Section 5-5. A new approach in dental medical therapy to stimulate systemic health by treatment of teeth

When “Hazo” treatment successfully achieves the therapeutic objective such as optimization of dental occlusion and removal of the causes, together with improvement of oral conditions and systemic symptoms, we usually perform oral internal examinations to confirm complete cure of “Hazo diseases”. After complete cure of the diseases is verified, the voluntary patients can receive periodical prophylactic services with the objective to maintain optimal conditions of dental bites and to promote “Hazo” health. This medical service is based on the new medical paradigm because the conventional prophylaxis depending on only oral health is not sufficient for that purpose. In addition to them, the followings are also required such as systemic health promotion via teeth, improvement of mental and physical functions and elevation of happiness feeling. In the 21st century, dental medicines will enter into a new phase such as a brand new medical service. Its feasibility is already explained in the above. An old saying tells us “Lead the way by setting an example”. KOS opened the specific facility with the name of “Dental Care Salon Muratsu” measuring about 100m2 so as to provide such care services in August 1996, after obtaining official approval. To our best knowledge, this facility seemed to be the first one in Japan, and therefore, the outlines of this facility were presented at the 48th General Congress of Japanese Society for Dental Health for the convenience of other dental medical specialists. As of today, about 300 persons are undergoing health medical services under this new paradigm whereby they aim at achieving real health and happiness symbolized by the term “Feeling of no feeling”.

Section 5-4. Medical treatments can be ranked in three classes as Gold, Silver and Bronze

It sounds like an awarding ceremony for the Olympic Games but the technologies for medical treatments can be ranked in three classes as Gold, Silver and Bronze. Bronze therapy is interpreted as the remedy only to pursue removal of pains or symptoms in the form of symptomalitic treatment without investigating the causes of such disorders. Silver treatment is recognized as the therapy to elevate resistance or curing ability of our bodies through removal of stresses or life-style improvement for augmenting life functions such as the whole body natural healing ability, without elimination of direct causes. Finally, Gold therapy is designated as the medical treatment in which actual causes involved in pains and disorders are clarified and directly eliminated. Our bodies are constructed in an extremely sophisticated system. The central functions always observe the whole systems in our bodies. When any abnormality in mechanisms is detected, it is presented as unpleasant symptoms such as pains or numbness. Therefore, whenever we recognize these unpleasant symptoms, all we have to do is to express our thanks to the central systems, besides saying “Thank you. I will promptly locate the abnormality in my body.” And we must receive removal intervention of the causes. Not only dental treatment but also any other medical remedies should follow this “Gold” therapy. This is because the recovery of our health by such an approach lasts for a long time without any concerns about adverse reactions of drugs.Since the era of Hippocrates in ancient Greece, it was an ideal for medical treatment in which treatment is made by activating the natural healing ability which is possessed by ourselves whereby patients are cured. In this sense, “Hazo treatments” are actual practices of the ideal therapy targeted by Hippocrates. Successful achievement of this target is attributed to existence of the actual causes of systemic abnormalities in “Hazo”. Whenever we suffer from intractable diseases, we recently wish to undergo MRI or CT scan because they sound like higher-level examinations. Any other parts except “Hazo” are guarded by the natural healing system, as stated above, except for trauma or malignant infections. They are not easily destroyed to become the initial causes of abnormality. Most of them are derived from “Hazo”.
If we compare it to Domino reaction, the initial one piece is “Hazo”Once the first “Hazo” domino is fallen, other dominos such as other organs will be fallen one after another, indicating occurrence of abnormality. As the natural consequence, even if the fallen dominos after the second domino (indicating disordered organs) are corrected without correction of the “Hazo” abnormality corresponding to the first domino, such correction of the second domino would be in vain. This means relapse of diseases or recurrence of other diseases. In other words, upon treatment of any systemic diseases, physicians are requested to investigate presence or absence of “Hazo diseases” or abnormality in “Hazo”, followed by improvement of them, if necessary. This concept can provide precious orientation for new medical practices in the New Century.

Section 5-3. Outlines of “Hazo treatment” and its key point

Since a full discussion of “Hazo treatment” is beyond the scope of this book, I wish to skip the details.　The important points upon treatment are to leave teeth to the possible extent by using replantation in addition to the conventional dental treatment technologies including guidance for mouth cleaning and treatment of gum-ridge. Such an approach is followed by treatment from the view point of the teeth themselves emitting information. One of these important points is to improve dental bites from the systemic points of view. Care is required for structures of prosthesis including crown. More important point is to carefully investigate biological compatibility of artificial implantation such as metals and other materials to be used for dental treatment from the view point of “Hazo theory”, as well as “Hado” activating apparatus. In the future dental therapy, we must avoid such a concept that superficial appearance consisting of rare metals or ceramic outweighs column support in implant. Even though the implant is invisible from outside, it is a metal implanted in our body, indicating requirement of sophisticated biological compatibility. If the implanted metals demonstrate biological incompatibility, the muscular strength test discloses the reduced responses in biological functions. Such a reduction is responsible for abnormality of the system.Once “Hazo diseases” are diagnosed, naturally concrete therapies should be performed to improve them; however, the fundamental policy is “To remove the causes involved in ‘Hazo diseases’ and to activate natural healing power followed by recovery of self-curing mechanisms”. As the application issue, the followings are performed: “Optimal occlusion of teeth is targeted to induce the biological functions associated with ultra-healthy conditions. With use of such mysterious functions hidden in our bodies, guidance should be conducted to improve intractable diseases by patients’ own powers and also to induce the maximum functions.” Concerning the application of the latter “Hazo treatments”, I wish to describe it in the following chapter. No administration of drugs is made for the purpose of treatment of “Hazo diseases”. When we feel unpleasant symptoms such as headache, stiff shoulder, pains around our neck, numbness and convulsion of four limbs, we usually wish to be free from them by all means. As the results, we receive massage, drug medication, application of plaster, indicating that all of them are symptomatic treatments. It is quite reasonable to remove such symptoms because they are quite unpleasant ones. However, if our host defense system always watches our whole bodies and these unpleasant symptoms are interpreted as alarms to inform us of abnormality in our bodies, that is another story. There is a disease called as congenital insensitivity to pain. Although the patients with this disease have no abnormality in peripheral nerve and autonomic nerve systems, they cannot recognize any pains. It seems no problem to them because they have no pains but they are always injured due to no pains, evolving into early death due to bacterial infections. As you can imagine from these examples, pains and unpleasant feeling guard us. Usually, we dislike the unpleasant sensations but correct recognition of their roles in biological protective reactions contributes to the supreme protective procedures from diseases. I anticipate that the 21st century would be a new era based on these biological functions.In this relation, shall I talk about mental attitudes of both physicians and patients which will elevate therapeutic effects? There is a famous word from “Zen Buddhism”, “When a chicken picks the inside of the egg for hatching, a hen simultaneously breaks the egg from outside”. This implies “Both parties correspond to each other”. The patients undergoing “Hazo treatments” tend to say repeatedly “I wish to believe in Dr. Muratsu and as the results, my curious diseases would be cured. All the patients must do is to normalize “Hazo” functions as the center of our living bodies, thereby maximizing my own living functions and overcoming diseases”. Of course, they perform their own self efforts such as improvement of lifestyle habits. As for dentists, we must normalize “Hazo” functions as the center of our lives and augment the biological functions of patients to the maximum levels. Simultaneously, we must cooperate with other physicians if necessary and make self-examination whether my treatment can exert satisfactory outcomes or not, besides believing successful and completer cure of the diseases. When both desires meet together, the long-lasting diseases will escape from patients. It is conceivable that treatment is not a one-man performance by the dentist but a complicated opera in which patients, dentists and lots of staff members are star players. Sometimes, it can be compared to duet, ensemble and an orchestral performance. 　When resonance of participants’ wishes is obtained, a hard core can be broken. “Hazo treatments” are characterized as a causal therapy and a life function activating therapy; accordingly, we can talk about the original point of the medical remedies.

Section 5-2. “Hazo disease” is diagnosed by oral internal medicine tests

Now I wish to briefly explain actual procedures of treatment for “Hazo” therapy. First of all, the patient is asked to receive the oral internal medicine tests in parallel with conventional dental examinations, whereby we investigate whether there are any abnormal findings from the systemic points of view apart from local diseases such as dental caries or alveolar pyorrhea, and there are any latent problematic factors related to oral organic functions. As explained previously, the significance of these tests can be easily recognized if you think about an iceberg floating in the ocean. When we look at an iceberg, it consists of the visible part above the sea but actually, the real part is hidden below the sea level. The conventional dental examinations focus on the visible parts, namely oral lesions such as abnormality in chewing functions of teeth. Oral internal medicine tests examine systemic functional abnormalities of teeth from their organic features which cannot be determined by superficial examinations. For example, careful investigations shall be performed on postures and systemic functions. Through these examinations, not only superficial chewing function abnormalities but also real health conditions of teeth affecting the whole body can be clarified. Based on these findings, we make diagnosis whether there are “Hazo diseases” as dental organic diseases or not.

