If you need a fresh start - give this simple numerology spell a try!

The next FULL MOON...

On a piece of PAPER write in RED INK:

The NUMBER 1. Draw a LARGE CIRCLE around the number.
Inside the CIRCLE list what you need a fresh start in: a new job, new love, a reboot in your marriage, etc.....

Prick your finger and place a few drops of your BLOOD on the paper. Women - if you're experiencing menstruation, use that blood.
Sprinkle either ORRIS ROOT or POWDERED SUGAR on the PAPER.
Fold the paper into a nice square.
Bury it either in your yard or in a potted plant.

Hot N Cold Spell

Do you have someone in your life who runs hot and cold? One minute they're all over you - next minute they're MIA? Add some stability to your life.

Need:

Non metal fireproof bowl
A picture of the hot/cold person. If no picture is present - then write their name, DOB if known and physical characteristics in red ink on a piece of paper.
Small glass of water
Match/lighter

Instructions:

In the FIREPROOF BOWL place the PICTURE.
Light the PICTURE. As it burns recite: The attention you pay towards me when it is convenient for you turns to ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
Once the PICTURE burns about 1/2 way - pour the WATER over it as you recite: I quell your ability to turn away from me and run when it is convenient for you.
Sit quiet for a minute and imagine a peace between you two where there is stability and no more hot/cold drama.
Thank whatever powers you believe in for their help in this matter.
Bury the contents of the bowl - if possible. If not - throw it away.

Let The Sun Shine Spell

Feeling a bit low? Need something to jump start --- anything --- in your life? Give this simple spell a try.

Need:

1 Sun Tarot Card (from any deck is fine as long as it is a positive image)
1 Yellow Candle w/holder
Ginger Oil

In the middle of your workspace place THE SUN CARD.
Take the GINGER OIL and dress the YELLOW CANDLE - by starting in the middle and 9 strokes up - start in the middle and 9 strokes down.
Put the candle in it's holder and place it on the sun card.
Light the candle.
Imagination your life moving forward - experience the joy you feel.

Allow the candle to burn down. It's ok to return the card to the tarot deck.

Incense To Use (choose one)
Frankincense, Rosemary

Oils To Use
Caraway, Orange, Jasmine, Ginger, Base Oil (see chapter on Oils)

Candles To Use
Two Orange

Stones To Use
One Small Tiger’s-Eye

Other Supplies Needed
Two Fireproof Bowls (non-metal), Charcoal Block, One Dark- Colored Airtight Glass Bottle w/Lid, Red Ribbon Or Thread

Preparation
• Gather supplies
• Carve “Your Name” into the 1st ORANGE candle and
“Your Pet’s Name” into the 2nd ORANGE candle.
• Place each candle into your projective hand (right if right hand- ed – left if left handed) to empower it. Visualize your need; feel the emotions associated with it. Once you can no longer hold the image or feel the emotions, then the energy has moved from you into the candle. Empower “Connection” into both ORANGE candles.

• Anoint ALL CANDLES with the OIL of choice. Starting in the middle of the candle, perform 9 strokes going up, then again starting in the middle of the candle, do 9 strokes going down.

Never rub up and then down in the same motion.

Activation
• Light CHARCOAL BLOCK, place in ONE FIREPROOF BOWL and burn INCENSE.
• Meditate on the desired outcome – clear your mind and focus on what you want to accomplish.

Making The Oil
1. Place your base oil and essentials oils within reach.
2. Begin by visualizing your need or goal.
3. Once it is clearly formed in your mind, add the base oil to the bottle.
4. Add the ingredients in one by one, swirling the bottle clockwise to mix. Note how each ingredient affects the aroma of the oil.
5. Take your stone/crystal and place it in your projective hand.
6. Visualize your need or goal.
7. Once it has been clearly formed in your mind, pour your need into the stone/crystal.
8. Add the stone/crystal to the oils.
9. Seal the bottle.
10. Store for three days (or at least overnight) before your first use.

Tie the two ORANGE candles together with the RED RIBBON or THREAD.

Slightly melt the bottom of each ORANGE candle and secure to the bottom of a FIREPROOF BOWL.

Place the bottle of OIL in front of the ORANGE candles.

If you can, have your pet in the room with you as you light the ORANGE candles and recite:

Open up my dear friend, and let me hear,
What I need to know, understand and act upon.

In your own words, thank the Divine forces for their help in this matter.

Let the candles burn down for at least nine minutes. If you must extinguish the flame, do so with a snuffer as blowing will scatter the energy. Bury the wax

Place a few drops of the OIL in the center of your pet’s forehead, back of the neck and/or their collar – plus on your third eye, in the center of your forehead.

Reapply OIL as needed.

