In pochi minuti il Mago della Griglia Josè ( nella foto ) vi cucina il miglior pesce alla griglia del Portogallo. Altro che noi, dilettanti allo sbaraglio di Pasquetta ! Piatti tradizionali con un pizzico di inventiva. Non mancano portate a base di pesce. Tutto ottimo, anzi... di più ! Św. La cucina è quella tradizionale toscana: antipasti con bruschette, salumi e formaggi, ribollita ( il minestrone toscano particolarmente buono perchè bollito a lungo, "ribollito" appunto ), ottimi pici all'ortolana ( pasta con le verdure ) e, tra i piatti invernali, un'ottima pappa al pomodoro ( che non è una pasta ma una specie di pancotto con una base di pane e salsa di pomodoro ).&lt;br /&gt;L'osteria si trova in Via Costa S.