Section 5-1. “Hazo therapy” is an ideal causal therapy

In this chapter, shall we review several examples in which dental treatments programmed by a new paradigm “Teeth are organs” are actually applied in clinical fields? So as to discriminate the new systemic dental treatments based on organ concept of teeth from the conventional ones, we wish to call it as “Hazo treatments”. As the witnesses from patients, we have already referred to comments of them whose systemic symptoms were alleviated by “Hazo treatments”. In this chapter, we shall confirm concretely actual cures of systemic symptoms by treatment of teeth, whereby I wish to certify the fact that teeth are not the chewing organs but exert transmission of information to the whole body, indicating “Teeth are organs” and “Teeth are connected to our lives”.Ideal therapy or rational treatment is not a symptomatic therapy but a causal therapy. The latter therapy means finding out the causes of the disease, removal of them and curing the disease radically. “Hazo treatments” can be classified into the causal therapy. To begin with, for your better understanding of significance of the therapy, I wish to explain “Hazo diseases” systematically according to causes. They can be collated into three cause lines. One of them is abnormality in “Hazo”~cerebral line functions, and another is abnormality in “Hazo”~muscle function line. The third is an iatrogenic disease including abnormality caused by implanted artificial foreign substances such as organ incompatible metals. They are responsible for onset of systemic symptoms or dysfunction directly or indirectly via stress reactions.On the other hand, in order to minimize the abnormality in such a “Hazo”~cerebral line and to maintain homeostasis in physical functions, “Hazo”~muscle line functions try to keep the balance by controlling the physical posture and correcting bias of information transmission from “Hazo” to brain. Sometimes, distorted teeth alignment is associated with shifting mandibular position, thereby loading forced tension on chewing muscles. As the natural consequence, the spine and the posture are distorted, with shifted centroidal line, difference in the height of bilateral shoulders, onset of lateral curvature and sometimes difference in lengths in bilateral legs. Although it cannot be superficially recognized, visceral smooth muscles are usually exposed to abnormal tension. If we stand up, sitting or walking, indicating postures against gravity under these situations, stiff shoulder, headache, low back pain, back pain and numbness occur as a warning from our bodies. In severe cases, pains persist under a supine position on bed. In some cases, abnormality occurs in visceral organs directly or indirectly. According to abnormality in occlusion, various symptoms manifest in mandibular joint such as inability to open mouth, difficulty to open mouth, making noise around jaw upon chewing and tiredness in mandibular joint. In addition to these two abnormality, artificial materials such as incompatible metals to organs cause biological abnormality (iatrogenic diseases) including the afore-mentioned Macro-Galvanic electric erosion effects, electromagnetic disorders, changes in “Hado” of water in our bodies due to alteration of biological electric bio-fields and resonance.Furthermore, since abnormality attributed to teeth is not a temporary one but continuous and accumulating effects, they contribute to sleep disturbance and onset of systemic stress reactions as the most significant stressor to induce physico-psychological distortion.If we compare “Hazo diseases” to bowing of twigs, they can be reverted to the original shapes of twigs provided that the twigs are blown by tolerable strength of wind. The same is true with “Hazo diseases”. Once “Hazo diseases” are treated with “Hazo” treatment to remove unreasonable power which is loaded on patients’ bodies, they can be reverted to healthy bodies. However, if “Hazo diseases” are aggravated due to delayed treatment and unreasonable force is continuously given beyond the bowing limit, the twigs are broken, whereby elimination of the causes by “Hazo” treatments would not regain the original forms of the broken twigs. The broken lesions of the twigs should be locally reverted to the original shapes by a kind of surgeries. Take diabetes mellitus for example, it is difficult to cure it completely. Herniation of intervertebral disc and ureteral calculi might be good examples in which despite surgeries, local diseases would be easily relapsed because local surgeries would not be sufficient for complete cure. What is required is to completely cure “Hazo diseases” which play an important role as the causes of such abnormality. It is well known that both herniation of intervertebral disc and ureteral calculi easily relapse. This is because the causal mechanism for “Hazo diseases” is involved in these diseases.

Section 4-4. Alveolar pyorrhea is a signal symptom of “Hazo disease”

Alveolar pyorrhea is one of the major causes resulting in losing our teeth. Among the readers of this book, some one perceives loose teeth, bleeding from gum-ridge and a twinge in teeth. In fact, “Hazo diseases” are significantly involved in aggravation of alveolar pyorrhea. If there is any distortion in our occlusion, colossal force is centered on a specific tooth upon biting or unexpected force is loaded on teeth continuously, evolving into providing damages to teeth. These conditions are technically called as “Early contact” and “Colossal trauma” which have been known as aggravating factors for alveolar pyorrhea. Incidentally, if “Hazo diseases” occur, the patients cannot bite foods firmly leading to preference of soft foods; as the results, defense functions and self-cleaning functions surrounding teeth are reduced and preventive effects against bacterial infection are weakened, thereby stimulating aggravation. Furthermore, “Hazo diseases” decrease systemic functions, together with reduction of both natural healing ability and immunological functions in local areas in oral cavity. In addition, curing ability of diseases and prevention against advance of diseases are also decreased. Particularly, since mouth is an inlet to incorporate foods as foreign substances from outside, mouth is the most important part indispensable for maintaining our lives. Accordingly, within mouth there are various antibacterial and anti-viral substances including lysozyme, lactopherin, peroxidase, mucin and immunoglobulin A to protect the surface of mucous membrane and teeth. It is reported that peroxidase enzyme also exerts intoxication effects of carcinogenic agents such as aflatoxin. On the edge between teeth and gums, there is a special defense apparatus. The boundary area between teeth and gums is susceptible to diseases. When physical resistance is weakened or local problems occur, alveolar pyorrhea manifests therein. The boundary area is composed of halfdesmosome, a kind of hard adhesive material; furthermore, the production speed of the surrounding cells is faster than those in other areas. In addition, leukocytes known as policemen in our bodies are excreted from surface of mucous membrane to oral cavity (Degranulation of leukocytes) and disintegrate themselves to release their own antibacterial agents which play a role in prevention of bacterial infections. There are many complicated defense apparatuses but in any events, mouth is the front line to perform defense against infection of our bodies; therefore, weakening of these functions is associated with onset of abnormalities in our mouth like stomatitis accompanied by dysfunction of stomach. Subsequently, susceptibility to catching a common cold is also such an indicative phenomenon. Under such consideration, it is more appropriate for us to consider that alveolar pyorrhea is one of manifestations of “Hazo diseases” and a warning sign representing an important harbinger. According to the previous dental medicine, alveolar pyorrhea would not be recognized in such a way but this disease is considered to be an unfavorable disease, followed by local treatment, surgical operations or emphasizing importance of plaque control by means of tooth brushing. However, onset of alveolar pyorrhea can be designated as a useful message conducive to prophylaxis of cancer and infections, as well as prevention of them. Among elderly patients, some of them have healthy teeth despite of being affected by alveolar pyorrhea although they do not perform thorough tooth brushing. In these cases, presence of systemic “Hazo” functions is involved though it cannot be detected by oral cavity inspection. Salivary secretion and inherent prophylactic functions against infections are adequate in the following elderly persons who have enough teeth including back teeth, satisfactory and well-balanced occlusion, and can enjoy tastes of various solid foods by thorough chewing. As the natural consequence, these persons have stout bodies to reject infection with causative bacteria of alveolar pyorrhea. It is anticipated that they are resistant to morbidity of cancer. The patients with loose teeth or with concern about alveolar pyorrhea are recommended to receive radical treatment in parallel with systemic promotion of health based on suspect of “Hazo diseases” rather than complaining of unsatisfactory tooth brushing.

Section 4-3. Be careful about sudden changes of teeth alignment

Teeth alignment in the front teeth is suddenly worsened resulting in projecting the teeth. This is mostly associated with distorted bites of the 1st bicuspid on the upper jaw and balance of the back teeth. There is an old saying “Big bright eyes and white teeth” as the key word indicating beauty, and accordingly, distorted front teeth provides great influences on aesthetic attractiveness. Once distorted, it is difficult to revert to the original pattern. Therefore, if we take things easy to treat teeth without paying attention to correction of bites of teeth from systemic points of view, there is a possibility to be fallen into serious situations. This is a 29-year-old beautiful female patient who received dental treatments including implantation of two back teeth about 1 year ago. Subsequently, she felt abnormal sensation and again visited a dental office. After listening to her complaints, the dentist ground the troubled part. Later I wish to talk about in details, but it is alright for a dentist to adjust the bites based on careful examinations from the view point of both oral internal medicine and systemic findings. If the dentist tries to cure the troubles only from the point of view of local observations, “Hazo” closely associated with the whole body responds unreasonable attacks us by counter-attack. If this patient had completely normal teeth alignment, she might have felt abnormal height of the implanted materials at the back teeth. However, in this case, the 1st bicuspid in the upper jaw happened to rotate a little bit to push the front teeth, whereby the changes in the back teeth were replaced by the strong pressure in the front teeth. This front tooth was ground, leading to onset of natural corrective force onto the beautifully arranged teeth under sophisticated balance, and finally inducing changes in teeth alignment to project the front teeth forward. There is no need to mention that her beautiful aesthetic features are somewhat spoiled.According to her explanation, she had had systemic symptoms such as stiff shoulder and pains of cervical muscles and was in the latent state of “Hazo diseases”. Prior to treatment of dental caries, “Hazo diseases” should have been improved. To our regret, the currently available dental medicine paradigm has not been advanced to such a level. All the patients have to do is to select dental clinics which can make correct systemic diagnosis to perform treatment of abnormal bites of teeth. However, now specific scientific societies to occlusion have been established such as Japanese Academy of Occlusion and Health, as well as The Japan Academy of Dental Health Science (previously called as The Academy of Gnat logy and Occlusion) while special books for enlightenment about dental bites like this book were published, thereby contributing to medical progress gradually. Please be relieved in this sense.

