E&#39; uno dei dati che emerge dallo Iab Forum, l&#39;evento organizzato da Iab Italia (Internet advertising bureau), associazione che raggruppa i principali operatori del settore della pubblicità online.&lt;br /&gt;  								&lt;br /&gt;Il Forum si è svolto per la prima volta a Roma, con uno scopo preciso: &quot;Dare un messaggio al nuovo governo, per riprendere il dialogo già avviato con il precedente ministro delle Comunicazioni, e ottenere leggi che favoriscano lo sviluppo del settore&quot;, dice a Repubblica.it Layla Pavone, presidente di Iab Italia.&lt;br /&gt;  								&lt;br /&gt;I numeri della pubblicità online italiana, del resto, sono ormai di riguardo e potrebbero già colpire l&#39;attenzione della politica: il 7 per cento del budget pubblicitario italiano finirà su Internet, nel 2008, stima Iab. Quota che arriverà al 10 per cento nel 2010.&lt;br /&gt;A fare da traino agli investimenti sono ancora i classici portali online e i motori di ricerca. Sponsor eccellenti vengono dai settori delle tlc e delle automobili.&lt;br /&gt;  								&lt;br /&gt;E&#39; un mondo che cambia, lo dicono anche i numeri sugli utenti online: sono arrivati ad aprile a quota 24 milioni coloro che si connettono almeno una volta al mese. E&#39; una crescita del 5 per cento rispetto a febbraio, stima Audiweb. Internet si diffonde anche a danno di altri mezzi di comunicazione, dice Iab: rispetto al 2003, nel 2008 il tempo passato a guardare la tv è calato del 7,7 per cento; meno 10,6 per cento per la radio e meno 11,8 per cento per i giornali. Il tempo dedicato a Internet è aumentato invece del 145 per cento rispetto al 2006.&lt;br /&gt; 												  								&lt;br /&gt;Per i giovani tra i 16 e i 24 anni, Internet già prende tanto tempo quanto quello passato davanti alla televisione. Dati promettenti, anche se in ritardo rispetto al Nord Europa e gli Usa.&lt;br /&gt;  								&lt;br /&gt;&quot;Vorremmo adesso che anche le aziende con prodotti di largo consumo investissero in modo sostanziale nella pubblicità online&quot;, dice Pavone. &quot;Finora l&#39;hanno fatto pochissimo ed è un paradosso, visto che molti dei loro consumatori ormai sono su Internet&quot;. A quanto sembra, insomma, alcuni settori importanti dell&#39;economia italiana non si sono ancora accorti della rivoluzione digitale o la stanno sottovalutando, negli investimenti pubblicitari.&lt;br /&gt;  								&lt;br /&gt;Anche la politica corre lo stesso rischio, di essere scollata dai progressi fatti dalla società e dal mercato nei confronti dei media digitali. La conferma viene dai dati Assinform comunicati ieri: la spesa pubblica in Ict nel 2007 è tra le più basse d&#39;Europa e cresce a ritmi inferiori rispetto alla media europea.&lt;br /&gt;  								&lt;br /&gt;Ciò considerato, &quot;proponiamo di creare un comitato scientifico, insieme con il ministero delle Comunicazioni o l&#39;Agcom (Autorità garante delle comunicazioni), mettendoci a loro disposizione per sostenere la crescita del settore. Vogliamo prevenire l&#39;arrivo di leggi sfavorevoli, per prima cosa. Vorremmo anche leggi a sostegno del mercato.
