Some people cannot tolerate one type of milk, but there is a solution. There is hemp milk, soy milk, chocolate milk, reduced fat milk, and regular milk. Each serves it specific purpose and each has its benefits.

Most have heard of the types of milk listed above, except for hemp milk. Hemp milk is created from hemp seed, grown from the plant cannabis. The hemp seeds are deeply soaked and ground in water, creating a naturally tasty beverage. This nutty, creamy beverage is delicious and great for consumption.

Not only is hemp milk good for you, but it is all natural. Created from hemp seeds, a plant material, rather than from cows, hemp milk is much healthier for the body. An eight ounce serving contains 46% of the daily value of calcium, 10 essential amino acids, and a host of other vitamins that are vital to your survival.

Plain organic hemp milk does not contain cholesterol, trans fats, and is free of gluten and soy. This is as natural as it gets and greatly benefits those who drink it. Hemp protein, from which the milk is made, does not contain high levels of enzyme inhibitors, phytates, which can interfere with the proper assimilation of essential minerals or oligosaccharides, which can cause flatulence (gas) and stomach distress.
Hass Libre Hemp Clothing

Organic Bamboo Clothing, Best Way To Save Nature?

Doesn’t that seem like a strange thing to say? Bamboo is a plant, after all. Making clothing with bamboo will simply add another tree to man’s murder list for nature, wouldn’t it?

Well, while it is true that bamboo clothing will need bamboo plants to be used, this is one time that when even a diehard advocate of “Kill No Trees” like myself will say “yes” to utilizing bamboo for clothing. Yes, this is one time when it is really “utilization” rather than destruction. Nature friendly people do understand the concept of food chain and necessary killing; what we do not advocate is wanton destruction. In this case, since people do need clothing, and since utilizing bamboo for clothing will create less of the synthetic clothing material that is harmful to the environment, we think using more bamboo clothing is going to be very beneficial for Mother Nature.

Bamboo is a very important part of nature’s greenery. It is perhaps the fastest growing plant in the world. At over 2 feet a day, it grows at an amazing rate and can replenish the forest faster than almost any other plant. So, using the plant for clothing, but using it in a controlled, scientific manner, can hardly have any harmful effect. The trick is simply to plant the bamboo as fast as you cut it, and it will grow back right where it was in 10 days. This isn’t true for any other plant, and that’s why bamboo clothing is so beneficial to nature.

Bamboo is a strong, hardy plant – unlike cotton balls – and you may be thinking: what’s this guy talking about? Bamboo? And clothes?? But trust me; try our Hass Libre bamboo clothing line. You will see that clothes made from bamboo are actually very soft. It is even softer than cotton clothes, and perhaps, even, cashmere. After the processing that’s done on the bamboo to produce the clothes, it really becomes very soft, and women will be bound to love it.

Hass Libre has recently added the bamboo clothing line, following out commitment to producing eco friendly, natural clothing. The bamboo clothes are becoming more and more popular every day, and wearing this is proof of your commitment towards saving nature.

Bamboo clothing also has the unique characteristic – unlike ordinary cotton clothes – that it lets you keep warm during the cold and cool in hot weather. This is great; very few clothing materials have this useful property. Haven’t we all been looking for something that can do just this – control your “personal climate” for you?

So, go ahead and try out bamboo clothing from Hass Libre. You will get soft, lustrous natural clothing that has the added benefit of protecting our environment by keeping us away from synthetic clothing, which is often not biodegradable and produces harmful chemicals.
Imagine going on a Caribbean cruise; blue waters, clear, unpolluted sky, and a beautiful coast with white sands.

It is quite possible that a large number of these pollutants have been brought to these places by you and your family. PLASTICS—you may have brought a number of things in plastic wrappers, brought them with you on the cruise, and polluted the place. Insist on paper wrappings when going on a cruise; that will stop you from contributing to the pollution. Also, be careful about using polluting detergents. Non-phosphate containing automatic dishwashing detergents do not pollute water, but they are a little more expensive than your ordinary detergent. Spend a little more on your cruise by buying these detergents, and you will help save the environment in this way.