Section 4-2. Both grinding of teeth and clenched teeth are signs indicating “Hazo disease”

Abnormality in local areas in oral cavity due to abnormal bites includes bad habits such as teeth grinding and excessive bites. There are other symptoms such as pains like dental caries upon biting with back teeth, swelling of gums or loose teeth, and in some cases, distorted front teeth alignment.Teeth grinding is considered as one of self-defense reactions to adjust unconsciously and reflexively the bites of teeth. In other words, by grinding the own teeth resulting in wearing out the teeth, we try to change the bites of teeth to normalize our own chewing and systemic functions. However, simple grinding of teeth cannot modify the bites to appropriate ones. In spite of initial intention, teeth in question fluctuate or abnormal wearing out of the teeth occurs. In such cases, pathological contact between the upper and the lower teeth is artificially worn by dental treatments or sometimes, incompatible metals are removed, whereby teeth grinding can be improved. According to the recent collation by KOS, our treatments successfully cured teeth grinding in 32 cases out of 33 patients (almost 100%), and clenched teeth in 34 cases out of 41 patients (83%).

Section 4-1. Jaw arthritis is caused by abnormal bites of teeth.

With abnormal bites of teeth, stiff shoulder and indefinite complaints indicative of latent vulnerability to diseases, as well as obvious systemic diseases occur. As the local symptoms, abnormality in mandibular joint or abnormal habits such as grinding of teeth is sometimes observed. They are also one type of “Hazo diseases” as the precursory phenomena for serious systemic symptoms. The symptoms in mild cases include sounding of mandibular joints when opening our mouth widely or inability to open mouth widely. Once being aggravated, big sound like “Goki” in mandibular joint can be heard which is noticed by a near-by person. In other cases, mouth cannot be opened widely or dislocation of mandibular joint sometimes occurs. Incidentally, patients perceived pains or dullness from submandibular areas to throat when they had meals. All of them are considered to be the relevant responses of our bodies indicating warning of shift of bites of teeth. However, even if some shifts of bites exist, this is not necessarily associated with onset of abnormality in mandibular joints. When abnormal bites of front teeth, canine and the first bicuspid occur, for example, abnormality in strong suppression of submandibular teeth to the backwards due to torsional deformity of mandibular teeth together with elevated back teeth, abnormalities such as sounds or pains in mandibular joints are observed. If you feel tiredness of jaw when you bite foods, there is a problem in height of bites of teeth. Particularly, we must be careful about the height of bites of the second bicuspid. Jaw arthritis can be promptly cured immediately after adjustment of bites. However, if abnormal occlusion presenting extreme shift of the tooth axis, and total inclination of mandibular teeth toward tongue side (narrow arch) are observed, correction of teeth alignment is required, indicating longer period of time. In case of a partial abnormal occlusion such as only one tooth being inclined or rotated, it is recommended to correct such abnormality actively because they play a role as the cause of continuous shift of bites of teeth, resulting in onset of serious systemic symptoms in future. Now shall we review the witness of patients?

Since 1993, I noticed sounding of mandibular joints like “Gaku Gaku”;
subsequently, systemic symptoms such as stiff shoulder, neck stiffness, insomnia
and irritation were aggravated gradually. In a certain University
hospital, I was diagnosed to have jaw arthritis and received treatments;
however, no improvement was attained. Although I visited a near-by dental
clinic, I was informed that bites of teeth had no problems. While I was
looking for a proper dental clinic where bites of teeth would be
investigated. Muratsu Dental Clinic was introduced by a friend of my
mother. All of metals implanted in teeth were removed, together with
treatment of “Hazo diseases” like abnormal bites. As the results, all the
previous symptoms were eliminated and I felt quite well. In 1998, I
started dental treatments and I recognized that symptoms were alleviated
whenever I visited the Clinic. I wish to take enough care for the treated

Previously, I could hear joint sounds when I tried to open my mouth;
furthermore, I could not open my mouth widely because of jaw arthritis but
currently, I can do that completely. I was susceptible to stiff shoulder
and my concentration was missing. I was frequently irritating. I
could not get motivated. I felt as if my rib bones were ached. I had
tinnitus on my right ear due to Meniere's syndrome. I left things unfinished.One
week after implantation of a plate, my stiff shoulder was alleviated and my
irritation was lessened. During the third semester of my third grade high
school days, I refused to go to school but I was gradually motivated to go to
school. I found myself playing outside of a house.

As shown in these cases, jaw arthritis can be cured within short period of time following improvement of abnormal bites of teeth. Even in the cases who complain of easy dislocation of jaw and difficulty of opening mouth, correction of the biting position is naturally associated with correct location of the submandibular joint, and coordinated natural movement of bilateral chewing muscles and mouth-opening route known as physiological customary aperture route, leading to no susceptibility to dislocation of jaw. In addition, mouth can be easily and naturally opened. In talking of boxers, those boxers with weak jaw are sometimes called as the boxer with “fragile glass-made jaw”; however, once abnormal bites are corrected based on “Hazo disease” checks, those boxers can overcome their lethal weak points, resulting in performing boxing thoroughly to become famous boxers.It was already mentioned that biting plays a significant role in improvement of both brain and systemic functions. The next case is a patient who lost taste. This also derives from “Hazo diseases”.

Since June 10, I lost my taste. I did not care about it. When I took
hot foods, my tongue was too much sensitive to such itchy sensation.Around June
20, I visited a near-by internal medicine clinic where I was diagnosed to suffer
from “Vitamin B2 deficiency and sleep deficit”. I was dispensed a drug and
I applied a topical medicine for stomatitis to my tongue. The stomatitis
drug was purchased at a drug-store.Around June 25, symptoms were not so
deteriorated and I did not care about weak numb feeling of my tongue. One
month passed under such situations.On July 27, I had some doubt that I should
have visited a dermatologist and I consulted with Dr. Muratsu on my way from my
business trip.On July 29, I was diagnosed to have “abnormal bites of teeth” by
Dr. Muratsu and received his treatments. My tongue numbness was almost
cured. Dr. Muratsu told me “You do not need to be nervous about reddish
color on your tongue side”. I was secretly scared about dermatological
diseases and metal allergy but I was relieved to know abnormal bites of teeth.On

She is a primary school teacher and she is still working at a school without ay relapse. Section 3-2. When you perceive difficult hearing, you must suspect “Hazo disease”

There are many cases who once despaired of improvement of gradually losing eye-sight due to aging but after “Hazo” treatment, their visual acuity was recovered, whereby they noted for the first time that weak visual acuity was not attributed to aging but to “Hazo diseases”. In the previous provisions of this book, I described the necessity to be careful about the preoccupied ideas on aging as one of the blind points in the medical common senses. In reality, a lot of people thought that abnormality associated with “Hazo diseases” was considered as the aging phenomena and despaired of alleviation. Abnormality in teeth is extended not only to visual abnormality but to a shocking auditory abnormality such as “Inability to hear”. The typical example was already shown in a woman immediately before wedding ceremony as the third example in the Second Part prologue of this book. This patient visited our Clinic after a long absence with complaint of pains in jaw and teeth. She presented lots of pimples on her face as adverse reactions attributable to large doses of steroid. Answering to my question, she told me about sudden deafness.　Correction of her abnormal bites led to elimination of jaw pains while at the same time, I explained her about the possibility of improvement of sudden deafness and I asked her to visit the Clinic once again 1 week later. One week later, her deafness was completely cured. Of course, she could celebrate her wedding ceremony. Nevertheless, 1 month after her wedding, she revisited us, complaining of hearing difficulty once again. I adjusted her bites again. Two weeks later, I confirmed the outcomes of my treatment and her deafness was alleviated. It seems to us that teeth troubles are responsible for as one cause of sudden deafness. The witness of the next patient verifies this anticipation.

On April 18, I woke up with a crick in my neck to show inconvenience such
as inability to raise my arms due to pains in left neck, shoulder, and low
back. In the morning of April 19, my left ear could not hear any sound
while I felt as if I was staying at a high altitude. When I visited an

of my canceling the appointment. He asked me to come to his Clinic
promptly. However, since I was very tired, I rejected his
recommendation. Dr. Muratsu said “Prior to sudden deafness, I believe you
had some pains” which reminded me of the previous day when I woke up with a
crick in my neck. I was reluctant to visit his Clinic because of my
tiredness but I was very surprised to hear “Your ‘qi’ is distorted”. I
could not help but visit Dr. Muratsu’s Clinic. While driving a car to his
Clinic, the car radio was offensive to my left ear (sounds like a whistle) or
ear ringing was heard.I received treatment for abnormal bites but immediately
after the treatment, I was hardly anxious about ear ringing and talks of nurses
could be heard with my left ear. I had sense of fulfillment. I am
not sure whether I shall be hospitalized or not but if I will be in hospital,
there might be no serious problems. When I was told of “sudden deafness”,
I was full of anxiety but I am confident. Thank you very much.

Her symptoms have been completely eliminated and she is quite well.I have heard that some patients lost hearing ability induced by sudden deafness. I am afraid that relatively longer period of time will be necessary before correction of the medical blind points. Low back pain, stiff shoulder and back pain are bitter experiences for all of us but we can spend daily lives with patience. However, if we have inability to see or inability to hear as our hard experiences, it is quite a different thing. To our surprise, “Hazo diseases” are associated with such abnormality in sensory organs. First of all, please read the actual witness from some patients.

