Yemiser Alich’a: An Ethiopian split lentil tumeric mild stew with garlic, onion and ginger. Yesmiser Key We’t: An Ethiopian split lentil spicy stew with garlic, onions, spices, and herbs. Cabbage: Freshly cooked in Ethiopian style.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted to bring Vegan and Gluten-Free Ethiopian dishes to the community.
