loyal and every day for the next nine years he waited sitting there amongst the town’s folk.

Hachikō was given away after his master’s death, but he routinely escaped, showing up again and again at his old home. Eventually, Hachikō apparently realized that Professor Ueno no longer lived at the house. So he went to look for his master at the train station where he had accompanied him so many times before. Each day, Hachikō waited for Professor Ueno to return. And each day he did not see his friend among the commuters at the station.
The permanent fixture at the train station that was Hachikō attracted the attention of other commuters. Many of the people who frequented the Shibuya train station had seen Hachikō and Professor Ueno together each day. They brought Hachikō treats and food to nourish him during his wait.
This continued for nine years with Hachikō appearing precisely when the train was due at the station.

That same year, another of Ueno’s faithful students (who had become something of an expert on the Akita breed) saw the dog at the station and followed him to the Kobayashi home (the home of the former gardener of Professor Ueno — Kikuzaboro Kobayashi where he learned the history of Hachikō‘s life. Shortly after this meeting, the former student published a documented census of Akitas in Japan. His research found only 30 purebred Akitas remaining, including Hachikō from Shibuya Station.

Professor Ueno’s former student returned frequently to visit the dog and over the years published several articles about Hachikō‘s remarkable loyalty. In 1932 one of these articles, published in Tokyo’s largest newspaper, threw the dog into the national spotlight. Hachikō became a national sensation. His faithfulness to his master’s memory impressed the people of Japan as a spirit of family loyalty all should strive to achieve. Teachers and parents used Hachikō‘s vigil as an example for children to follow. A well-known Japanese artist rendered a sculpture of the dog, and throughout the country a new awareness of the Akita breed grew.
Eventually, Hachiko’s legendary faithfulness became a national symbol of loyalty.

Hachikō died on March 8, 1935. He was found on a street in Shibuya. His heart was infected with filarial worms and 3-4 yakitori sticks were found in his stomach. His stuffed and mounted remains are kept at the National Science Museum of Japan in Ueno, Tokyo.

Sam was a greedy and a selfish man. He always desired to have lots and lots of money and never

hesitated to cheat others to make money. Also, he never wished to share anything with others. He was so selfish that he would like to own everything for himself.

The selfish man used to calculate each and every small aspect. He paid very little amount of wages to his servants. Where ever he went, he calculated a lot to save money by deceiving others. He also told a lot of lies to protect his wealth. Simply, Sam was the antonym for the word; HONESTY.

However, he was taught a nice lesson by his own act.

One day, he missed a small bag, which contained 50 gold coins. He was searching for the bag of gold coins, day and night. He sent his workers in search

of the bag, but none could find it. He told his friends and neighbors that he had lost a bag of gold coins and requested them to inform him, if they found it. Sam was so sad that he had lost so many gold coins.

After a couple of days, a ten year old girl, who lived near Sam’s house, told her father that she had found a small bag and that it had 50 gold coins. Her father worked in Sam’s land and he told his daughter that the bag belonged to his master. He had lost it two days ago, and added that he would return the bag to his master.

They weren’t very rich, and the father could have easily retained the gold coins, and hide the fact of finding the bag. He was so honest that he felt that he should return the valuable coins to his master, as he was the rightful owner.

He gave the bag back to his master Sam, and asked him to check whether the bag had 50 gold coins. Sam who was literally happy to get the coins, decided to play a trick. He shouted at his worker, ‘there were 75 gold coins in this bag and you gave me only 50! Where are the other coins? You have stolen them!’

The worker was shocked to hear this, and he pleaded to his master that he gave whatever his daughter had found. Selfish and greedy, Sam did not accept the worker’s story, and decided to take the issue to court.

The judge heard both the sides. He questioned the daughter and the worker about the number of coins they had found in the bag, and they assured it was only 50.

He cross-examined Sam and Sam replied, ‘Yes m’lord, I had 75 gold coins in my bag, and they gave me only 50. Hence, it is quite obvious that they have stolen the balance 25 coins!’

Judge then asked, ‘Are you sure you that your bag had 75 coins?’ and Sam nodded his head in acceptance.

The judge then made his judgment, ‘Since Sam lost a bag of 75 gold coins and the bag found by the girl had only 50 coins, it is obvious that the bag found, didn’t belong to Sam, and it was lost by someone else. In addition, if anyone found a bag of 75 gold coins, I will declare that it belongs to Sam. As there are no claims against the loss of 50 coins, I order the girl and his father to take those 50 coins as a token of appreciation for their honesty!’