When my son of 3.5 years of age was looking at TV, I recognized his
squint. I brought him to an ophthalmologist and he was diagnosed to have
squint due to farsighted eyes. Because of severe farsighted eyes, he
underwent surgical operation and wore a pair of eye glasses.An optician told me
that farsighted eyes would be gradually alleviated over time but no improvement
was found. The ophthalmologist recommended us to visit a University
hospital.Under such situations (1997), I happened to listen to Dr. Muratsu’s
lecture.Around such an occasion, my younger son was subjected to orthodontics at
Dr. Muratsu’s Clinic. In 1999, the elder son received consultation from Dr.
Muratsu and underwent orthodontics. My son was found to have abnormal
bites of teeth. To our surprise, the strong glasses could be changed to
weak glasses almost by half. The previous power of vision with eye glasses
was 1.0~0.9. After correction of abnormal bites of teeth, the power of
vision with eye glasses was improved to 1.5 while his facial expression was
bright with good concentrating power. I think that he should have visited Dr.
Muratsu’s Dental Clinic.

Her family consists of 5 members and currently, all of them undergo “Hazo” treatments, resulting in improvement of their physical conditions. Father had low back pain while mother suffered from serious headache and stiff shoulder, with their daughters having stiff shoulder. However, such systemic symptoms in all of these family members were resolved and they become healthy. cavity which was quite different perception from those after teeth blushing or
gargling. After removal of metal implantation and teeth grinding, I recognized
the importance of correct bites of teeth. According to my past
experiences, sitting in a chair in the dental clinic for a couple of hours
(about 3.5 hours long) was associated with occurrence of low back pain or
nausea; however, better feeling was obtained. It is quire curious. I
know importance of teeth!

Concerning vision and visual acuity, promptly after normalization of abnormal bites, vision became brighter and blurred vision was improved. Such a comment was heard among the patients who received “Hazo” treatment. In this 34-year-old woman’s case, she said “Blurred vision was improved” indicating that improvement of “Hazo diseases” resulted in recovery of visual abnormality. In this patient, blurred vision progressed slowly whereby she thought “Such a blurred vision is associated with aging” and she despaired of such inconvenience. In actuality, visual abnormality derived from teeth.For example, abnormal bite is associated with habitual occurrence of one-sided chewing but once such a bad habit occurs, continuous strong biting pressure like several dozens kg is constantly loaded on one side maxillary bone, leading to occurrence of lateral difference on trabecular bone evolving into shift of optic axis. Once optic axis is shifted, abnormality in eyes is naturally induced. One-sided chewing needs due attention in favor of eyes. Teeth also induce abnormality in eyes.

Section 2-4. What will happen if “Hazo” parts are installed in a computer?

From the view point of a new concept such as “Hazo disease”, shall we investigate the current medical situations by comparing them to a computer. If we try to discuss it directly, the available concept which has been already input as the common sense in our brain prevents a new way of thinking; however, if we compare it to alternatives, it permits us to make judgment objectively, leading to our notification of its discrepancy and blind points.Thanks to electronic advance in computers, they are not fragile if we handle them carefully. However, if we wrongly treat the software (conscience) installed in a hard disc (heart), the installed system will be destroyed. Alternatively, if we install a fragile part corresponding to “Hazo” in humans to a computer, we are afraid that the system would be disordered easily, becoming out of order. The problem is that even though the trouble is attributed to abnormality of the “Hazo” parts, abnormality manifested in the whole system superficially or abnormality in other parts serially correlated to the “Hazo” parts. If we ask the distributor (Medical institutions) of the computer to repair it, the engineers in the distributor would not try to investigate all the mechanism because the “Hazo” parts are described as only an attachment not associated with the whole system in the guide book for repair of the computer. The distributor might say “Thorough checks of the inside mechanics showed no disorder inside the system. Probably, your way of handling was wrong”(mental diseases, life-style diseases) or “Disorder was attributable to long-term hard use of this computer”(post-menopausal diseases, stiff shoulder due to age, smptom of aging). Nevertheless, once the customer wish to use it, the cursor would not move or the display has some shadow on it, and the speed of operation becomes slower, indicating frequent disorders (headache, stiff shoulder, and indefinite complaints like numbness). We can use it but it does not work well (stress, autonomic nerve disorder). Frequently, system-down occurs (hard to hear, hard to see, various diseases including asthma, confound to bed, refusal to attend school in children). Due to such a system-down, the patients usually have irritation, anxiety or less concentration, indicating that hard discs become out of order (psychological disorder such as depression). Since the auto-repairing function installed in the system are simultaneously lowered, the patients are vulnerable to virus infection from the outside (infections such as a common cold and hepatitis) or abnormal malignant neoplasm (malignant neoplasm such as cancer) and become susceptible to onset of them (Reduction of immune function due to persisting stress).If the patients use the “Hazo” parts following disregarding abnormality of them, the existing abnormality becomes more serious to induce dysfunction in other parts, leading to thorough investigation and repair by the manufacturer (treatment after hospitalization). If the patients recognize abnormality of “Hazo” parts and receive repair, the dysfunctioned parts could be automatically recovered by the recovery system which is already installed in the hard disk. However, treatment of other parts (surgery and administration of drugs) injures other parts without recognition although only the “Hazo” parts are damaged. Sometimes, the whole system will become out of order (iatrogenic disease). Finally, the parts themselves do not work at all, requiring replacement of the whole parts (renal dialysis and organ transplantation). In some cases, despite the “Hazo” functions being recovered, the whole system cannot be reverted to the original conditions. Even if abnormality of the “Hazo” parts is fortunately notified at the early stages and consultation is made to the repair shop for the dental parts (dental clinic), surface abnormality (Dental caries treatment following disregarding dental bites from the view point of the whole body abnormality) by means of using incompatible materials without paying attention to electric compatibility (compatibility to organs) is repaired. One glance of such a treatment provides an impression as if all the disorders are repaired; however, the whole system cannot work well or in some cases, more serious abnormality is induced by such a treatment.As described above, comparison of the teeth to computers might allow us to objectively understand the positioning of “Hazo diseases” in the whole body without disturbances by common sense. However, there might be some more persons who can understand the meanings but cannot accept them smoothly. It is quite natural because the “Hazo” theory is beyond the conventional medical paradigm. For your better understanding, shall we review the witness from the patients about “Hazo diseases” further.

Soon after dental prosthesis for the front tooth was implanted by a near-by
dental office, I felt dull pains from the occipital area to neck, together with
nausea; accordingly, I visited that dentist several times but he said that
implantation was successful. While I was suffering from disorders day by
day, I was introduced by one of my friends to Dr. Muratsu. I promptly
visited Dr. Muratsu’s Dental Clinic. After I received treatment of

However, if “Hazo diseases” are completely cured, “Long-lasting stiff shoulder and low back pain will be alleviated instead”. In teeth, both devils and angels live. I started playing baseball when I was a fourth grade student of a primary
school. Since last February, I felt pains on my right elbow and right
shoulder. I could not pitch a ball as a pitcher and eventually, my
position was changed to a catcher. However, my elbow pain remained as it
was. At that time, I thought that this was a mere muscle pain and this would be
cured without any treatment. But, during the period when we did not play
baseball, my pain persisted and I recognized that something happened.I visited
Dr. Y of Saga prefectural hospital and he told me that your dental bites were

This boy visited our Clinic through introduction by a physician but he was really lucky because the doctor who initially examined this boy was exallent. Although the elbow is located away from teeth, the actual cause existed in “Hazo”. In the above, I dared to mention “Hazo” but if he had received dental examinations based on the old classical paradigm which ruled out the correlation between teeth and our lives, probably the actual causes could not be disclosed because no abnormalities would superficially exist in his teeth. “Hazo” tests from the view point of oral internal medicine would contribute to clarification of the correlation between abnormal dental bites and abnormality in elbow for the first time. As described in his mother’s note, the elbow abnormality has been completely cured and he is now playing baseball as a pitcher.There are some other boys who also visited our Clinic while they played a pitcher in the baseball but due to severe pains in their elbows, they could not throw a ball. Their mothers happened to be the patients of our KOS Muratsu Dental Clinic, whereby they recognized the relationship between teeth and the whole body and they visited us to receive my examinations. Since oral internal medicine tests revealed abnormal “Hazo”, I promptly started treatment. In the similar manners as the previous boy, the initial treatment eliminated the pain and he could throw a ball. In the latter boy, he had an abnormal dental occlusion and accordingly, he is now undergoing radical orthodontic practices. When symptoms appeared, he was reported to visit an orthopedic surgery clinic initially. In that clinic, the boy was asked to quit a baseball play as the doctor stop; therefore, when pain was removed together with complete cure of the elbow, he was so delighted. He is now playing baseball as a pitcher. The ball velocity becomes faster than before.Since the boys’ baseball is very active in Japan, there might be lots of examples like these two boys. Due to intractable elbow pains, many pitchers gave up playing baseball as pitchers in Japan. Elbow troubles prevent these boys from enjoying other sports. If they knew “Hazo”, they could have become famous pitchers. Like elbow troubles, there are lots of boys who have troubles in their knees. Knee troubles are more serious compared with elbow disorders.

Before visiting Dr. Muratsu’s Dental Clinic, I had knee pains since my
junior high school days and it was difficult to walk up stairs. I felt
depressed when I must join a marathon or a basket ball game as a physical
education. In addition, rough dry skin of arms, legs and face manifested
suddenly, whereby I hated the summer season when I must wear shirts with half
sleeves. After receiving treatment in this Clinic, I recognized light
feeling of my knee and I could easily walk up stairs. On my way home on
that day, I could walk back to my house within 15 minutes although usually, it

If he would have recognized “Hazo diseases” much earlier and received treatment, he could become a star player in rugby fields. Given these examples, I really hope that early recognition of “Hazo” propagates extensively and the new medical paradigm would become widespread.

