It's a very quick way to tweet with a single press, stock messages like 'going out with my mates', or 'signing off for the day' which people tend to do quite a lot from what I see.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This idea followed from my earlier thoughts about  twitter diet tracking app. It's based on the ever evolving, ever growing usage profile of the twitter service. I would work like any other diet tracking app, except it would post "Hamburger, 1400 Cals" directly to twitter. The different dietary choices should be readily available for you to select with a single click, of course.&lt;/p&gt;