Once upon a time, there lived a farmer in a village, beside the forest. He had a big garden that had an

old apple tree with other plants, trees and beautiful flowers. When the farmer was a little boy, he spent much of his time playing with the apple tree. However, the old, huge apple tree had stopped bearing fruits a long time ago.

Although it had given the farmer, the choicest of apples, he felt it was of no use now. Therefore, he decided to cut the tree and use its wood to make some new furniture. He felt that since the tree was old and huge, he did not have to cure it, and it would make great furniture. He forgot that as a boy, he had spent his entire childhood, climbing the tree and eating its apples.

Now the apple tree was home to several little animals in the neighborhood. This included squirrels, sparrows and a huge variety of birds and insects. When the boy, who was now a young farmer, took his ax and began chopping the tree, all the little animals came rushing down.

They all began to plead with the farmer, who was adamant in cutting the apple tree down. They gathered round the farmer and said, “Please don’t cut the tree. We used to play with the little boy under this very tree. This is our home and we have no place else to go”.

Again, he raised his ax and the commotion grew higher.

“Please don’t chop and destroy my home and kids,” cried the squirrel “Please don’t chop and destroy my nest,” cried the little birds. “Please don’t cut the apple tree,” cried the grasshopper.

The farmer, however forgot his childhood and who were his friends as a little boy. He began to chop the tree harder. All the little animals became desperate, and wanted to protect the apple tree at any cost.

The little animals told the farmer, “We will sing for you, when you are toiling away in the fields. We will look after your little boy. He will not cry, but instead be entertained and happy. You will like our songs and will not feel tired.” However, their cries for help fell on deaf ears. Despite all their requests, the farmer continued to chop down the tree.

He suddenly noticed something shiny. On inspecting, he realized that it was a beehive, full of honey. He took a little and put it in his mouth. The taste of the honey woke up the little boy in him. Suddenly, the memories of his childhood came rushing back. The honey tasted so good, that he wanted more. It brought a sense of happiness to him. He smiled and exclaimed, “This tastes amazing.”

Realizing the change in the farmer’s attitude, the little animals said in unison; The bee said, “I will always provide you with sweet honey.” The squirrel said, “I will share any amount of nuts that you want.” The birds cried, “We will sing as many songs as you want.”

Finally, the farmer realized his folly, and put down his ax. He understood that it was the home to such lovely animals that provided him with so many things, apart from apples. He wanted his little boy to have the childhood that he had.

The farmer realized that the apple tree was not that fruitless. The little boy in him saved the apple tree.

He threw away the ax and said to the little creatures, “I promise that I would never cut this tree. I have realized my mistake and you all can now live peace and harmony.”

The little creatures thanked the bee profusely. If the farmer had not found the beehive by now, they would all been homeless by now. They continued living happily in the old apple tree.

Some say the following story is true. I don't know if it is, but the message & morale it ‘TEACHES’ us are

crystal clear & very real in my opinion. We can ALL ‘Learn’ a Whole Lot from this story of a business man & the mysterious old man he met one day... after all ‘Learn’ is “L" & "Earn”

A Business Executive was ‘Deep I n Debt’ & just couldn’t see a ‘Way Out’. His creditors was ‘Closing-In’ on him, his phone wouldn’t stop ringing with Demands for Payments that he couldn’t ‘Pay Up’. One day, he went to the park & sat on the bench, wondering if Life is still ‘Worth Living’, if he should ‘Give-Up’ & declare ‘Bankruptcy’. That was when an ‘Old Man’ with a kind face walked-over to him & said, oh my, Son,

“Something is Troubling you, isn’t it?” The Business Executive ‘Deep in Despair’, told the kind old man all his troubles. I believe I can ‘Help’ you said the old man & reached his pocket & dug out a checkbook. He asked the business executive’s name, wrote a check & put it in the businessman’s hand. ‘take this money & meet me here in exactly one year from today, that is when you’ll pay it back to me. The old man turned & Vanished as quickly as he had appeared. The businessman saw in his hand a check worth $1,000,000.00 signed John D. Rockefeller, who was back then, one of the richest men in the world.

