ધોરણ 1 માં વિનામૂલ્યે ખાનગી શાળાઓમાં પ્રવેશ માટે અરજીની તારીખ જાહેર કરવામાં આવી છે. વાલીઓ 10 એપ્રિલ 2023 થી 22 એપ્રિલ 2023 દરમિયાન અરજી કરી શકશે. મહત્વનું છે કે, 1 જુન 2023ના રોજ ધોરણ 1 માં પ્રવેશ માટે 6 વર્ષ પુરા થયા હોવા જરૂરી છે. RTE હેઠળ પ્રવેશ માટે અરજી ઓનલાઇન કરવાની રહેશે.

શું છે આ RTE? : ગુજરાતના ગરીબ અને વંચિત જૂથના બાળકોને ખાનગી સ્કૂલોમાં ફરજીયાત શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ લાગુ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે જેમાં ગરીબ અને વંચિત બાળકોને ખાનગી શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષણ પ્રાપ્ત કરવાનો અધિકાર આપવામાં આવે છે. દેશના દરેક બાળકને શિક્ષણ પ્રાપ્ત કરવાનો અધિકાર છે જેથી ખાનગી શાળાઓમાં કેટલીક સીટો RTE હેઠળના બાળકો માટે અનામત રાખવામાં આવે છે.

RTE Gujarat Admission 2023

Right to Information cell has been developed in the Gujarat state to provide important educational facilities to all the children who are not able to pay their school fees. The Right to Information quota is available in almost all of the schools of the Gujarat districts. The students can fill up the admission form for RTE and then can submit the application form in their respective schools to avail of the benefit of less fee and also all of the other financial incentives.

Required Documents for RTE Admission / ફોર્મ ભરવા માટે ના આવશ્યક દસ્તાવેજો :

