Cybersansar Owner detained for the copyright infringement at Givemehd.com

Police on arrested the owners of cybersansar.com—Abhinav Kasaju and Dipankar Kasajufor their alleged involvement in copyright infringement. Police accused them for selling copyrighted movies and vidoes from several international sectors like Discovery channels, National Geographic channel, Hollywood Movies, etc.

They recently launced givemehd.com providing very high quality videos at cheap price. They've collected large sum of money from people with special offer to provide High quality vidoes at cheap price. They've also been administering Cybersansar.com more than a decade.

According to police, they've pursued high speed internet and have been downloading large number of high quality movies from several torrent portals. But Nepal joined Internatinal Trade since 2004. And according to the copyright act, copyright will applicable to every member nation.

They've been importing 3D spectacles with HDNEPAL.com printed there on.

Apple is way behind the real technology

I wonder why people are so crazy about Apple's product. I bet they are far behind the real technology. You can take an example of Apple's new iPad. No sooner it was launched, they had to released new version of iPad again with solution to previous flaws.

Considering the world technology, iPad like gadget was released by HP two years after Apple released iPod.

Personally, I don't call Apple's product much innovative. I accept that it is much rigid than others but technology they use are way behind the real technology that other IT company use today.

The world famous iPhone is just the copied version of some creation by HTC. While Apple claims that every cell phone copies their design. Well, it's acceptable that everybody is tlitling towards Apple's design. But the technology they use? Its still questionable. For an example, see the image above (click to enlarge) about iPad and HP TC 110 which was already released 7 years before the release of iPad.

I bet there are much better products than iPads and iPhones. I find Nokia's simple headphone's quality far better than iPod.

A Human With Second Face? Yes, Thats Possible...

We often see that the new born babies are born with some deficiency, deficiency in the sense that they are physically abnormal. Like for eg, a baby with no limbs, two babies attached to each other, etc. But some babies have defects on their faces. Its the same with Kangkang, a 14-month old born with a transverse facial cleft.

Facial cleft palate is a plate like structure which makes a person seem like he is wearing a mask over his face. This is known as Moebius syndrome. Kangkang has a massive cleft that extends almost all the way up to his ears.

No one knows what causes this unfortunate condition, though theories do exist. It could be caused by an infection, or even frequent drug use by the mother. According to one source, the only drugs the mother took while pregnant were prescribed anti-abortion agents her doctors prescribed.

Ncell announced BlackBerry service Today

Google Adsense Official blog's validation error- A short gossip

Blogger.com who have been providing Blogging platform all the blog lovers since more than a decade have been creating a huge milestone in the internet history. Blogger was actually established by a company in San Francisco called Pyra Labs in August of 1999. Later Google Inc purchased it.

And I am also one of the beneficiary of Blogger.com. I've been using Blogger.com since 5 years. Though there is another blogging platform which is claimed to be free and open source and also better than Blogger.com, my mind never diverted towards having a wordpress blog. Though I work professionally for WordPress Blog design I have been loving Goolgle's Blogger.

Recently, I started developing WordPress theme with XHTML Transitional 1.0 document type. Up to now I don't have any CSS or XHTML errors in my web templates. You can verify it here.

I've never doubted Google for it's leading role in IT industry of World . But today while checking if my blog have valid HTML coding, I got hundreds of error and hundreds of warning. I tried changing the templates to default one, but still w3 Validator shows many error in my blog template.

Being frustrated, I tried to validate Google Adsense's official blog. To my surprise it gave more than 100 errors and more than 200 warnings.

You may be surprised that even Goolge's home page, www.google.com has 35 errors. W3 Validtor detects all the blogger template as HTML5 document type.

Waking up the dead in Nepal

Early in the morning, Binayak Poudel's parents found him unconscious in bed. Instantly they noticed a snake crawling in his bed. They took him to Teaching Hospital at Maharajgunj in Kathmandu.

Sadly, doctors declared him dead. His father collapsed on the spot hearing his death.

