I find it astonishing the number of people who workout everyday but have such a minimal fitness level. Also, wearing sunglasses while you lift does not make you look badass.

Tennis 101

After five hours of tennis the past two evenings, I can undoubtedly say it’s a much better core workout than I expected. Oh, and five hours of serve and volley makes you a lot better fast.
