I&#039;ve been using Sound Blaster cards for a long time, and I think I bought my AE-5 back in 2018 so I&#039;ve had it for a long time now.  It&#039;s served me well and still sounds great to my ears.<br />

I&#039;m primarily a gamer and not really an audio enthusiast, but I do listen to music tracks occasionally and I genuinely enjoy the superior sound quality that a dedicated sound card provides over the integrated sound on my motherboard...<br />

I was speaking about this with fellow Guru <a href="https://forums.guru3d.com/members/246088/" class="username" data-xf-init="member-tooltip" data-user-id="246088" data-username="@pegasus1">@pegasus1</a> and decided to make a thread discussing this topic.  Maybe we can also share deals on RAM if there are any.<br />

I was shocked beyond belief to see 64GB DDR5 6400MHZ RAM being priced from $500 to $1000 depending on the brand.  Cosair has lost their friggin minds with the prices they are charging.  A 96gb kit will cost you almost $1200...<br />