‘My problems are over’, cried the businessman in a big relief. ‘I can pay All My Debts!’ He kept telling himself that he would use the check, but instead, he put it in a safe & decided to try his financial problems on his own. Just knowing that he can always use the check anytime gave him the ‘Determination’ to work out a way to solve his finances & save his business. With renewed optimism, he renegotiated ‘Better Deals & Extended Terms of Payments’ & was able to ‘Close’ so many big deals, transactions & sales. Within a few months, he was out of debts & making money once again. Exactly one year later, he returned to the park bench with ‘Un-Cashed Check’.

At the agreed time, the old man appeared. But just as the Business Executive was about to hand back the ‘Un-Cashed’ check & share his success story, a nurse came running up & grabbed the old man, ‘I’m so Glad I caught up with him’ the nurse cried, ‘I hope he’s not been bothering you. coz he’s always escaping from the rest home & telling people that he is John D. Rockefeller’ & the nurse led the old man away.

The astonished Business Executive just stood there, stunned. All year long he’d been Wheeling & Dealing, Buying & Selling, Believing & Convinced that he has a million Dollars behind him all the while. Suddenly, he realized that it wasn’t the Money, Real or Imagined, that had turned his life around. It was his ‘New-Found’ Self-Confidence that gave him the ‘Power’ to ‘Achieve’ anything he went after.
Remember: Sometimes the Best Answers come from ‘Within Us’ if only we can find that ‘Sense of Confidence’ in ‘Ourselves’.

For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, & knowing his father could well afford it, he told his Dad that was all he wanted so much as a Graduation Gift.

As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car for him. Finally, on the morning of his graduation, his father called him into his private study room, told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, & how much he Loved & Admired his son. He handed him a beautifully wrapped gift box.

Curious, but somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box & found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with his name embossed in gold. Angrily, he raised his voice to his father & said,"With all your
money you gave me a Bible?" He stormed out of the house, leaving his Dad & the Bible behind.

Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home & wonderful family, but realized his father was very old. He even with heartaches thought perhaps he should go to him.He had not seen his Dad since that graduation day. But before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, & willed all of his possessions to him. He needed to come home immediately & take care of things. When he arrived at his father's house, Sadness & Regret filled his Heart. He began to search through his father's important documents & saw the Bible, new, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible & began to turn the pages. His father had carefully underlined a verse, Matthew 7:11,
"And if ye, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Heavenly Father which is in Heaven, give to those who ask Him?" As he read those words, a car key dropped from the back of the Bible. It had a tag with the dealers name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words... "PAID IN FULL".
How many times do we miss God's blessings because they are not packaged as we expected?

This is one of the SADDEST stories ever told in Hollywood. His name is Sylvester Stallone. One of the BIGGEST and Most famous American Movie superstars. Back inthe day, Stallone was a

struggling actor in every definition. At some point, he got so broke that he stole his wife's jewellery and sold it. Things got so bad that he even ended up homeless. Yes, he slept at the New York bus station for 3 days. Unable to pay rent or afford food. His lowest point came when he tried to sell his dog at the liquor store to any
stranger. He didn't have money to feed the dog anymore. He sold it at $25 only. He says he walked away crying.
Two weeks later,he saw a boxing match between Mohammed Ali and Chuck Wepner and that match gave him the inspiration to write the script for the famous movie,ROCKY. He wrote the script for 20 hours! He tried to sell it and got an offer for $125,000 for the script. But he had just ONE REQUEST. He wanted to STAR in
the movie. He wanted to be the MAIN ACTOR. Rocky himself. But the studio said NO. They wanted a REAL STAR.

They said he "Looked funny and talked funny". He left with his script. A few weeks later, the studio offered him $250,000 for the script. He refused. They even offered $350,000. He still refused. They wanted his movie. But NOT him. He said NO. He had to be
IN THAT MOVIE.

After a while, the studio agreed, gave him $35,000 for the script and let him star in it! The rest is history! The movie won Best Picture, Best Directing and Best Film Editing at the prestigious
Oscar Awards. He was even nominated for BEST ACTOR! The Movie ROCKY was even inducted into the American National Film Registry as one of the greatest movies ever!

