37signals Chalk is a very neat webapp that lets you write on a virtual chalkboard with white or pink chalk, or use the eraser to clean up your drawing, all in HTML5. When you're done, you can save your creation as an image and immediately add it to an email, blog post, or more. The only bad part is that Chalk only runs on Safari on iPad, though hopefully it'll work with other tablets in the future.