When his father woke up, the dead body was being prepared for the funeral.

A natural doctor, Madhusudan Pandey got informed about it. He arosed a new hope to make him alive again.

The Doctor said that, the body is still able to bleed and the blood has not been clotted yet. Then he painted the dead body completely with Red soil. Large number of people crowded to see the cure in action. Even local police forces trusted him and gave him security locally.

According to him, he have successfully made a dead body alive with similar case in Kapilvastu district. He said that with natural technique one can be cured even he is clinically declared death. We'll have 90 percent chances to make him alive. It may take 12 - 16 hours for the cure, he added.

This has happened in Saurahwa of Bardiya district. His father is the empolyee of public health while his mother is a school teacher. The dead body's condition is still unknown. Will the dead really will wake up again?

We all know about virginity test for females. Their virginity was determined by the situation of hymen membrane in their vaginal opening. However, breakage of hymen was possible during horse riding, bicycle riding and for girls who mostly involves in sports activities. Since many years, lots of people wanted to know if there is such virginity test for male or not.

To clear your confusion, recently, a female acupuncturist from Vietnam gained celebrity status for finding the method to determine he virginity tests for male, the ear-based "virginity test."

Traditional medicine practitioner Pham Thi Hong claims she can tell whether or not someone is a virgin by examining the spots on their ears and taking their pulse rate.
Since the method's inception, Hong has established a quite a fan base; however, her clientele consists mostly of convicted rapists who swear they are innocent and have the dots to prove it.
Hong's "revolutionary" new practice has already led to the "exoneration" of three jailed rapists who were convicted for gang-raping a 20-year-old woman.

"They all had small red spots on the back of their ears. The spots should have disappeared if they had had sex. My many years of experience told me that these men did not have sex before."
Hong believed in the men's innocence and even threatened to light herself on fire in order to get their case their case reexamined. It worked. After serving 10 years of a 16-year sentence, the three men were released.
Unfortunately for Hong and rapists all over the world, her "virgin-radar" has been met with skepticism from other traditional medicine practitioners.
"I have never heard of this method before," said Nguyen Van Hao, 60, an acupuncturist who has practiced for 14 years. "From the medical point of view, it's impossible to determine whether a man having sex or not by feeling the pulse or examining the red spot on their ears."

Microsoft providing their softwares free for Nepal

Microsoft is now providing their softwares for free to Nepali software developers. With BizzSpark program and Webspark program that provide FREE software and licenses to startups, about 200 Nepali software company will be experiencing free Genuine Microsoft Software. The software includes Office package and all Windows OSes.

However, they are considering only new commers.
Companies more than 3 year older with more than 15 software developers will not be applicable in this program . It is because, new comapanies with few man power cannot purchase such expensive software from Microsoft.

The softwares will be provided free for each software developers in the company. In average calculation, it becomes about $15000 (NRs. 11,00,000) of free softwares for Nepal. The free software distribution for each company is only for 3 years. Later when they success in their business, they'll have to pay $100 to Microsoft.

With these, Microsoft is providing 80% discount in Office 2010 package for the students of Nepal. The actual price of Office 2010 is about $350 (NRs. 26,000)

Same un-civilized Kathmandu Municipality

Daily thousands of people passes through New Road gate. We all go to New Road, the New York of Nepal. But have you ever noticed the New Road banner? Well, not always but once in number of visits you might take note of New Road's banner saying Naya Sadak. And the banner is sponsored by CocaCola Company.

But I am not talking about the New Road banner here. I am talking about the the yellow stand at just left side of the banner. Yes, the traffic light singnal post. I don't remember when it was setup there, but it has been totally no use of this ruined traffic post.

Actually this is the responsibilty of Kathmandu municipality to manage it. This traffic post symbolizes the old mentality still persists among the people of Nepal. If this is the condition of New Road then what would be the condition of the remote villages of Nepal?