And do You know the first thing he bought with the $35,000? THE DOG HE SOLD. Yes,Stallone LOVED HIS DOG SO MUCH that he stood at the liquor store for 3 days waiting for the man he sold
his dog to. And on the 3rd day,he saw the man coming with the dog. Stallone explained why he sold the dog and begged for the dog back. The man refused. Stallone offered him $100. The
man refused. He offered him $500. And the guy refused. Yes,he refused even $1000. And,Believe it or Not,Stallone had to pay $15,000 for the same, same dog he sold at $25 only! And he
finally got his dog back!

And today, the same Stallone who slept in the streets and sold his dog JUST BECAUSE he couldn't even feed it anymore,is one of the GREATEST Movie Stars who ever walked the Earth!

A long time ago, there was a huge apple tree. A little boy loved to come and play around it everyday.

He climbed to the tree top, ate the apples, and took a nap under the shadow.

He loved the tree and the tree loved to play with him. Time went by, the little boy had grown up and he no longer played around the tree every day.

One day, the boy came back to the tree and he looked sad.

“Come and play with me”, the tree asked the boy.

“I am no longer a kid, I do not play around trees any more” the boy replied.

“I want toys. I need money to buy them.”

“Sorry, but I do not have money, but you can pick all my apples and sell them. So, you will have money.”

The boy was so excited. He grabbed all the apples on the tree and left happily. The boy never came back after he picked the apples. The tree was sad.

One day, the boy who now turned into a man returned and the tree was excited.

“Come and play with me” the tree said.

“I do not have time to play. I have to work for my family. We need a house for shelter. Can you help me?”

“Sorry, but I do not have any house. But you can chop off my branches to build your house.” So the man cut all the branches of the tree and left happily. The tree was glad to see him happy but the man never came back since then. The tree was again lonely and sad.

One hot summer day, the man returned and the tree was delighted.

“Come and play with me!” the tree said.

“I am getting old. I want to go sailing to relax myself. Can you give me a boat?” said the man.

“Use my trunk to build your boat. You can sail far away and be happy.”

So the man cut the tree trunk to make a boat. He went sailing and never showed up for a long time.

Finally, the man returned after many years. “Sorry, my boy. But I do not have anything for you anymore. No more apples for you”, the tree said. “No problem, I do not have any teeth to bite” the
man replied.

“No more trunk for you to climb on.” “I am too old for that now” the man said. “I really cannot give you anything, the only thing left is my dying roots,” the tree said with tears.

“I do not need much now, just a place to rest. I am tired after all these years,” the man replied.

“Good! Old tree roots are the best place to lean on and rest, come sit down with me and rest.” The man sat down and the tree was glad and smiled with tєαяs.

This is a story of everyone. The tree is like our parents. When we were young, we loved to play with our Mum and Dad. When we grow up, we leave them; only come to them when we need something or when we are in trouble. No matter what, parents will always be there and give everything they could just to make you happy.

You may think the boy is cruel to the tree, but that is how all of us treat our parents. We take them for granted; we don’t appreciate all they do for us, until it’s too late.

~ Moral:

Treat your parents with loving care…. For you will know their value, when you see their empty chair…We never know the love of our parents for us; till we have become parents .

A blind man sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: “I am blind,

please help.”

There were only a few coins in the hat.

A woman was walking by. She took a few coins from her pocket and dropped them into the hat. She then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. She put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind man. That afternoon the woman who had changed the sign came to see how things were.

The man recognized his footsteps and asked, “Were you the one who changed my sign this morning?
What did you write?”

The woman said, “I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.”

What he had written was: “Today is a beautiful day and I cannot see it.”

Do you think the first sign and the second sign were saying the same thing?

Of course both signs told people the man was blind. But the first sign simply said the man was blind. The second sign told people they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?

Moral of the story: Be thankful for what you have. Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively.

Invite others towards good with wisdom. Live life with no excuse and love with no regrets. When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile. Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear. Keep the faith and drop the fear.

Great men say, “Life has to be an incessant process of repair and reconstruction, of discarding evil and developing goodness…. In the journey of life, if you want to travel without fear, you must have the ticket of a good conscience.”

The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling. And even more beautiful is, knowing that you are the reason behind it.