Many people do not like to re-use towels etc. Oftentimes, these things are dumped into the sea from the cruise ship, or dumped on location. Either way, this pollutes the environment.

There are two ways you can help save the environment from this particular pollutant. First, wear bio-degradable, organic clothing like those made from hemp fibers or organic cotton. These things are organic carbon compounds and are easily recycled by natural mechanisms. So they do not harm the environment. Secondly, try re-using your towels and napkins etc. You can have them washed (using non-polluting detergents) and easily re-use them. That is another good way to help protect the atmosphere.

Buy Hass Libre Inks Organic Clothing from the Green Guild

You can buy organic, “clean” clothing from the Hass Libre brand. You can either buy them online; or, if you prefer, buy from the Green Guild. Green Guild has a wide variety of organic clothing; what’s more, they not only sell them, but wear them too.

Be Careful About Cosmetics

Another anti-polluting measure you can adopt during your cruise is to be careful how you use and recycle cosmetic products. Try not to dump used bottles of shampoo, mascara or scents here and there. Many cruise destinations may not have adequate measures to deal with your garbage. It is better to bring these things home and recycle them in the United States. We have a much better recycling system than many tourist destinations. Also, consider using organic cosmetics, herbal care items etc. These do not contain chemical compounds that can pollute the environment.

The telecast will feature earth friendly tips throughout the game. The game is on ESPN and starts at 9 am Pacific. We think this is a very commendable act on the part of all parties involved, from the schools to the network.

The so called Green Game will reach a large audience of people who otherwise would not have exposure to the importance and relative ease with which someone can reduce their impact on the environment. We at Hass Libre would like to thank the orchestrator of this event. We hope many other schools, in all different sports follow suit.
Hass Libre Hemp Clothing

Mickey mouse orgering from Hass libre Inks... It is a strong plant that can grow faster than any other plant on Earth! Bamboo's growth rate can exceed 60 centimeters (24 inches) in a single day. Bamboo can grow in most climates and with very little water. The biggest benefit of bamboo is its ability to release more oxygen in the atmosphere than trees.

Bamboo is also known for producing environmentally friendly clothing materials. Bamboo is a superior substitute to regular cotton. Bamboo is pesticide free and grows naturally in most climates. Bamboo when produced into clothing has the softest feel to it. It is much softer than regular cotton, almost feeling like cashmere. Women will love the soft, sensual feel of bamboo clothing rather than cotton clothing. Not going green can have devastating effects on the environment and the planet as a whole. We all must do our part to reduce waste products and create innovative ways to do this.

Reducing waste byproduct, but polluting the air is not a viable solution. There must be a balance between waste and pollution. Just because we are reducing the waste products, does not mean we are eliminating the pollution emissions discharged.

When going green it is wise to do research to see what works and what does not work. Also, you may want to check with fellow environmentalists to see what their plan for action is for the future. look to see how much waste you can eliminate by doing little changes.

Water wastage is a big problem in developed countries. Less developed countries do not have access to fresh water like we do in the USA, Europe, and Asia. There are multitudes of ways to reduce water waste. Lowering the pressure when showering can save water. Also, cutting your showering time in half can play a significant role in saving water for other, more useful things. Brushing your teeth can also be wasteful of water. Shutting off the water while brushing your teeth can save 3 gallons of fresh, drinkable water. Many people in the world do not have access to clean water, yet alone 3 gallons of fresh water. If we can all reduce our water waste we can have a significant and positive impact on the environment.

Using energy efficient products or driving hybrid automobiles is a great way to reduce those nasty emissions that clog up our air. Why do we want to add so much pollution to the environment, when we can make simple lifestyle changes to reverse or slow down the impact we are having on the environment.

In essence, we all need to do our part to make small, but in the long run significant changes to our daily habits. This can ensure a thriving environment for our children and our children’s children and so on. If not we run the risk of losing this precious planet we call home!
Hass Libre Hemp Clothing

Help the environment, no contribution is to small.

