Our objective was to introduce strategies, frameworks and a case study to educate and equip our participant’s with a process for making critical business decisions supported by trusted information and to cultivate a practice necessary for competitive advantage. Over 100 organizations consisting of business, government and non-profits, participated with various degrees of knowledge on the subject matter and different practical experience leading sustainability change.

Questions and the topics of discussion ranged from requests to review practical examples, value tree modeling for non-profits, personal sustainability plans (recommended reading, PSP white paper, Saatchi & Saatchi @ http://www.strategyforsustainability.com/resources), incenting employees and developing accountability for sustainability initiatives, which invariably are the most complicated elements in a change management process. Thoughts?