For your better understanding about “Hazo disease”, I wish to compare the difference between the conventional teeth diseases and “Hazo diseases” to an iceberg which is very famous through a movie “Titanic” because the concept of “Hazo diseases” exceeds the conventional common sense. On the surface of the sea, only a small ice block appears as the superficial dental local abnormality; however, if we carefully investigate it, we can find dental oral internal medicine abnormality underneath which corresponds to more than ten times bigger ice block; furthermore, such a hidden part induces the systemic abnormality. If the iceberg had been one piece of ice block on the surface of the sea, Titanic could have pushed ahead. However, competition with a huge volume of the hidden iceberg had to result in sinking at a moment. In such a manner, the most horrific in this world is the hidden key figure. Titanic could be considered to be beaten by the ice block under the sea. The same is true with human beings. Although the apparent abnormality in the mouth would not appear abnormal but seem to be healthy, it becomes a dreadful cause to destroy human beings if it remains to be untreated. When we look at the iceberg far away, we cannot see the ice block under the sea. Since abnormality in dental and dental internal medicine has been an blind point under the conventional medicine, any preparations for proper inclusive terminology were not made.

Section 2-2. “Hazo disease” can be featured as hidden abnormality in teeth

As everything has both front part and back area, teeth also possess the front and the hidden functions. The front function of teeth is to eat food, to talk and to provide aesthetic features. Although the back function cannot be seen from outside, it affects the whole body via the brain as the sensory body or the organ. We must keep in our mind the fact that in the presence of abnormality of cerebral functions due to stress reactions and implantation of inappropriate metals in teeth, there might be a possibility to induce onset of abnormal behaviors such as refusal to attend classes, delinquency and violent crimes. On the other hand, when “Hazo functions” are augmented, extreme “qui” is produced from our body which is rarely observed in our daily lives. Coupled with improvement of psychosomatic ability, the elevated “qui” is associated with success and extreme happiness of mind. Given the fact that teeth are not only our organs but also the starting point or the central point for the whole organs in the body, it is reasonable to find that their abnormality is closely involved in abnormal behaviors of humans and happy feeling of our life, indicating that teeth play a role as the great power behind the scenes.“Hazo diseases” are induced by abnormality of the great power behind the scenes related to psychosomatic functions. Previously, when it comes to oral diseases, we only talk about surgical and exterior abnorlities such as dental caries, periodontal infection or jaw joint disease and mucous membrane diseases. However, as described in details above, lots of witnesses clarified that abnormality of teeth should be recognized from the view point of oral internal medicine, in relation to the whole body functions. Unless otherwise, we cannot understand the systemic abnormality attributed to the real roles of teeth and therefore, we cannot cope with them properly.Recently, we occasionally hear the words such as “the third disease: jaw joint disease” and “bite-related syndromes” concerning the systemic symptoms attributed to dental bites. If we take into consideration involvement of incompatible metals, the above words still remain to be limited partial concept, indicating that they do not imply the whole current features of the systemic abnormality attributable to teeth. Therefore, I have decided to use the more universal terminology “Hazo diseases” instead. Such efforts to sufficiently recognize the whole features are extremely important to normalize the life central functions by complete removal of the causes, and to achieve real health and complete recovery from the relevant diseases. In terms of pointing out the blind points of the current medicine and the view point of prophylactic medicine, they are also important. The alleviation process of atopic dermatitis described in the following witness from a certain patient discloses necessity of grasping the whole aspects of “Hazo disease”.

I was suffering from atopy since my childhood. Despite of various
treatments, most of them were ineffective. In those days, my mother read
an article in the newspaper saying that implanted metals were toxic to human
bodies. Therefore, I received dental treatments including replacement of
metals with other materials and correction of abnormal dental bites.Several days
after completion of the treatments, I felt less itchy sensation on my skin;
however, several months later, it was deteriorated gradually. I revisited
Dr. Muratsu’s Clinic. He told me that dental bites were a little bit
shifted and my bites were corrected. When I returned to my home on that
day, I recognized some improvement and in reality, my atopic skin was
alleviated.Any treatments repeated aggravation or improvement whereby
continuation of them was very difficult. I was also concerned about the
future outcomes because of difficult understanding of the processes.
However, I was surprised that dental treatments showed prompt physical
responses. Initially, I was wondering what kinds of correlation exist
between teeth and skin but I could believe in it based on my actual

As did other patients, this patient underwent not only usual dermatological treatments but also various therapies for improvement of atopic symptoms before visiting KOS. Although I referred to in the previous Section, alleviation of atopic dermatitis needs improvement of dental bites in addition to removal of artificial materials such as incompatible metals from the body, as this witness described.As is the similar with collagen diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, atopic diseases are associated with abnormality of autoimmune. Autoimmune is designated as the condition in which occurrence of some abnormal mechanism in immune systems induces immunological attacks to normal cells of the host, although immune system would not attack normal cells in usual conditions. It would appear likely that not only the foreign materials probably involved in onset of abnormal immunity but also changes in disordered cerebral functions associated with distorted dental bites would cause the “some abnormal mechanisms”. If we look at the correlation with oral foreign substances superficially, we would lose sight of the actual situations and cannot cure diseases in patients, rather than leading to the wrong conclusion that teeth are implicated in these cases. Because of such backgrounds, it is conceivable that removal of oral metals was not associated with improvement of atopic dermatitis, and furthermore, important relationships with teeth had been overlooked in the conventional medical societies. If we comprehensively treat them as “Hazo diseases”, there is a possibility that most of these physical abnormality is related to teeth. Selfimmune diseases including atopy are designated as the ones which are suffered by patients throughout their lives; what’s worse, the number of affected patients is quite a few and there is observed an increasing trend of its morbidity. Accordingly, we must deeply pursue them in future. The following witnesses come from patients with bronchial asthma.

My daughter, Mio, was blessed with good health during her infantile period.
However, she was hospitalized in the winter because of pneumonia at 2 years of
age and then, she was suffering from bronchial asthma. During the winter
season, she was susceptible to catching a common cold and when she caught cold,
she developed a severe cough and seemed to be hard to breathe. In the
periods between different seasons and in the changeable seasons of weather, she
was vulnerable to asthma. In particular, asthma onset is frequently
observed at nights and I often brought her to an emergency hospital with my car.
When she was wheezing at a lying posture at night, she could not help but sit up
straight because of tolerating severe wheezing. At her age of 8 years old,
her grand-ma heard a rumor that improvement of dental bites was associated with
cure of various diseases. Mio received examination at the Muratsu Dental
Clinic in Fukuoka during the summer vacation. I could not completely
believe in Dr. Muratsu’s explanation saying that treatment of abnormal dental
bites cures bronchial asthma; however, after treatment, asthma attacks have not
occurred since then.Since the treatment in August, her physical condition was
well but around November, she was again attacked by asthma and she revisited the
Clinic. Dr. Muratsu told me that the dental bites were somewhat distorted,
and after treatment, her physical condition was recovered.In this July, she
received the treatment in which her back molar was filled with sealant but again
at a near-by dental clinic (Kanagawa Prefecture), asthmatic attack
occurred. I thought that the dental bites were disordered and she
revisited the Clinic.

As of today, she revisited for follow-up but there is no relapse of asthma. There are lots of cases who recovered from asthma. Among them, I wish to introduce one adult case.

For more than one year, I was easily fatigued. I was susceptible to
catching a common cold, together with onset of allergic bronchitis and asthmatic
attacks. After treatment for dental bites, the dose of bronchodilators was
gradually reduced and currently, without medication, I had only slight
attack. Tiredness was reduced and I was very eager to work.

As regards asthma, 6 cases out of 10 cases, namely 60 % of them, were alleviated by “Hazo treatment”. It is really our surprise that “Hazo diseases” are involved in even bronchial asthma.

Section 2-1. “Hazo disease” changes the physical conditions into acidic constitution

