Oh gosh. How dare I tell you my point of view on something. I am terribly sorry that I listened to what you had to say, yet I myself cannot have an opinion. Yes, I “had the nerve” to tell you my view on something you just shared your view on. Next time
ill try not to be such a horrible person and refrain from telling you my opinion, just because you did not ask. Last time I checked, I did not need your permission to share my view on something. You are too easily agitated. I did nothing to you to deserve that outburst. I went to a damn funeral today. I sure as hell cant deal with your shit right now. I was in love with a girl. I think she played me. She didn’t speak to me for a year. Then she found out I was making a movie. Suddenly she got all nice. All of a sudden I was going down on her in a posh hotel. She was kissing me outside her apartment and telling me she loved me. Then she went off to a foreign city and was basically a glorified extra in the movie of this douchey cult director. Everything went south. She basically went icy on me.

I told her how much I loved her. She knew. I’m the only person in her life I think she genuinely respects and feels close to. But it’s not enough. I’m too ugly, not rich enough. When my stock is flying high she can come close, but ultimately not that close.

She lives in some kind of Inception-y dream world, fantasizing about some uber-man who doesn’t exist. And she turns down guy after guy who’s right in front of her—real, actual humans who care about her. It’s so infuriating to give your love to somebody like this, when you think of all the people in the world who get NO LOVE AT ALL, who never have anyone professing love for them. And then to get all that and kind of shrug and be like, “Ehhhh, y’know, I’m not feeling it, I think I can do better. Somewhere.” Just insanely, viciously arrogant—and, I think, self-destructive.
