I recently interviewed with a Manager for the BA(Strategy and ops) position at the SHPE conference in DC. It was a 45 minute interview (Behavioral+case) .The interview was good and I was told I should hear back pretty soon and its already been over a week with no news yet. Just wondering if this is the only round of interview they conduct or if there are more rounds after this? 
I have been reading a lot of posts on this forum and see BTA interview experiences (All through campus recruiting) but none for a BA interviews that too in a diversity conference like SHPE. Can some one throw light on the interview process with Deloitte in a Diversity fair? 
Also if there are additional round what kind of interviews might they be( behavioral or case based/phone/in person interviews).

	Well said, my friend.  I'm sick and tired of hearing these people bitching all day complaining how Deloitte should do one massive layoff and not scare people with the waves of layoff.  Who told your fucking ass to stay around if you don't like it?  In fact, it would help us out if you left on your own and thereby saving one more person.

The fact of the matter is most people get this job out of college as their first job, don't know any better and are scared of change because they haven't done anything else and cry that D ended the relationship. Remember it is a 2-way street you can end the realtionship too.

They thought if they fired people over a longer duration they would be able to fly under the radar and people won't realize how many people they actually fired.  In essence they kept everyone shell-shocked and scared for their jobs because nobody knew when the firings would end rather than be upfront and fire everyone at the same time.  Very Classy Deloitte - NOT  Treat your employees like garbage in a bid to protect your Brand and circumvent legislation.