Among many joints contained in our body, only sacroiliac joint and jaw joint possess bilateral joints across the median line of the body (Refer to Figure 47 on page 122). As already described in the First Part of this book, when we take a standing posture against the gravity and the atmospheric pressure, these two joints play a decisive role as the key point of all the muscles in the body including anti-gravity muscles because of them being located bilaterally across the median line. In particular, “jaw joint” is highly associated with muscles in the cephalocervical areas which support the heavy head. Dislike the sacroiliac joint of which movement is so limited, jaw joint is quite flexible in terms of its movement. Accordingly, whenever we perform various movements such as curving the body or bending the body back, it is anticipated that jaw joint plays a very important role as the “balancer” for the whole muscles in the body. The mutual correlation of chewing muscles and the muscles in cephalocervical areas with the whole body muscles working as one unified system is indicated by the following facts: According to the electromyographic studies so far conducted, simultaneous involuntary electric discharge occurs in skeletal muscles in various parts of the body and the tension of the whole skeletal muscles never fails to be increased, together with occurrence of electric discharge in extensor muscle of the forearm and calf muscles of legs which are located apart from teeth.Most of the muscles work by a pair of “antagonistic muscles” located bilaterally of the joint. For example, when we bend the elbow, biceps muscle of arm is located on the upper part of the arm but when we extend the elbow, the triceps muscle of arm is situated on the back side. Muscles cannot extend by themselves but all they can do is either to shrink or not to shrink (relax). Accordingly, contraction of one of the competitive two muscles is associated with bending or extending the arm eventually. When the dental bites are optimized, the spinal bone extends straight and the gravity line passes the center of the body axis, resulting in the shoulder joints of the upper trunk and the sacrum joints in the lower trunk become horizontal against the earth. In this case, the heaviest part of the body, namely the head is just on the gravity line of the body while weights of both arms and legs are well balanced on the spine as the supporting point, indicating that this situation provides less burden on the whole body. Under these situations, the load against anti-gravity muscles becomes the minimum, besides the skeletal muscles and visceral smooth muscles becoming relaxed without unnecessary tension. Of course, cellular activities in the muscles become the minimum.On the other hand, if any “Hazo diseases” such as distortion of the dental bites occur, excessively abnormal tension develops persistently on anti-gravity muscles. In parallel with such long-lasting muscle contraction, “stiffness” and “pains” are induced. In particular, the anti-gravity muscles responsible for maintaining the body posture contract in such a manner as “Isometric contraction” but at that occasion, the muscle length would not be shortened. Under this isometric contraction, the internal pressure of muscles is elevated thereby pressing small vessel to easily cause circulation failure, unlike “Isotonic contraction” characteristic of muscles repeating contraction and tension. When muscles contract, they physiologically consume oxygen continuously, perform metabolism and excrete the waste matters. During the course of repeated contraction and relaxation, enlargement of blood vessels during the relaxation period is responsible for discharge of the waste matters by blood, and then the blood brings in oxygen and nutrition anew to achieve refreshment of the tissues. However, if persisting contraction lasts excessively, the waste matters such as lactic acid accumulate in the disturbed blood flow, followed by further contraction of the muscles by these stimuli, leading to entering into a vicious cycle. Particularly, our “Head” as the main part for “Hazo” is the heaviest among any organs in the body, weighing about 4.5kg. So as to support this head, 7 kinds of muscles run from skull base to cervical vertebrae and thoracic vertebrae while 3 kinds of muscles run between cervical vertebrae and thoracic vertebrae. In quadrupedal animals, these muscles significantly develop whereas in humans, these muscles are degraded only to support the posture of the body. If a patient is affected by “Hazo diseases”, there is a trend toward occurrence of “muscle contractile pains” in head, neck and shoulder. In addition, tension of the muscles in cephalocervical areas including chewing muscles is associated with onset of simultaneous involuntary electric discharge in skeletal muscles in various parts of the body, followed by occurrence of tension increase in the whole skeletal muscles. Accordingly, abnormal tension of muscles associated with “Hazo diseases” induces increase in consumption amount of oxygen in the whole muscles, accumulation of the waste materials and subsequent blood flow failure. This lack of blood flow is aggravated by the contraction of blood vessel including the whole body capillary blood vessels, by secretion of “Cathecholamine” known as a hormone responsible for tension of sympathetic nerve associated with the above-stated stress reactions. The waste materials stocked in muscles are also released into the blood stream, whereby the blood becomes gradually turbid, acidified and reduces the functions of liver and kidneys. At such a situation, the systemic metabolism is reduced while the patient feels dull and fatigue. Gradually, the patient becomes susceptible to infections such as a common cold and have gloomy days. The patient has rough dry skin and unhealthy complexion while aging is accelerated. Shall we investigate the witness of patients related to such stress reactions.

I have hardly felt stiff shoulder. Sticky sensation of mouth was
removed. I can move lightly and quickly. I feel well.

Stiff neck was alleviated. Previously, due to stiff neck, I had
head-heaviness. After improvement of stiff neck, headache was
eliminated. Stiff shoulder was very serious in the past but currently,

occasionally. The distortion was adjusted by this Clinic and I hope that

Section 1-5. “Hazo disease” lowers quality of sleep

Sleep consists of two types such as REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep accompanied by rapid eye ball movement and NON-REM sleep without them. NON-REM sleep is classified into two periods including shallow sleep and deep sleep. When we fall asleep, NON-REM sleep occurs, gradually is deepen, followed by appearance of REM sleep. After repetition of these NON-REM~REM cycles 4 to 5 times, we wake up. If the sleep lasts for an adequate period of time without discontinuation, with predominant deep sleep, we can enjoy “Sound sleep” , namely good quality of sleep. As an old saying tells us “Children who sleep well can grow fast”, growth hormones are notably secreted during the period of deep sleep. Growth hormones contribute to prolongation of heights of children and production of protein and nucleic acids in adults. “Prolactin” known as the hormone responsible for secretion of milk in mothers is also secreted during sleep.“Hazo diseases” are frequently accompanied by pains of the body such as stiff shoulder, back pain and low back pain; however, pains stimulate brain-stem reticular activating system to disturb deep sleep associated with NON-REM sleep. If NON-REM sleep is disturbed to be insufficient, abnormality in the above-stated hormone secretions occurs, resulting in lowering of thinking faculty due to inadequate fatigue recovery of the brain. If excessive stresses are loaded continuously, it is known that sleep disorders are induced. According to the collation of the Case Reports of the patients, lots of patients with “Hazo diseases” are suffering from sleep disorders such as “insomnia”, ”sleepy feeling during the day time” and “suffering from too many dreams”. Following dental treatment, the ratio of the cured patients accounted for about 80%. In other words, disorders of teeth ―previously, teeth were considered to be only useful for ingestion of foods― play important roles in affecting the quality of sleep. We wish to sleep well after correction of abnormality of “Hazo” and prevention of them, leading to sending happy and pleasant days.

Before visiting this Clinic for treatment, I had no concentrating power but
I suffered from chronic stiff right shoulder. Following treatment for the
abnormal bites and removal of the distortion of my body, stiff shoulder was
alleviated. Probably due to this improvement, I felt relaxation of the
whole body and less concentration power has recovered. As the result, I
can concentrate my attention even during the examination. My bad posture
during the study was improved and I can sit for a long time on a chair.
Considering that I can stand for a long time more easily than before, I believe
that correction of my distorted posture turns out to be effective for me.

Improvement of the abnormal bites contributes to normalization of the muscle systems including anti-gravity muscles in the whole body, resulting in correction of the physical posture. Simultaneously, unnecessary tension and stiffness of muscles against the gravity are removed, together with liberation from stress. As the result, stiff shoulder disappears. In addition, both rhythm and quality of sleep are improved while recovery from fatigue of both the body and the brain becomes favorable; eventually, awakening in the morning becomes refreshed. As the natural outcome, the concentration power during the day time is augmented.Even though we perceive easy fatigue, easy enervation, palpitation by a tiny movement, unpleasant symptoms and anxiety, we manage to spend our daily lives. Accordingly, it is very hard for us to attribute them to “Hazo diseases” and most of such persons gave up their improvement because they believe that “Hazo diseases” come from constitutional predisposition. Such conditions are called as semi-healthy status or latent morbid conditions. Even if no abnormalities are observed by internal investigations, clear abnormalities would be disclosed by oral internal tests or “Hazo disease” examinations. In summary, teeth as the most significant stress factor for physical and mental activities could be designated as the largest blind spot in the medical fields.

Section 1-4. Autonomic nerve imbalance is caused by “Hazo disease”

In the previous Chapters I and II in the First Part, we already explained that teeth provide great influences on autonomic nerve systems. Because of such influences, onset of “Hazo disease” is associated with abnormality in autonomic nerve systems, in more details, autonomic nerve imbalance, etc. These abnormalities are also induced by stress reactions attributable to “Hazo diseases” as stated in the above; however, it is very important in terms of considering our health and therefore, shall we investigate the mechanism from the overall view point.Systemic nervous system can be largely classified into two groups such as the central nervous system comprising brain and spinal cord, and the peripheral nerve system consisting of autonomic nervous system and somatic nerve system. Autonomic nerve system is related to vegetative functions such as respiration and circulation which works irrespective of our will; therefore, they are called as vegetative nerves. On the other hand, the somatic nerve system is associated with zooidal functions such as movement and perception and accordingly is called as a zooidal nerve. This consists of both motor nerve and sensory nerve. Please remember that the peripheral nerve connecting both the whole body and the central part consists of only two kinds such as autonomic nerve and somatic nerve system. Autonomic nerve systems possesses the following characteristic mechanism of actions.

(1)Autonomic control – Without any control of the will, this is changed only according to reflection.
(2)Duplicated control– There are two series such as sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve systems and generally, both systems control one organ concomitantly.
(3)Antagonistic control– Sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve systems exert antagonistic effects mutually to stimulate or inhibit a certain organ.
(4)Persisting control – Both series, in particular sympathetic nerve system always maintain a certain level of excitation or tension, thereby sending a constant level of electric impulse to the organs to be controlled continuously.
(5)Mutual control – If sympathetic nerve activities are stimulated against a certain organ to be controlled antagonistically, parasympathetic nerve functions are inhibited whereas if parasympathetic nerve functions are stimulated, sympathetic nerve functions are inhibited, instead.