Even today Red Indian boys go away into solitude to prepare for manhood. One such youth decided to test

himself against a tall mountain. He threw his blanket over his shoulder and set off to climb the peak. When he reached the top, he stood in the rim of the world. His heart swelled with pride. Then he heard a rustle at his feet, and looking down, he saw a rattlesnake. Before he could move, the snake spoke, "I'm starving and freezing to death up here. Put me under your shirt and take me down to the valley."
"No," said the youth. "I have been warned about you rattlesnakes. If I
pick you up, you will bite me, and your bite will kill me."
"No way!" said the snake. "I will treat you differently. If you do me this favor, you will be special. I will not harm you."
The youth resisted for a while, but that was a very persuasive snake with beautiful markings. So he picked up the snake and tucked it under his shirt. When they were back down in the valley, he took the snake out of his shirt and gently laid it on the grass. Then suddenly it coiled, rattled and sprang, biting the boy in the leg. "But you promised," he cried.
"You knew what I was when you picked me up," answered the snake as he slithered away.
Today, Red Indians tell that story to their youth who are tempted to take drugs. They repeat to them the rattlesnake's own words: "You knew what I was when you picked me up."

In order for them to not feel alone, they bought a Rottweiler puppy and loved him as their own son.The puppy grew to become a large, beautiful dog, except on more than one occasion the couple being attacked by robbers. He was always faithful, wanted and defended its owners against any danger.

After seven years of having the dog, the couple manage to have the long-awaited son. The couple was very happy with her new son and decreased the attention they had with the

dog. This is felt neglected and began to be jealous of the baby and the dog was no longer loving and faithful who had for seven years.

One day the couple left the baby sleeping peacefully in his cradle and went to the terrace to prepare a roast. What a surprise when they were heading to the nursery and see the dog in the hallway with a bloody mouth, wagging his tail. The dog's owner think the worst, pulled out a weapon he possess and immediately killed the dog. And later they have found out, spread in the baby's room a beheaded snake. The owner begins to mourn and exclaims I killed my faithful dog!

How often have we misjudged people Worse, they judge and condemn without investigating the behavior of the concern, what are your thoughts and feelings. Sometimes things are not as bad as they seem, but the opposite.

The next time we are tempted to judge and condemn anyone remember the story of a faithful dog, so learn not bear false against a person to the point of damaging their image among others.

An 87 Year Old College Student Named Rose

The first day of school our professor introduced himself and challenged us to get toknow someone we didn’t already know.

I stood up to look around when a gentle hand touched my shoulder. I turned round to find a wrinkled, little old lady beaming up at me with a smile that lit up her entire being.

She said, “Hi handsome. My name is Rose. I’m eighty-seven years old. Can I give you a hug?”

I laughed and enthusiastically responded, “Of course you may!” and she gave me a giant squeeze.

“Why are you in college at such a young, innocent age?” I asked.

She jokingly replied, “I’m here to meet a rich husband, get married, and have a couple of kids…”

“No seriously,” I asked. I was curious what may have motivated her to be taking on this challenge at her age.

“I always dreamed of having a college education and now I’m getting one!” she told me.

After class we walked to the student union building and shared a chocolate milkshake. We became instant friends. Every day for the next three months, we would leave class together and talk nonstop. I was always mesmerized listening to this “time machine” as she shared her wisdom and experience with me.

Over the course of the year, Rose became a campus icon and she easily made friends wherever she went. She loved to dress up and she reveled in the attention bestowed upon her from the other students. She was living it up.

At the end of the semester we invited Rose to speak at our football banquet. I’ll never forget what she taught us. She was introduced and stepped up to the podium.

As she began to deliver her prepared speech, she dropped her three by five cards on the floor. Frustrated and a little embarrassed she leaned into the microphone and simply said, “I’m sorry I’m so jittery. I gave up beer for Lent and this whiskey is killing me! I’ll never get my speech back in order so let me just tell
you what I know.”

As we laughed she cleared her throat and began, “We do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old because we stop playing. There are only four secrets to staying young, being happy, and achieving success. You have to laugh and find humor every day.

You’ve got to have a dream. When you lose your dreams, you die.

We have so many people walking around who are dead and don’t even know it!There is a huge difference between growing older and growing up.

If you are nineteen years old and lie in bed for one full year and don’t do one productive thing, you will turn twenty years old.

If I am eighty-seven years old and stay in bed for a year and never do anything I will turn eighty-eight.

Anybody can grow older. That doesn’t take any talent or ability. The idea is to grow up by always finding opportunity in change.

Have no regrets.