When I used this same cure to create a steady flow of cash to pay a PR company when my book MAKE THIS YOUR LUCKY DAY was first released, I actually paired it with another Feng Shui gold standard for picking up some prosperity. A powerful symbol of incoming prosperity is a small statue of a sailing ship positioned immediately inside your front entryway with the bow of the boat pointing INTO your house. This boat does need to be three-dimensional (as opposed to an image) but can be quite small while still making a HUGE impact! I placed my sailing ship (with faux and fake bills and gems all over it!) on the floor right inside my front door and had the Three of Wands Tarot card positioned very close by. A one-two punch. But, just so I'm clear here, either one of these cures is entirely effective and very power-packed all on its own. Put on your swimmies because here comes waves of prosperity and OVERFLOWING ABUNDANCE just for you!

Bean Away Negativity

You can do this two ways:

1) Fill small jars (think baby food jar) full of DRIED BEANS and place them in your inside windowsills.

2) String FRESH BEANS and hang them in your windows to dry. Once dried - leave them there.

Replace every 3 months.

PS: if you would like to keep the yuckiness of your workplace at bay - keep a small jar of dried beans in your desk drawer or back on your desk out of sight.

Rosy Romance Cure

Place a RED flower without thorns into a WHITE vase and place it in the LOVE/ROMANCE area (South West section) in your BEDROOM as you IMAGINE a new romance coming into your life.

To improve a CURRENT LOVE:

Place TWO PINK long-stemmed roses without thorns in a WHITE vase and put them on the bedside table of the side of the bed you sleep on while you IMAGINE your love growing stronger.
Replace the roses with fresh ones every THREE DAYS for a total of NINE DAYS (or three changes).
If when you change out the roses they are not yet wilted - place them someplace else in your home until they are wilting.

Candle Money Magic

Need some cash - give this simple spell a try.

Need:

1 green candle w/holder
Patchouli or Basil oil
1 brown paper (from a brown paper bag is fine)
Sharp object

Instructions:

Write the precise amount you need on the brown paper.
With the sharp object - carve your name and date of birth into the candle.
Dress the candle with the oil of your choice - start in the middle w/ 9 strokes up and then in the middle with 9 strokes down - while imagining yourself getting that money - a check, a raise, money re-payed, etc...
Put the candle in it's holder and place it on top of the brown paper.
Burn the candle for 9 - 15 min daily for at least 9 days until the candle burns down.
Bury the candle & brown paper outside or in a potted plant.

Instructions:
- Write financial need on paper. Be specific. If you need $325.67 to make your rent payment, write that instead of $326.
- Write your name on the bay leaf.
- Place the paper and the bay leaf in the mason jar.

Smooth Change Transition

Need:
Tarot Card - Death
1 Amethyst
1 Orange Candle w/candle holder

Directions:

Carve your "Name" and "Peace" into the Orange Candle.
Place the candle w/holder on top of the Death Card
Put the Amethyst on the card next to the candle.
Light the candle.
When the candle is burned down, toss the wax, return the card to your deck.
Carry the amethyst with you. Any time you need a boast of peace, hold it in your receptive hand (the one you do not use to write).

Gypsy Magic Classes

Hi All!

When Fall arrives in Ohio (around Sept/Oct) I'm offering Gypsy Magic classes. I'm considering 3 different ways to present the material:

Via email with once a week IM chat meetings to answer questions.
Via email but with video instruction as opposed it being written all out.
Live via Skype or another similar service.

Wishing Is A Beech!

Who doesn't like to wish? Let the beech tree help make your wish come true.

Take a fallen stick from a beech tree and carve your wish into it. Hold the stick in your projective hand (the hand you use to write) and concentrate on your wish - sending it into the stick. When you can not longer hold the wish in your mind, it has been transferred to the beech stick.

Bury the stick someplace where it will not be disturbed.

Creative Vision Board

We've all heard of vision boards that map out the life we want - but have you ever created a Creative Vision Board? It's super for those who rely on their creativity to put food on their table.

This is as simple as pie :)

Take whiteboard or at least some sort of sturdy backing to use (i.e. cardboard, construction paper taped together).
Close your eyes and imagine what your creativity will bring to you. Happiness? Security? A new car? New home? Vacation? Recording contract? Book deal? Movie being filmed? Be specific. This are ONLY the direct results of what will happen if you are using your creativity to it's highest level. NOT what you want your whole life to be.
Now that you are focused on what your creativity will bring, find or draw the PICTURES that will convey it and post them on your board along with any WORDS that help form images.
Post your Creative Vision Board in your creative space.

Sustainable Money Spell

Sometimes what we need is enough money to sustain us or get us through month to month.

Place a GREEN CANDLE in a secure location where it will not be disturbed.

Sprinkle a ring of CINNAMON around the CANDLE.
Sprinkle a ring of GINGER around the CINNAMON.
Sprinkle a ring of ORRIS ROOT (or powdered sugar) around the GINGER.

Light the CANDLE and let it burn down. Bury the wax with the herbs.

Repeat as needed.