Hey everybody! I hope all is well with you and yours :) Hass libre is currently in Las Vegas doing promotions, not to mention enjoying ourselves! I just wanted to post this as a quick reminder that we all make a difference. Wether it's turning off the faucet when brushing your teeth, recycling, or using environmentally safe products it truly matters. Pay attention to the packaging you recieve for food items, electronics, etc. and you will see it is almost all recyclable material. These are the types of packaging we routinely throw away. I've been guilty of this myself most of my life. Now that i am aware however, i recycle almost anything i can get my hands on. With just a little effort you can make a huge difference. So please take the initiative to do something positive, no matter how insignifigant it may seem. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!
Hass Libre Hemp Clothing

Environment Friendly, Organic Produts Are Among Us Everywhere

Being a part-time hippie is one of my favorite pass times. I get to discuss the significance climate change, stress the importance of renewable energy, and wear some killer hemp clothing. But little did I know about the sheer number of organic products available until I visited the eco-retailer Nelliefay. After browsing their selection of products, I decided it was finally time to put my money where my mouth is... or at least my dogs anyway.

What does that mean exactly? I ordered an organic bone for my dog Stewart. That's right. These things actually exist as you can see from the adorable photo below.

So far, my pet Stewart has enjoyed his bone thoroughly. But fortunately he's never buried this one. Unlike real bones this 8 inch cotton bone comes with a built in squeaker and since its made from cotton it's very gentle on his teeth.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and so is Stewart. If you're into preserving our ecosystem and are also a dog owner, I'd suggest dropping the 13 bones it costs to order.

By Guest Writer McBrett Lind
Hass Libre Hemp Clothing

Our Blog has Do Follow Comments Now!

We have recently switched our blog comments from nofollow to dofollow. This is to say that the average light bulb uses 5 – 10 times more electricity that its original cost. This can run up a family’s electric bill and usually does. There are ways to reduce the amount of light emitted from the bulbs and even cut back on using the lights.

We can turn the lights off when were leaving a room. This also means turning off other electronics that may be plugged in such as televisions. Radios, clocks, and even computers! All these drain electricity quickly and are not good for the environment.

An alternative solution to the wasted energy by standard light bulbs is using Compact Fluorescent Lights or Light Emitting Diode (LED Lights). These lights will save energy and last longer than the standard incandescent bulb, revolutionizing energy-efficient light bulbs. Compact fluorescent lights are smaller versions of full sized fluorescent bulbs, yet look like they are emitting the light from an incandescent bulb. LED bulbs are particularly energy-efficient and have opened up new uses in homes and schools everywhere.
Hass Libre Hemp Clothing

Where is the water going? Save the environment Now!

It is becoming a bigger problem every day as our natural water resources are being depleted. Nearly half the world does not have access to clean, fresh water, yet we take water for granted. Water is necessary for survival and without it we will die. This is sad that so many people in the world are not privileged like ourselves to have such abundances of water resources.

In reality we do not have as much water as we think. We are sunning out of water fast and we need to reverse this cycle. Remember without water we die. So how can we increased water levels? Well first we have to look at our habits and start making some changes. Do you leave the water on while brushing your teeth? Well don’t because you are wasting gallons of water every time you do this. Cut your showers back. Instead of your 10 to 15 minute shower, try a quick 5 minute shower. You do not really need all that extra time in the shower wasting fresh, drinkable water.

These are just a few of the easy to reduce your impact on our water supply. If we all take small steps in our daily lives, together we can have a significant impact. Imagine if everyone who left the water on while brushing their teeth shut the water off? We would be saving tens of thousands of gallons on water daily.

The overall point of this is that small changes in your daily life can have a positive significant impact.
Hass Libre Hemp Clothing

<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/hasslibre/~3/4qQjv7oupjE/where-is-water-going-save-environment.html" title="Where is the water going? The Renaissance, the industrial revolution, and the scientific/computer revolution were all just stepping stones leading to this precipice. Something that must be understood is that destroying the earth is just a symptom of us destroying ourselves. War; poisoning our air, our land and our water, it's a mass sickness of the mind caused by greed and ignorance. You and I, right now at this very moment, sit on the verge of the end of life as we know it. If the rate of pollution, consumption, and population increase continue this will be no world for future generations to live in, and I believe at that point not even science will be able to save us from a massive falloff in population or even extinction.