The elderly usually don’t have regrets for what we did, but rather for things we did not do. The only people who fear death are those with regrets.”

She concluded her speech by courageously singing “The Rose.”

She challenged each of us to study the lyrics and live them out in our daily lives.

At the year’s end Rose finished the college degree she had begun all those years ago. One week after graduation Rose died peacefully in her sleep.

Over two thousand college students attended her funeral in tribute to the wonderful woman who taught by example that it’s never too late to be all you can possibly be .When you finish reading this, please send this peaceful word of advice to your friends and family, they’ll really enjoy it!

These words have been passed along in loving memory of ROSE.

REMEMBER, GROWING OLDER IS MANDATORY. GROWING UP IS OPTIONAL.

We make a Living by what we get, We make a Life by what we give.

Professor: You can’t answer, can you ? Let’s start again, young fella. Is GOD good?

Student : Yes.
Professor: Is satan good ?
Student : No.
Professor: Where does satan come from ?
Student : From … GOD …
Professor: That’s right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?
Student : Yes.
Professor: Evil is everywhere, isn’t it ? And GOD did make everything. Correct?
Student : Yes.
Professor: So who created evil ?
(Student did not answer.)
Professor: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don’t they?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor: So, who created them ?
(Student had no answer.)
Professor: Science says you have 5 Senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Tell me, son, have you ever seen GOD?
Student : No, sir.
Professor: Tell us if you have ever heard your GOD?
Student : No , sir.
Professor: Have you ever felt your GOD, tasted your GOD, smelt your GOD? Have you ever had any sensory perception of GOD for that matter?
Student : No, sir. I’m afraid I haven’t.
Professor: Yet you still believe in Him?
Student : Yes.
Professor : According to Empirical, Testable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says your GOD doesn’t exist. What do you say to that, son?
Student : Nothing. I only have my faith.
Professor: Yes, faith. And that is the problem Science has.
Student : Professor, is there such a thing as heat?
Professor: Yes.
Student : And is there such a thing as cold?
Professor: Yes.
Student : No, sir. There isn’t.
(The lecture theater became very quiet with this turn of events.)
Student : Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat. But we don’t have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can’t go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it.
(There was pin-drop silence in the lecture theater.)
Student : What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?
Professor: Yes. What is night if there isn’t darkness?
Student : You’re wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light. But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and its called darkness, isn’t it? In reality, darkness isn’t. If it is, well you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn’t you?
Professor: So what is the point you are making, young man ?
Student : Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.
Professor: Flawed ? Can you explain how?
Student : Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good GOD and a bad GOD. You are viewing the concept of GOD as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, Science can’t even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing.
Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor, do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?
Professor: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.
Student : Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?
(The Professor shook his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument was going.)
Student : Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor. Are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?
(The class was in uproar.)
Student : Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor’s brain?
(The class broke out into laughter. )
Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor’s brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established Rules of Empirical, Stable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?
(The room was silent. The Professor stared at the student, his face unfathomable.)
Professor: I guess you’ll have to take them on faith, son.
Student : That is it sir … Exactly ! The link between man & GOD is FAITH. That is all that keeps things alive and moving.

P.S.
I believe you have enjoyed the conversation. And if so, you’ll probably want your friends / colleagues to enjoy the same, won’t you?
Share this to increase their knowledge … or FAITH.
By the way, that student was EINSTEIN.

Kung may pagkukulang man ako… patawad anak,
Gusto kong malaman mo… mahal kita higit sa pagkakaalam mo...

Lesson 1:
Naked Wife, A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next door neighbor. Before she says a word, Bob says, “I’ll give you $800 to drop that towel.” After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob.
After a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 dollars and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks,…

“Who was that?” “It was Bob the next door neighbor,” she replies. “Great!” the husband says, “Did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?”

Moral of the story:
If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

Lesson 2:
A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, “I’ll give each of you just one wish” “Me first! Me first!” says the administration clerk. “I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.” Poof! She’s gone. “Me next! Me next!” says the sales rep. “I want to be in Hawaii, relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.” Poof! He’s gone. “OK, you’re up,” the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, “I want those two back in the office after lunch.”

Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 3:
A priest offered a lift to a Nun. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg. The nun said,”Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest removed his hand. But,changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The nun once again said, “Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest apologized “Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.” Arriving at the convent, the nun went on her way. On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, “Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.”

