He liked the way it looked and soon realized that in some cases, black Corvettes were few and far between. So, he accepted a personal challenge: Acquire as many black Corvettes covering the formative years of the brand, as possible.</p> <p>He ended up with a more than impressive collection of shiny black Vettes & other Chevy icons. And while the collection was never formally open to the public, our cameras spent a day and a half taking it all in.
