I got the flu not to long ago and it took me a while to get back to being totally healthy. After I got sick, I started thinking about being more healthy and I wanted my dad to join me in my quest to getting healthier. I went out and bought my dad some New Balance 860 running shoes and I ordered myself a pair too. I picked the best trail I could find and set out for some healthy bonding time. My dad was telling me that he would love to spend some time with me but didn’t have good running shoes.I surprised my dad by already having his shoes ready for him.

I think any dad would love a pair of New Balance running shoes. If you want your dad being healthy and working out I think these shoes will keep him comfortable while working out. Out of ideas on what kind of gift to get dad? How about buying dad an indoor/outdoor weather station with forcast, humidity and an alarm. Dad will never expet a gift as simple as this one and I am sure he will love knowing what the weather is going to be like without looking at the weather channel. My dad always checks the weather channel before he plans out what he is going to wear the next day. I like giving my dad little gifts. He is such a simple man who doesnt ask for much and is happy with any gift I give him no matter how big or small it is.

If your dad loves knowing what is going on with the weather he will like this gift. I suggest getting him an umbrella to go with this gift and you are sure to get a giggle or a laugh from him. I put a raincoat with my dad’s gift and he thought it was the best gift ever.

My dad and his girlfriend get into these silly little spats when my dad wants to watch t.v late at night and she wants to go to sleep. I told dad that the perfect solution for that is to get a pair of wireless headphones. I am not sure if my dad couldn’t find any or if he even looked for them. After hearing them go on and on about the noise and sleeping I decided to buy my dad a pair of Rocketfish wireless stereo headphones and surprised him the last time I visited him. I think these wireless headphones will make a great gift for any dad.

My dads girfriend was so happy and couldn’t keep thanking me enough. She told me she is able to get more hours of sleep and is able to work better at her job. I am used to my dad watching tv late at night and you would think that after living 3 years together she would have gotten used to it by now. When my dad isn’t going to trade show exhibits he is usually working at home or in his office. There are days though when he just doesnt feel good and can’t seem to get out of bed. I see him struggling to get work done and wanted to make it easier for him to do work on his laptop. I bought dad a overbed rolling laptop table and he can easily access his laptop that way. I hate to see my dad sick with a cold or not feeling well and to struggle to prop his computer or his body. If dad likes war stories I suggest getting dad America Stories of War 36 dvd set. This dvd set will provide lots of hours of entertainment for any dad. My dad loves watching world war 1 and 2 movies. My great grandpa used to tell him stories about the war. I wish I could have been there to hear all those great stories. My dad says that his storytelling was the best. My only sourse of information is what I can watch on movies and read up on. It intrigues me so much to find out how our country was able to survive such tragedies.

I hope that folks can see these movies and realize what horrible circumstances people had to live through. I would hate to live in a tine where such uglyness was going on. I guess in a way it was good for the wars to go on because it has made us what we are today but I sure wouldn’t have wanted to live through it.

Are you looking for a gift to give to dad just to tell him you love him? You dont need a special occasion to show dad just how much he means to you. I bought my dad The Lord of the Rings trilogy dvd and he loved it. I love sitting down and watching movies with my dad. Every weekend we try and meet up and either one of us brings the food and the other brings the movie. This weekend I am in charge of bringing chinese food and my dad is planning on bringing the movie Thor and Captain America for us to watch.

I think my dad is preparing me to watch the movie The Avengers that is out in movie theaters today. I am quite excited to go to the movies with my dad. Even though I am all grown up now I love spending time with my dad whenever I can. I can’t wait to build up a movie collection and have my dad come over and enjoy watching more movies with me.