So what do we do? First off the mindset of the human population must shift from "what's easiest" and most profitable, to one of sustainability and compassion. Many have not only realized the necessity of becoming environmentally conscious individuals, but also the need to spread this knowledge. We need to get back to basics. Instilling these values into our children is vital. Not just by preaching, but by our actions. We must love this planet and treat it as we would our most cherished loved one. We must not be so wasteful, so hateful, so quick to judge, and so quick to step on someone to get a better view. It's no surprise that we treat our earth the way we treat each other...it's just who we've become as a race. Let's change this sickening downward spiral. It starts with you. Start recycling, start wearing sustainable clothing, buying organic products, and building with eco-friendly materials etc..

Going green is more than just a phrase; it is the most important revolution in the history of human kind. We must completely change the regulations and standards in all of our industries, from farming to scientific progress. Everyone must now be held accountable for their impact on the environment. There can be no more sweeping these problems under the rug. Love your fellow man, animal, tree, pond, and rock. They are yours, as they are mine, as they are natures. Nurture them. Nurture your young and live right. Be healthy, happy, righteous, and proud. Know who you are and hold steadfast in that. When global warming hits, sea levels fall, ice caps melt, etc. we know it is time do something about our delicate environment. We need to become a more eco friendly specie. This means GOING GREEN!

By going green and breaking old, wasteful habits we can make this place a better environment for our children and their children and their children’s children, and so on. We can start by saving water, an essential for living. Right less than 1% of fresh water is accessible to humans. Annually there are over 1.1 billion people who lack water or have access strictly to contaminated water supplies. Turning off the water while brushing your teeth, flushing the toilet less, sweeping instead of watering down the driveway and so many other things can help save water. It is the little things that make the biggest difference.

We can also save the environment by saving trees, or using them more efficiently. Currently we waste a lot of material from trees that can be used elsewhere. Trees are essential to life, as the convert poisonous carbon dioxide gases into breathable oxygen. We must be respectful of these environmental resources and not deplete them. There are alternative trees that are much more efficient to grow and use. Hemp, for example, has a much faster growing time than traditional foliage, yet it can be used to make over 25,000 environmentally friendly products.

In essence, if we take small steps we can all have a major impact on the environment. It is the little things that add up and make a big difference. Start saving and help make the workd a cleaner, greener place for the future generations.
Hass Libre Hemp Clothing

Eco Friendly Clothing Made from Hemp, Organic Cotton, and Bamboo

We will be expanding our eco friendly clothing line to include natural hemp fibers, organic cotton, and bamboo. These three materials will comprise our product line. We chose these fibers, as they are strong, easy to produce, and most importantly environmentally friendly. We hope that these clothes will be a success, so we can stop relying on the insufficient cotton we are using today.

Not only are these materials softer and more comfortable, but they are safe for the environment. Wearing this clothing symbolizes your commitment to keep this world a cleaner, better place for our children.

These items also help keep you cold when it is hot outside and vice versa; when it is cold outside it help store you body’s natural heat. This is something ordinary cotton is incapable of doing. It may seem strange to use these materials, but after trying them on you will understand why they are becoming more and more popular. The hemp, organic cotton, and bamboo are really soft and feel nice against the skin.
Hass Libre Hemp Clothing

Obama Outlaws Flavored Cigarettes.. One step closer to Legalized Marijuana?

Salutations all my green people! We hope everyone is having a wonderful Tuesday! President Obama has recently approved an upcoming ban on all flavored cigarettes, including an increase in amount and severity of warning labels. It sounds strange but could this be another step in the battle for the legalization marijuana? With this drop in sales both the tobacco companies and the government will be losing large amounts of money; the tobacco companies realizing losses in sales, and the government on loss of taxes from those sales. This is a lose-lose situation. The amount of money the government and these large corporations stand to gain by selling legal marijuana is in the billions... at least. With this in mind, and in light of all the positive medical properties marijuana possesses, it is going to become increasingly difficult for the United States government to continue an almost century old propaganda prohibition of marijuana. We may soon be smoking Camel Chronics', and Marlboro Greens!

Thanks for taking the time to read this and please check out our organic hemp clothing line at www.hasslibre.com

Peace, Love, And Stay green!