Moral of the story: If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

Lesson 4:
A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A rabbit asked him,”Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?” The crow answered: “Sure, why not.” So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested.

...A fox jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very high up.

Lesson 5:
Power of Charisma
A turkey was chatting with a bull “I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree,” sighed the turkey, but I haven’t got the energy.” “Well, why don’t you nibble on my droppings?” replied the bull. “They’re packed with nutrients.” The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree. Soon he was spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree.

Moral of the story: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it wont keep you there.

Lesson 6:
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Moral of the story:
1. Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy
2. Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend
3. And when you’re in deep shit, it’s best to keep your mouth shut!

This is her story! FAITH was a pup born with a birth defect. The incredible life of an amazing & inspirational two-legged dog that walks upright like a human!

This dog was born on Christmas Eve in the year 2002. He was born with 2 legs - He of course could not walk when he was born. Even his mother did not want him.

His first owner also did not think that he could survive and he was thinking of 'putting him to sleep'.

But then, his present owner Jude Stringfellow, met him and wanted to take care of him. She became determined to teach and train this little dog to walk by himself..

She named him 'Faith'.

In the beginning, she put Faith on a surfboard to let him feel the movement. Later she used peanut butter on a spoon as a lure and reward for him for standing up and jumping around.

Even the other dog at home encouraged him to walk.

Amazingly, only after 6 months, like a miracle, Faith learned to balance on his hind legs and to jump to move forward.

After further training in the snow, he could now walk like a human being. Faith loves to walk around now.

No matter where he goes, he attracts people to him.

He is fast becoming famous on the international scene and has appeared on various newspapers and TV shows. There is now a book entitled 'With a Little Faith' being published about him..

He was even considered to appear in one of Harry Potter movies.

His present owner Jude Stringfellew has given up her teaching post and plans to take him around the world to preach that even without a perfect body, one can have a perfect soul'.

In life there are always undesirable things, so in order to feel better you just need to look at life from another direction.

I hope this message will bring fresh new ways of thinking to everyone and that everyone will appreciate and be thankful for each beautiful day. Faith is the continual demonstration of the strength and wonder of life.

This is a story about more than kindness; it's about the essence and the power that compassion offers all humanity. Written by Elizabeth Sillance Ballard, in 1974 issue of Home Life Magazine. Three Letters from Teddy.

As she stood in front of her 5th grade class on the very first day of school, she told the children an untruth. Like most teachers, she looked at her students and said that she loved them all the same. However, that was impossible, because there in the front row, slumped in his seat, was a little boy named Teddy Stoddard.
Mrs. Thompson had watched Teddy the year before and noticed that he did not play well with the other children, that his clothes were messy and that he constantly needed a bath. In addition, Teddy could be unpleasant.

It got to the point where Mrs. Thompson would actually take delight in marking his papers with a broad red pen, making bold X's and then putting a big "F" at the top of his papers.

At the school where Mrs. Thompson taught, she was required to review each child's past records and she put Teddy's off until last. However, when she reviewed his file, she was in for a surprise.

Teddy's first grade teacher wrote, "Teddy is a bright child with a ready laugh. He does his work neatly and has good manners... he is a joy to be around.."

His second grade teacher wrote, "Teddy is an excellent student, well liked by his classmates, but he is troubled because his mother has a terminal illness and life at home must be a struggle."

His third grade teacher wrote, "His mother's death has been hard on him. He tries to do his best, but his father doesn't show much interest and his home life will soon affect him if some steps aren't taken."

Teddy's fourth grade teacher wrote, "Teddy is withdrawn and doesn't show much interest in school. He doesn't have many friends and he sometimes sleeps in class."

By now, Mrs. Thompson realized the problem and she was ashamed of herself. She felt even worse when her students brought her Christmas presents, wrapped in beautiful ribbons and bright paper, except for Teddy's. His present was clumsily wrapped in the heavy, brown paper That he got from a grocery bag Mrs. Thompson took pains to open it in the middle of the other presents. Some of the children started to laugh when she found a rhinestone bracelet with some of the stones missing, and a bottle that was one-quarter full of perfume.. But she stifled the children's laughter when she exclaimed how pretty the bracelet was, putting it on, and dabbing some of the perfume on her wrist. Teddy Stoddard stayed after school that day just long enough to say, "Mrs. Thompson, today you smelled just like my Mom used to." After the children left, she cried for at least an hour.