Under the operation of these autonomic nerve-specific mechanisms of actions, electronic impulses of both sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves are transmitted through the whole body, whereby our lives are maintained without our own recognition. By the way, where these electric impulses from autonomic nerves are originated from? In fact, these electronic signal energies come from sensory nerves among the somatic nerves belonging to peripheral nerves, as already stated in the above (2). In parallel with our vital activities, from various sensory organs spread over the whole body including muscles, skin and teeth, various kinds of electric signals are sent to the central nervous system, like a water drop produced in a deep forest. These drops of water gather together to form a fountain. This is quite similar to the transmission of the electric signals which flow into the first unit of the brain-stem, followed by outflow to the second and the third unit like a chain reaction, and finally fill the whole brain as the electric energy sources. Subsequently, these electric signal energy transmitted to the central nervous system is converted and sent to the peripheral parts. In other words, the water filling the whole brain is conversely reversed to the peripheral parts, where the autonomic nerve energy was originally produced, in the body via the autonomic nerve systems.These electric signal energy is flown from peripheral parts to the central nerves, and then to the peripheral parts as long as our life activities continue. In such occasions, if the water frown from the sensory nerves in the peripheral parts to the central nervous system is turbid, what kind of water shall be returned after conversion as the autonomic nerve signals? As you can imagine, the resultant water should be turbid. If such turbid water is continuously supplied, activities of the whole body would be lowered to cause any disorders in the vital activities. This is called as autonomic nerve imbalance, contributing to acceleration of aging.The major cause of producing the turbid water in terms of electric signals from peripheral parts to the central nerve turbid was found to be distortion of dental bites. The distorted bites are associated with occurrence of abnormal tension of the whole body muscles and tendon (Please refer to Chapter II). In these muscles and tendons, sensory organs such as muscle spindles and Golgi apparatuses are installed while they continuously convey the information about the contraction situations of muscles and tendons to the spinal cord, and finally to the brain center. As described before (Chapter II), most of the muscles perform “antagonistic works”. If there are any distortions of dental bites, leading to continuously abnormal tension in the whole muscles and continuous entry of electric signals conveying such abnormality from the peripheral areas to the central nerves, the situations are quite different from those without any abnormal tension in the muscles in the persons with healthy dental bites. Once continuous tension occurs in muscles, the blood vessels in the muscle are suppressed to cause unfavorable circulation, resulting in production of pain-inducing substances due to accumulation of metabolites and waste matters. As the results, stiffness of muscles and pains are induced. These electric signals of pains are also compared to a kind of turbid water. In addition, since the muscle amounts in the whole body are large enough, their turbidity cannot be ignored from the view point of our lives. If electric signal corresponding to a turbid water is returned from the central nerve to the peripheral areas via autonomic nerves, abnormality might eventually occur in visceral system, blood vessel system and endocrinological system, all of which are controlled by autonomic nerves; therefore, unfavorable circulation permits transmission of such abnormal electric signals to the central nerves, resulting in playing a role as the causes for aggravation of the turbid water. Furthermore, there is a concern about unfavorable electric influences on the central nerves following occurrence of electricity due to Macro-Galvanic electric erosion effects which are produced by implantation or coverage of the incompatible metals in teeth.Shall we investigate the witness from a patient regarding the correlation between “Hazo diseases” and autonomic nerve imbalance in more details.

Four months have passed since my receiving treatments as an
outpatient. Previously, I had had headache, low back pain, eye fatigue,
stiff shoulder, and numb feeling from shoulder to arms. Furthermore, I had
felt tiredness every day. However, after dental treatment, I had no such
complaints and I think as if the previous troubles were to be only a
dream. When I had had severe stiff shoulder, I felt as if I shouldered
heavy burdens. I was suffering from agony every day. However, now
that they were disappeared, I am very happy because of no similar worries.I feel
as if the previous hard days were to be a “nightmare”.Thank you indeed.

This patient is now at the age of 40s, being in his most productive years. However, he was suffering from not only physical symptoms such as headache and stiff shoulder, but also autonomic nerve imbalance. Accordingly, he could not continue his job. Probably, he might have been suffering from “Masked depression” which is characteristic of less significant neurological manifestation with obvious occurrence of physical symptoms.This patient confessed “When I had had severe stiff shoulder, I felt as if I shouldered heavy burdens. I was suffering from agony every day”, indicating that the distorted dental bites were responsible for occurrence of persisting severe abnormal tension of muscles and excessive stress. As the results, he had autonomic nerve imbalance. This assumption could be proved by the complete recovery due to treatments of “Hazo diseases” including improvement of abnormal bites, thereby telling us “I feel as if the previous hard days were to be a “nightmare”. Of course, he received no symptomatic therapy at all. Additionally, since the treatment of “Hazo diseases” can be designated as the radical causal therapy to eliminate the causes themselves of the disease, no relapse would occur throughout his life.The following patient is a middle-aged man who showed defective circulation due to autonomic nerve imbalance.

In June 1999, I visited this Dental Clinic from Saitama Prefecture for
treatments of teeth. On the same day, the coverage over the teeth by the
previous dentist was removed, followed by correction of the dental bites.
Since then, my stiff shoulder and low back pain were alleviated and I could not
imagine the past gloomy feeling. I enjoyed skiing from my young ages but
when my gloves became wet, my finger tips were cold. Initially, I thought
this is because my gloves became cold with moisture but when I was in an
air-conditioned room for a long time during the summer, I felt cold.In the
winter season, I felt much more colder. In particular, left index finger,
medicinal finger, right middle finger and medicinal finger were the
coldest. No physicians could clarify these symptoms. Then, my middle
finger and medicine finger of my right hand were numbed while I was holding the
hand strap of tramcars. Department of Orthopedic Surgery investigated my
fingers by X-ray and ultrasound, thereby revealing presence of small adipose
mass measuring a adzuki bean at the right wrist (inside). This mass
presses the relevant nerve. Surgical operation removed this mass and
numbness of my fingers was disappeared but the cold sensation of my fingertip
still remained.In this winter, I had no cold sensation of my fingertips.
Office colleagues wondered why your cold sensation of fingertips was
eliminated. I could not understand the actual reasons. Frankly
speaking, I could not imagine that removal of the implanted materials and
correction of dental bites were associated with cure of my troubles. My
experiences clearly imply importance of dental bites.

Excessive sensitivity of limbs to cold temperatures is caused by autonomic nerve imbalance. Of course, it is sometimes induced by anemia and hypotension but most frequently caused by “Hazo diseases”. Abnormal tension of the whole body muscles due to “Hazo diseases” is accompanied by continuous abnormality of electric signals from peripheral areas to the central nerve, increase in internal stresses or alteration of vital mechanisms. As the results, autonomic nerve imbalance occurs. Under the conditions with stimulated function of sympathetic nerve activities, various stresses including coldness and mental stresses induce constriction of small blood vessels in fingers, resulting in abnormal decrease of the blood flow. Due to these abnormalities, the patient feels that fingertips are cold. According to the collation of the data by KOS, alleviation of these cold sensations after dental treatment was observed at the incidence of 79% in the patients who had complained of cold sensation, indicating that the major cause of such a complaint might be “Hazo diseases”. As regards similar diseases with cold sensation of fingers, there are Raynaud’s syndrome, white finger disease and keypuncher’s disease; in more details, the first one shows coldness and numb feeling of fingers and the second one is caused by long-term use of vibration machines such as chainsaw while the third one is a job-related disease observed in keypunchers and typists. All of these diseases are also considered to be associated with “Hazo diseases” as the underlying cause of these diseases whereas additional severe stresses might finally induce these diseases. As described above, “Hazo diseases” are responsible for autonomic nerve imbalance; however, the onset mechanism of such an imbalance implies the hypothesis that “Hazo diseases” would be the predominant cause of autonomic nerve imbalance.

Section 1-3. “Hazo disease” is the most effective stressor to cause stress reactions

Since “Hazo diseases” provide continuously influences on the brain and the body, which tend to spoil the homeostasis of our body, it is considered that “Hazo diseases” are responsible for onset of significant stresses in the body.

Stress is defined as “the power to restore the distortion” but in the modern medicine, it is designated as “Stress is the changes in our body such as internal tension and protective response of our body against the stimulation given to both the psychological and physical activities.” The causes of stresses are called as “Stressor”. We can consider that all the issues about application of the incompatible metals in dental treatments and influences of abnormal bites can be regarded as the stressors for our body. Since artificial foreign substances are implanted in our body and furthermore, they are not tentatively used, it is of no doubt that they provide bad influences on the body continuously and they can be designated as the most influential stressors if they are unfavorable and irritating materials which are incompatible for various organs. As regards the stress reactions, a Canadian Dr. Selye used the word, the stress reactions in 1935 and since then, a huge amount of studies have been conducted in the world.

Among stress reactions, “Urgent reactions” and “Systemic adaptation syndrome” are well known. The former is the reaction of sympathetic nerve systems following acute stress such as sudden attack by a thug while the latter is the changes caused by chronic stresses, including stress reactions associated with “Hazo diseases”. The power of resistance of our body is initially reduced but if the stimulation lasts for a long time, our body creates defense reactions to augment the resistance power. However, if the stimulation persists further over a longer period of time, the protection mechanism of our body is discontinued and the resistant power is rapidly lowered. When being exhausted, the patient is finally dead. In this reaction, the modulating systems including autonomic nerve systems, endocrinological systems and immunological systems play a major role, followed by initial tension of sympathetic nerve systems, and release of glucocorticoids due to the subsequent activation of hypothalamus-pituitary gland-adrenocortical systems; accordingly, the following systemic reactions occur such as hypertrophy of adrenal cortex, atrophy of thymus, occurrence of gastric/duodenal ulcers, elevation of body temperature, blood pressure and blood sugar, as well as increase in muscular tension. In addition, autonomic imbalance occurs. It is anticipated that upon onset of “Hazo disease”, this kind of series systemic reactions and abnormalities occur among the stress responses.