Sorry, wrong answer, villagers are now much more about their locality. They clean up their place at regular interval. Technology is being surrounded to every corner of the valley, thanks to Mahabir pun and NTC for such a wonderful work. Loadshedding problem is almost gone because of lots of micro-hydroelectricity projects.

Kathmandu Valley has become really a New York of Nepal. Where no body cares about others. But anything surprising happens, people round up the spot, not to help but to be entertained.

Whenever I see this yellow post, I recall those old days of Kathmandu Valley. This yellow post have been a time machine for me.

Nepal Telecom, one of the Leading ITC industry of Nepal has changed it's free websms page's theme. Not only the skin but the real back-end has also some what modified for other networks.

With this update, NT's WebSMS now offer sending free SMS from CDMA Fixed and Sky Phone users as well. One can register with their CDMA/Sky/GSM phone number and FWP/ R-UIM Serial Number as well.

The astonishing blue theme really impressed me rather than that old boring orange theme. Their homepage seemed more professionals than before.

However the web layout is analogous to previous layout.

This is the third time that NT changed it's WebSMS's main page. At first it looked just like kid designed web page.

Introducing WiMAX to Nepal

Nepal is soon going to taste the WiMAX internet. Thanks to Nepal Telecomunication Authority Nepal (NTA) for it's request to the Nepalese Ministry of Communication and Information to allow the operation of Wireless Broadband internet – WiMAX in Nepalese sky.

Once they grants the permission, NTA will ask for proposals from the ISPs and Telecomm Operators for their intentions to provide WiMAX service in Nepal. This service can be used with any kind of data.

What actually is WiMAX?
WiMAX, an acronym for Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, is a telecommunications technology that provides fixed and fully mobile internet access. The current WiMAX revision provides up to 40 Mbps with the IEEE 802.16m update expected offer up to 1 Gbit/s fixed speeds. (WiMAX is based on the IEEE 802.16 standard, also called Broadband Wireless Access).

This high speed (about 40 Mbps) data transfer will allow you to use your portable device for broadband connectivity across cities and countries through a variety of devices. Shocking news about Nepali students in the UK

We are getting serious and disturbing reports about the fate of many Nepalese students who arrive in the UK for their further education. I hear that they are arriving there in the UK with very little money in the expectation of finding an instant job to support their life and studies. They are fast running out of money and sleeping in parks and bus stations. This is really a horrific situation which can easily be avoided by giving the students the correct advice before they board their flights to London.

We have a world economic recession. Jobs are not as easy to find as they were a couple of years ago. Nobody knows exactly how long this situation will last. There is still work available but it takes much longer to find a job these days. Don't fly to the UK expecting to find a job instantly.
Don't fly to the UK without speaking English to a reasonable standard or people will not want to employ you. Go to a proper college and take an IELTS test. Proper UK colleges demand a reasonable passmark in IELTS. Don't fly to the UK with very little money in your pocket.

Beware of any colleges which say 'NO IELTS REQUIRED' Proper colleges always demand a good IELTS mark

He said the main reason why its like this sad situation with Nepalese students is because they bring only 500-1000 pounds with them and expect to find work here from next day so of course when the money is finished after two weeks or four, they sleep in parks if their parents can not support them. The students come here without thinking that dai. Also another thing is this that the students who come here speak shit English. Imagine who will give them job in London (specially in crisis now) without English language?

Visually impaired people may soon be able to “see” the world around them without the need for implants or surgery. The BrainPort device, created by Wisconsin-based Wicab, Inc., consists of a pair of sunglasses with an embedded camera, a hand-held CPU/controller, and an electrode-laden paddle which sits on the user’s tongue. Visual information is passed through the camera, turned into electric impulses, and related to the brain through the tongue.