રહેઠાણ નો પુરાવો : આધારકાર્ડ / પાસપોર્ટ / વીજળી બિલ / પાણી બિલ / ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ / રેશન કાર્ડ / જો ઉપર મુજબનાં આધાર પૈકી કોઈ એક આધાર હોય તો, રજીસ્ટર્ડ ભાડા કરારની જરૂર રહેતી નથી. જો ઉપર મુજબનાં આધાર પૈકી એક પણ આધાર ન હોય તેવા સંજોગોમાં રજીસ્ટર્ડ ભાડા કરાર - ગુજરાત સ્ટેમ્પ એક્ટ ૧૯૫૮ મુજબ નોંધાયેલ ભાડાકરાર તથા સબંધિત પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં જમા કરાવ્યાના આધાર સાથેનો માન્‍ય ગણવામાં આવશે. (નોટોરાઈઝ્ડ ભાડા કરાર માન્ય ગણાશે નહીં)
વાલીનું જાતીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર : મામલતદારશ્રી અથવા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારી, તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
જન્મનું પ્રમાણપત્ર : ગ્રામ પંચાયત / નગર પાલિકા, મહાનગર પાલિકા, જન્મ / હોસ્પિટલ નોંધણી પ્રમાણપત્ર / આંગણવાડી, બાલવાડી નોંધણી પ્રમાણપત્ર / માતા-પિતા કે વાલીનું નોટોરાઈઝડ સોગંદનામું.
ફોટોગ્રાફ : પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝ કલર ફોટોગ્રાફ
વાલીની આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર : જુનો આવકનો દાખલો હોય તો મામલતદારશ્રી, તાલુકા વિકાસ અધીકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધીકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર માન્ય રહેશે. નવો આવકનો દાખલો માત્ર જનસેવા કેન્દ્ર નો જ માન્ય ગણાશે. (તા. ૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૧૯ પછીનો) ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએ ઈ ગ્રામ પંચાયતનો તલાટી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ તાજેતરનો (તા. ૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૨૧ પછીનો) આવકનો દાખલો જ માન્‍ય ગણવામાં આવશે.
બીપીએલ : ૦ થી ૨૦ આંક સુધીની BPL કેટેગરીમાં આવતા વાલીએ ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા નિયામકશ્રી, જિલ્લા ગ્રામ વિકાસ એજન્સીનો દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે જ્યારે શહેર વિસ્તાર માટે મહાનગરપાલિકાના કિસ્સામાં નાયબ મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશ્નર અથવા મહાનગર પાલિકાએ અધિકૃત કરેલ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો દાખલો, નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારમાં નગર પાલિકાના ચીફ ઓફિસરનો દાખલો અને નોટીફાઈડ વિસ્તારમાં મુખ્ય કારોબારી અધિકારી અથવા વહીવટી અધિકારીનો દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે. જે શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં 0 થી ૨૦ આંક (સ્કોર) ધરાવતા બી.પી.એલ કેટેગરીના લાભાર્થીઓની યાદી ન હોય તેવા વિસ્તારમાં બી.પી.એલ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ થયેલ લાભાર્થીએ જે-તે સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું બી.પી.એલ યાદી નંબર વાળું પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે. BPL રેશનકાર્ડ BPL આધાર તરીકે માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ.
વિચરતી જાતિઓ અને વિમુકત જનજાતિઓ : મામલતદારશ્રી અથવા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારી, તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
અનાથ બાળક : જે તે જીલ્લા ની ચાઈલ્ડ વેલ્ફેર કમિટી (CWC) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
સંભાળ અને સંરક્ષણની જરૂરિયાતવાળું બાળક : જે તે જીલ્લા ની ચાઈલ્ડ વેલ્ફેર કમિટી (CWC) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
બાલગૃહ ના બાળકો : જે તે જીલ્લા ની ચાઈલ્ડ વેલ્ફેર કમિટી (CWC) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
બાળમજૂર / સ્થળાંતરીત મજુરના બાળકો : જે તે જીલ્લાના લેબર અને રોજગાર વિભાગનું શ્રમ અધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
સેરેબ્રલી પાલ્સી વાળા બાળકો : સિવિલ સર્જન પ્રમાણપત્ર.
ખાસ જરૂરિયાત વાળા બાળકો (દિવ્યાંગ) : સિવિલ સર્જન નું પ્રમાણપત્ર (લઘુતમ 40%)
(ART) એન્ટિ-રેટ્રોવાયરલ થેરેપીની સારવાર લેતા બાળકો : સિવિલ સર્જન પ્રમાણપત્ર.
શહીદ થયેલ જવાનના બાળકો : સંબંધિત ખાતાના સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો દાખલો.
સંતાનમાં એક માત્ર દીકરી હોય તે કેટેગરી માટે : ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે તલાટી કમ મંત્રીશ્રી, નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તાર માટે ચીફ ઓફિસર અને મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તાર માટે સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો એક માત્ર (સિંગલ ગર્લ ચાઈલ્ડ) હોવાનો દાખલો.
સરકારી આંગણવાડીમાં અભ્યાસ કરતાં બાળકો : સરકારી આંગણવાડીમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 2 વર્ષ અભ્યાસ કરેલ હોય અને ICDS-CAS વેબપોર્ટલ પર જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના નામ નોંધાયેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ જે તે આંગણવાડીમાં અભ્યાસ કરેલ છે તે મતલબનું સબંધિત આંગણવાડીનાં આંગણવાડી વર્કર અથવા સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા વખતોવખત નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો પ્રમાણિત કરેલ દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે.
બાળકનું આધારકાર્ડ : બાળકના આધારકાર્ડની નકલ.
વાલીનું આધારકાર્ડ : વાલીના આધારકાર્ડની નકલ.
બેંકની વિગતો : બાળક કે વાલીના બેંક ખાતાની પાસબુકની ઝેરોક્ષ.

Gujarat NMMS 2022 is the state level National Means Merit Scholarship (NMMS) for class 8th students of Gujarat. State Examination Board is organizing NMMS Gujarat 2022. Students of Gujarat’s govt, govt aided, local body schools with required marks, and parental income of upto Rs 3.5 lakh can appear in NMMS 2022 -2023 consisting of MAT and SAT exams. A total of 5097 students in Gujarat will get scholarships of Rs 12000 per year on the basis of Gujarat NMMS 2022-23.

Exam Selection Process :

The students must pass both the tests i.e. MAT and SAT with at least 40% marks in each. For the reserved category, this cut off will be 32% marks.

At the time of selection for the award of scholarship, the candidate must have scored at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in Class VIII examination. There will be 5% relaxation for SC/ST.
The awardees should satisfy the eligibilities and the conditions mentioned in the scheme.

NMMS Scholarship Benefits :

NMMS Scholarship of Rs. 12000 /- per year (Rs. 1000 /- per month) per student is awarded to students selected each year to study in Std 9 to 12 in state government, government-funded schools and local schools.
Students in class 9 receive a one-time scholarship, ie INR 12,000 per year, for one academic year.
The scholarship is renewed every year until the student completes his / her upper secondary education level (Class 12), provided the candidate gets a clear promotion to the upper class each year.