On that very day, she quit teaching reading, writing and arithmetic. Instead, she began to teach children. Mrs. Thompson paid particular attention to Teddy. As she worked with him, his mind seemed to come alive. The more she encouraged him, the faster he responded. By the end of the year, Teddy had become one of the smartest children in the class and, despite her lie that she would love all the children the same, Teddy became one of her "teacher's pets.."

A year later, she found a note under her door, from Teddy, telling* her that she was still the best teacher he ever had in his whole life.

Six years went by before she got another note from Teddy. He then wrote that he had finished high school, third in his class, and she was still the best teacher he ever had in life.

Four years after that, she got another letter, saying that while things had been tough at times, he'd stayed in school, had stuck with it, and would soon graduate from college with the highest of honors. He assured Mrs. Thompson that she was still the best and favorite teacher he had ever had in his whole life.

Then four more years passed and yet another letter came. This time he explained that after he got his bachelor's degree, he decided to go a little further. The letter explained that she was still the best and favorite teacher he ever had. But now his name was a little longer.... The letter was signed, Theodore F. Stoddard, MD.

The story does not end there. You see, there was yet another letter that spring. Teddy said he had met this girl and was going to be married. He explained that his father had died a couple of years ago and he was wondering if Mrs. Thompson might agree to sit at the wedding in the place that was usually reserved for the mother of the groom.

Of course, Mrs. Thompson did. And guess what? She wore that bracelet, the one with several rhinestones missing. Moreover, she made sure she was wearing the perfume that Teddy remembered his mother wearing on their last Christmas together.

They hugged each other, and Dr. Stoddard whispered in Mrs. Thompson's ear, "Thank you Mrs. Thompson for* believing in me. Thank you so much for making me feel important and showing me that I could make a difference."

Mrs. Thompson, with tears in her eyes, whispered back. She said, "Teddy, you have it all wrong. You were the one who taught me that I could make a difference. I didn't know how to teach until I met you."

You can never tell what type of impact you may have on another's life by your action..or lack of action.

(For you that don't know, Teddy Stoddard is the Dr. at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines that has the Stoddard Cancer Wing.)

They tell the story of a harvest festival held in a small French village. It would be a week of celebration and thanks.
It would be a community effort. Each family was to contribute some of the food and drink. In fact, they make filling the wine barrel at the fair grounds a co-operative effort. Each family would bring five
litres of its own wine and pour it into this community barrel from which they would all drink.
On the final day of celebrations the mayor of the town was asked to open the barrel and pass around the wine for one great toast. He opened the tap and drew the first glass. He tasted it. It was only water!
You see, each villager had brought water and saved his own wine at home. Each one was so sure that in so large a barrel a little would never be noticed.

The parents of a growing boy were worried about what he would become when he grew up.
A friend of theirs told them to put him to a test. They were to place a 20-Kroner note on a table, and also a Bible and a bottle of whisky. Then they were to hide and watch to see which of the three things their son would choose.
If he took the money, he would be a businessman. If he took the Bible, he would a preacher. If he took the whisky, he would turn out to be a drunkard.

So the parents did as their friend had suggested and they watched and waited.
Surely enough, their son came home and walked into the room.
He picked up the money and put it into his pocket. He put the Bible under his right arm and then picked up the bottle of whisky and walked out.
On seeing this, his father turned to his mother and said, "My goodness! He's going to be a politician."

The folklore surrounding pianist Ignace Pederewski includes this story. A mother, wishing to encourage her son's progress at the piano, bought tickets for a Pederewski performance.
They had seats near the front of the concert hall.
The mother found a friend to talk to and the boy slipped away. When eight o'clock came around, the spotlights came on, and only then did they notice the boy at the piano bench innocently picking out "Twinkle, twinkle little star."
The master appeared on the stage and quickly moved to the keyboard.

"Don't quit. Keep playing," he whispered to the boy.
Leaning over, Paderewski reached down with his left hand and began filling in a bass part. Soon his right arm reached around the other side, encircling the child, to add a running obligato. Together, the old master and the young novice held the crowd spellbound.
In our lives, unpolished though we may be, it is the Master who surrounds us and whispers in our ear, "Don't quit. Keep playing." And as we do, he augments and supplements until a work of amazing beauty is created.