Certain electrodes provide an electric charge, while others convey no charge. The impulses aren’t painful; some users describe them as feeling like champagne bubbles on the tongue. The large number of nerve endings in the tongue process the impulses into a grainy black-and-white image, allowing the user to “see” his or her surroundings. Though it’s been tested and is known to work, the curious thing is that no one is sure exactly how it works: does the brain interpret the signals as visual or tactile? Different interpretations by the brain would mean that different cortices are activated. Regardless of which cortex processes the information, though, the user is able to effectively make out high-contrast shapes, movement and even some aspects of perspective. Nepal Telecom is planning to limit it's ADSL service. According to this management, you'll have to pay the bill as much per your internet usage. Currently, we are paying the fixed amount for unlimited usage.

Soon we are going to change our management system to volume base credit, said Surendra Prasad Thikey. He also added that, Nepali user will get the internet in cheaper amount. This will be beneficial to those who wants faster internet speed.

Telecom has provided the speed of 128 and 256 kilobit persecond to the public and additional 2 megabit per second for the organizations only.

When volume base credit is availed they'll be providing higher bandwidth speed to the public as well.

However, the download and upload tariff is not yet finalized.

New Plans by Govt. to decrease the KTM Valley Population

What might be the population status of Kathmandu Valley? 10 Lakhs? 20 Lakhs? About 35 Lakh people are residing in Kathmandu Valley. Especially those who resides in Kathmandu valley is sick from the increasing immigration to Kathmandu valley, including me.

Never before government cared about it. But today in Annapurna Post, Krishna kesi wrote about the Government's plan to reduce the population of Kathmandu Valley.

Government is planning to regulate the population in the place where it was grown from. He said that, the basic facilities like, water, transportation, colleges, House numbering, River controlling, Vegetable markets and marts, park, bus park, Public toilets, etc will be constructed, making the facilities and development parallel to the Kathmandu Valley.

The nine municipalities around the Kathmandu Valley has been nominated to process through this on-going master plan. Including Kathmandu Valley, Banepa, Panauti, Dhulikhel, Bharatpur, Hetauda, Ratnanagar, Bidur and Kmalamai municipality have been selected in nine.

Exactly, 34 Lakh people are surviving in this Kathmandu valley. In 2058 it was exactly 15 Lakh.
With the aid of respective municipality, Nepal Government and Asian Development Bank (ADB).

But lets hope this plan will not be uncared when the Government changes...

NTC's ADSL all over the map, exception: Pokhara

It has been more than a month that NTC published about the ADSL facilitates now available in Biratnagar, Itahari, Nepalgunj, Bharatpur, Pokhara (not so sure about it).

However, I don't have any details about so called 256kbs of BroadBand facilities available in the above mentioned cities except in Kathmandu, as being the inhabitant of KTM Valley. While reading through several blogs from the inhabitant of Pokhara, lots of dissatisfaction can be heard. They commented that, the ADSL service is only available for the Business organizations, not for personal use.

Pokhrelis, have been waiting for the ADSL service since it was launched in Kathmandu Valley. It can be said that, either because of weak management or weak business idea, NTC has not launched the ADSL service for the public of Pokhara. Also they must keep in mind that Pokhara is the place where lots of tourists visits. Obviously they visit and take photographs and communicate with the another world away from Nepal.

This proved even the same organization NTC has two separate manifesto on two different cities of the country- one place bravo whilst the other drawn to the lake. Ekendra's Blog said.

NTC has been providing up to 5 Mbps of bandwidth through ADSL service. However only 256 Kbps is available for the public, rest of all up to 5 Mbps is only for the business sector.

I was surfing through Eken's Blog, my eyes caught his recent post, What's NOT in Nepal? He has beautifully explained all the situation that Nepal is experiencing with.

He has categorized the subjects in different heads, like about Mount Everest, Gautam Buddha, Political State, Government, Life style and so so.

In this article, he has mostly used satirical words against those foolish, who claims those things what they doesn't own. For example, the dispute of Gautam Buddha's Birth place. World knows that where Gautam Buddha was born and if they want proof, then we have the historical Palace structure at Lumibini and lots of other evidences. No matter how much they (Indian Media) try to advertise the wrong thing about Buddha's Birth place, they won't be able to give any proof and reasons for it.

Similarly is the case about Mount Everest, which China claims their.
