Question by Bruce Campbell: How much of our greenhouse gas emissions are from energy production such as coal?
I’ve looked at a number of different sources, and they all give different answers ranging from 25% to 50%.

I just need to know, what percentage of the greenhouse gas emissions in the USA are due to energy production, such as coal plants? How about for the entire planet?

And could you please provide your source? I just want to go to the site and check out if it’s legit.

You will need a heater for the winter and cooling fans for the summer.

If the deciduous are not native to your area then I would put them in the green house.

I would put some pine bark mulch on the cement to help keep it warmer in the winter.

Some greenhouse gardeners even prefer to forgo pots altogether and till and plant the ground directly under the greenhouse roof. Others prefer to plant an outdoor garden and use portable greenhouses or cold frames to gain the beneficial effects of greenhouse gardening without the added expense of constructing a full-scale greenhouse.

Soil. Just as home chefs across the world have their very own special recipe for chicken noodle soup or other favorite dishes, greenhouse gardeners have their own special preference of soil. You might have an ultra-fancy mix of vermiculite, potting soil, and compost made from your kitchen scraps or just add something special to the ground outside your house. Gardeners far and wide have varied ideas of what the perfect growing soil is.

Seeds. Seeds and seedlings in many cases are the area where a greenhouse gardener’s creativity comes into play. Selecting which seeds, saplings, and seedlings to coax to life is one the most thrilling things about greenhouse gardening. A greenhouse gardener may choose to try his or her hand at a tropical variety of plant, or could grow common delicious hothouse tomatoes if they choose.

A portable greenhouse is ideal for early planting of seeds, protecting the tender plants from the cold climate, starting perennial seeds in summer, fast rooting because of the need to transplant, and growing different kinds of plants that are not commonly grown in the area. Scientists have discovered that it is only when this is diffused into the water system that the roots of the crops consume it making it grow.

The temp is forecasted to drop down to 32 ~ 25*F. This is my first greenhouse & it isn’t completely set up. There is air space at the bottom that I still need to fill in. I just need to know if my plants inside will be safe or do I need to find somewhere in the house to put them.

Plants like the temp to be at least 40 degrees.
Depends on how many plants you have, you can always
cover them with a sheet, if you can’t being them in.
