Ако имате калапи за тоблероне колачи уште поубаво, ставете ја смесата во нив.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1339-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;"> Од локумот и шеќерот во прав замесуваме смеса, од која на 1/3 од неа и ставаме зелена боја растворена во 2-3 капки вода, а останатата смеса ја оставаме бела.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1339-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Од зелената локум смеса сукаме со помош на шеќер во прав тенка кора, со која ја обвиткуваме црвената веќе стегната смеса. Претходно го навлажнуваме зелениот дел за да се залепи убаво локумот, ама во многу тенок слој. Над зелениот дел ја обвиткуваме белата расукана кора. Ги измазнуваме сите три страни и го оставаме ролатот да се стегне.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1339-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Над белиот дел со четкичка премачкуваме малку вода и посипуваме со кокос. Ова може да се направи и со секоја елкичка посебно откако ќе ги исечеме. На врвот ги украсуваме со шеќерни ѕвезди.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Компирите најпрво се мијат убаво и темелно, се бришат со крпа и се виткаат во алуминиумска фолија еден по еден. Се печат во рерна на 220°С час, до час и половина (зависно колкави се и колку е силна рерната), после еден час може со чепкалка или нож да се провери дали се готови. Додека се печат, се приготвуваат ладните салати: </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1305-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">1. 200 гр урда со 3 полни лажици грчки јогурт и мнооогууу свеж копар; </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">2. Пржени шампињони (свежи, не маринирани) со лукче и маслиново масло, изладени, па измешани со кисели краставички. Кога ќе се готови компирите, внимателно се отстранува фолијата, им се сече капаче по должина, дебело колку да има пристап до внатрешноста на компирот, се гмечи внатре со вилушка, се става путер и кашкавал, и се печат во рерна уште 5 - 10 минути додека не се растопи кашкавалот. Се сервираат топли со салатите натрупани врз нив.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Убаво исцедете го. Сомелете го во блендер. Уклучете ја рерната на 180° С </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Во длабок сад, матете ги јајцата и шеќерот (5 минути). Додадете ги останатите состојки и матете уште 1-2 минути. Добиената смеса истурете ја во претходно подготвен калап за печење (20 цм). Печете 40 минути на 180°С (проверете!) Печената кора оставете ја целосно да се олади.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1285-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";><span style="display: block;">Состојките за фил ставете ги во длабок сад и со стап-миксер, мешајте додека добиете хомогена смеса. Испапчениот дел од кората исечете го да се израмни. Со раце изронете го да добиете покрупни трошки. Кората исечете ја на два дела. Ставете од филот помеѓу двете кори, а потоа по краевите и одозгора (целиот колач да биде покриен со фил). Врз филот посипете од трошките. Оставете го колачот да се излади (2-3 часа во фрижидер).</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

<p>Со или без салата, само ваква раскошна маринада може да му даде карактер на еден безличен пилешки стек. Пробајте и веќе нема никогаш да го ставите директно на пржење. Месото омекнува, сочно е и богато со вкус. Шеќерот и слатката компонента од меласата (или балсамико) при пржење карамелизираат, сушениот кромид исто така и без нив, приказната не би била иста. Другите зачини слободно прилагодите ги, додадете ги свежи или сушени.</p>