બીપીએલ : ૦ થી ૨૦ આંક સુધીની BPL કેટેગરીમાં આવતા વાલીએ ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા નિયામકશ્રી, જિલ્લા ગ્રામ વિકાસ એજન્સીનો દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે જ્યારે શહેર વિસ્તાર માટે મહાનગરપાલિકાના કિસ્સામાં નાયબ મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશ્નર અથવા મહાનગર પાલિકાએ અધિકૃત કરેલ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો દાખલો, નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારમાં નગર પાલિકાના ચીફ ઓફિસરનો દાખલો અને નોટીફાઈડ વિસ્તારમાં મુખ્ય કારોબારી અધિકારી અથવા વહીવટી અધિકારીનો દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે. જે શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં 0 થી ૨૦ આંક (સ્કોર) ધરાવતા બી.પી.એલ કેટેગરીના લાભાર્થીઓની યાદી ન હોય તેવા વિસ્તારમાં બી.પી.એલ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ થયેલ લાભાર્થીએ જે-તે સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું બી.પી.એલ યાદી નંબર વાળું પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવાનું રહેશે. BPL રેશનકાર્ડ BPL આધાર તરીકે માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ.
વિચરતી જાતિઓ અને વિમુકત જનજાતિઓ : મામલતદારશ્રી અથવા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારી, તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
અનાથ બાળક : જે તે જીલ્લા ની ચાઈલ્ડ વેલ્ફેર કમિટી (CWC) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
સંભાળ અને સંરક્ષણની જરૂરિયાતવાળું બાળક : જે તે જીલ્લા ની ચાઈલ્ડ વેલ્ફેર કમિટી (CWC) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
બાલગૃહ ના બાળકો : જે તે જીલ્લા ની ચાઈલ્ડ વેલ્ફેર કમિટી (CWC) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
બાળમજૂર / સ્થળાંતરીત મજુરના બાળકો : જે તે જીલ્લાના લેબર અને રોજગાર વિભાગનું શ્રમ અધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.

સરકારી આંગણવાડીમાં અભ્યાસ કરતાં બાળકો : સરકારી આંગણવાડીમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 2 વર્ષ અભ્યાસ કરેલ હોય અને ICDS-CAS વેબપોર્ટલ પર જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના નામ નોંધાયેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ જે તે આંગણવાડીમાં અભ્યાસ કરેલ છે તે મતલબનું સબંધિત આંગણવાડીનાં આંગણવાડી વર્કર અથવા સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા વખતોવખત નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો પ્રમાણિત કરેલ દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે.
બાળકનું આધારકાર્ડ : બાળકના આધારકાર્ડની નકલ.
વાલીનું આધારકાર્ડ : વાલીના આધારકાર્ડની નકલ.
બેંકની વિગતો : બાળક કે વાલીના બેંક ખાતાની પાસબુકની ઝેરોક્ષ.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the JEE Main 2022 exam date 2022 on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The NTA JEE Main 2022 will be conducted in two sessions April and May. The JEE Main 2022 phase 1 is scheduled to be conducted from 16th April to 21st April, while JEE Main 2022 phase 2 will be held from 24th May to 29th May.

The Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main) comprises two papers. Paper 1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B.Tech.) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments. JEE (Main) is also an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted for admission to IITs. Paper 2 is conducted for admission to B. Arch and B.Planning courses in the Country. From the year 2021, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow and Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur will be using the score sheet of JEE (Main) for admission to the B.Tech./M.Tech. (Integrated)/B.Arch. Courses in its affiliated colleges across the State.

Medium of the Question Papers : Drawing from the National Education Policy (NEP), the JEE (Main) 2022 will be conducted in Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu in addition to Hindi, English, and Gujarati.

Year of Appearance in Qualifying Examination : Only those candidates who have passed the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021, or those who are appearing in Class 12/equivalent examination in 2022, are eligible to appear in JEE (Main) - 2022. Candidates who passed the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2019 or before as well as those who will appear in such examination in 2023 or later are not eligible to appear in JEE (Main) - 2022.

Age Limit : For appearing in the JEE (Main) - 2022, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022 irrespective of their age can appear in JEE (Main) - 2022 examination. However, the candidates may be required to fulfill the age criteria of the Institute(s) in which they are desirous of taking admission.