Since the second junior high school days, I had fever every day and I could not get motivated. Accordingly, I hated myself day after day. During the course of my dental treatment, however, I felt well and I became cheerful. Previously, I disliked school study and felt irritation; however, when I was well in my health, I could concentrate my attention to everything and finally, I could pass the entrance examination of the high school. Stresses give us various systemic symptoms and abnormal sensation. If stressors as the causes of stresses are removed, original health can be retained like this case. In addition, abnormal stimulation to brain-stem reticular activating system as the entrance of the brain is discontinued, leading to recovery of the brain to calm circumstances like a quiet lake surface. This is the reason why the breeze is felt comfortable. The agony over 20 years is evaporated and because of such an experience, no pains are recognized by the patient as a pleasure. As the result, the patient can enjoy happy feelings during a usual daily life. This patient has been saved by the notification of “Teeth are our organs. Teeth are connected with our lives”. This notification augments pleasures of recognition “We are living because lives are given to us”.

As the causes except dental issues to induce stresses, there are environmental and physical factors such as radiation, chemical ones including drugs and overeating, biological ones such as bacteria and psychological ones including divorce and entrance examinations. Onset of psychosomatic symptoms depends on how much stress has been cumulatively given to the body for a certain period of time by these causal factors. When over-stress exceeding the resistance of the body is given, maintenance of homeostasis by the body protection functions is eventually collapsed, inducing abnormality of the body and diseases.

When the body is continuously exposed to a certain stressor resulting in adrenal cortex undergoing hypertrophy as the protective response, and additionally, another new stressor attacks the body, the defense response to the new stressor would not normally work due to the limited resistance ability of the body leading to reduced resistance in total. Such a condition is called as the confounding sensitization. Patients whose “Hazo diseases had been cured one year ago occasionally told us “After dental treatments, I caught no common cold in this winter season”. This phenomenum can be accounted for by the following situations: Due to improvement of “Hazo diseases” known as the most effective stressor to the body, chronic and persisting stresses have disappeared, resulting in removal of confounding sensitization phenomena. It is postulated that as the results, the stress response of the body turns out to work normally and the defense functions of the body is normalized.

There is an old saying “ A cold often leads to all kinds of disease.” And

incidence of common cold is considered to measure the resistance of the body. In this sense, less frequent incidence of catching a common cold after treatment of “Hazo diseases” indicates how large stress burden abnormalities related to teeth are given to the body. According to the studies in psychic treatment internal medicine and psychiatric fields, it has been reported that over-loading of stress is associated with increase in morbidity of infectious diseases, allergic diseases, self-immunological diseases and cancer. Coupled together from the view point of stresses, it would appear likely that “Hazo diseases” are evil fellows to obscurely erode healthy lives of human beings. Statistics by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare told us that the annual total number of suicides exceeded 30 thousand persons for the first time since commencement of this survey. Recently, hospitals with long-term hospitalization wards for patients suffering from stresses have been opened; however, it is difficult to receive treatments as in-patients under long-term absence from the offices. It seems to be necessary to place a doubt on occurrence of stress symptoms attributable to “Hazo diseases”.

I was suffering from stiff shoulder and low back pain for a long time. However, I thought that this might be attributed to constitutional predisposition and therefore, I relied on tentative treatments such as massage and acupuncture. Since two years ago, I had newly migraine, mandibular joint pain, curious tinnitus while after physical exercises, I felt that something was wrong with my dental bites. After commencement of diving, I recognized aggravation of abnormal bites. Whenever I bit a mouth-piece firmly, my teeth could not be well bitten. I happened to note the article about this Dental Clinic in the news paper and visited here to receive examinations.
To my surprise, disordered bites were found to be the real causes for the above-stated symptoms. Less motivated attitudes and irritation were perceived but I could not imagine that these symptoms could be improved by dental treatments.

As shown in the witness, this patient had been suffering from indefinite complaints for a long time but she gave up eradication of them because she believed that they were associated with constitutional predisposition and all of them would not be attributed to teeth. She happened to read my article in Asahi Shinbun (Asahi News Paper) (Figure X) and fortunately obtained the chance for radical improvement. Unless complete recovery was achieved until this stage, she should have hold stress reactions due to teeth for her full life and accordingly, she should have spent a gloomy life until her death because such stress reactions contribute to formation of preclinical diseases. Her witness saying that she continuously had “No motivation” “Irritation” and “Unreasonable anxiety” but after treatment, she said “I could move more swiftly”, indicates improvement of the stress symptoms. As stated in the confounding sensitization of stresses, the continuous stress due to teeth weakened the resistance against other stresses, whereby in some time in future, she might have had a serious disease by induction of some outer stimulation.

As described in her letter, her hobby was a diving. During the course of treatment of this patient, “Hazo” played a key role in the muscle systems in the whole body. When she dives, she holds a mouth-piece in her mouth. While diving, she bites a mouth-piece with tension for a long time, the newcomers in particular bite the piece too firmly, leading to occurrence of primary distortion in dental bites and chewing muscles. If she could have cured them, there was no problem at all. However, self-medication is too hard to perform it. As the results, gradually the diseases turned out to be chronic ones whereby both the dental bites and the muscle systems of the whole body were maintained as they were. Although this patient still continued a diving, one day she visited our Clinic, saying “Previous symptoms recurred which suffered me. Please treat them.” According to her explanation, several days ago she went diving and she bit a mouth-piece firmly. In this patient, her abnormal bites were already corrected and the present one was a tentative abnormality. Accordingly, there was no need to touch any teeth and only an adjustment of chewing muscles normalized the said abnormality within a couple of minutes.

Similarly, another patient visited our Dental Clinic, complaining of inability of opening her mouth after the initial trial for diving. This case was quite similar to the previous patient and one treatment to normalize the dental bites cured the trouble, thereby allowing her mouth open. If any persons who are enjoying diving are now reading this article, please be careful about too firm bites of a mouth-piece. This patient has been liberated from persisting stresses and abnormal tension of muscles; as the results, she has enjoyed happiness which can be expressed as “Feeling of no feeling”. She could not have anticipated this kind of happiness compared with the previous unhappy situations. In addition, intracerebral hormones are susceptible to secretion, whereby she is able to perceive extreme happiness by being triggered with a minute pleasure. On a routine basis, we should do our good behaviors. A trifle thing shall decide our fortunes. Now, her husband and mother have completed treatments and their family is enjoying real health.

Section 1-2. “Hazo disease” induces abnormality in the brain

After the short intermission, shall we review your questions about “What is “Hazo disease”?” from various angles. “Hazo diseases” induce lots of systemic diseases including mental disorders and self-immune diseases. This suggests that “Hazo diseases” are not related to abnormalities in association between “Hazo” and individual organs but are associated with some abnormalities of either central nervous systems in the brain or systemic mechanisms, resulting in inducing disorders of both psychological and physical activities. Now, shall we consider what kinds of changes are caused by abnormality in “Hazo” to induce “Hazo diseases”.

Our brain can be functionally subclassified into three parts. The first unit is called as “Intermost being”, the center of which exists in the brain-stem. This is located in the base of brain, and consists of medullary, pons, and diencephalons including thalamus and hypothalamus. Brain stem plays an essential role as the center for our life, and supplies electric energy to the brain. The second unit, being called as “Emotional being” , is located in the intermediate part of the brain and comprises limbic cortex, basal ganglion, hippocampus, nucleus amygdalae, ventral striatum, cingulate convolution and gyrus parahippocampalis. In this area, there are neuronal nuclei which are important centers to control sexual libido and appetite. Accordingly, our mind is considered to exist in this area. The third unit, being called as “Volition/action being” and “Intelligence being”, is located in the cerebral cortex. The former is controlled by frontal cortex and various motion association areas while the latter, being mediated by temporal lobe, vertex of the head and occipital association areas, is responsible for actions and complicated brain activities.

For your better understanding, I wish to collate the influences of “Hazo diseases” on the brain by citing Miss Tanaka’s case (tentative name) who presented systemic symptoms due to “Hazo diseases”. Please read the witness of this patient.

Two months ago, I visited this Dental Clinic for the first time when previously implanted materials were removed and disordered bites were corrected. Since then, I felt the systemic comfortableness of my body while tiredness was eliminated.
Since last December when I hit my low back, I could not sit without using any padded backrest. However, I do not need such a support any more. Five to six years ago, I had dislocations of my wrists and they were corrected at a certain chiropractic Clinic. Before my dental treatment, I was suffering from tiredness of my wrists and I could not hold a pen. Nevertheless, currently, I can hold a pen firmly and my calligraphy is praised.

My family members were surprised with my changes. I shed my sweat normally and I spend happy days.

Miss Tanaka was suffering from systemic symptoms for a long period of time; accordingly, she visited many medical institutions including university hospitals to receive examinations to clarify the actual causes of these abnormalities for proper treatments. However, these symptoms were not utterly improved and before visiting our KOS, she tried various treatments such as spa therapies and folk medicines including ingestion of health food products. She was diagnosed to have “Hazo disease” according to oral internal medicine tests, followed by receiving treatments. The efficacy promptly appeared. Now, she is completely recovered from the disease and spends a happy life. Several days ago, her mother visited our Clinic and told us that her daughter, Miss Tanaka, was very well even though she performed unexpectedly urgent translation works until midnights and such an event could not have been imagined in the past.

On the first day of treatment, her dental bites were improved, together with removal of all the incompatible metals from her mouth. As the result, various severe symptoms were eliminated. All of these alleviations were considered to be caused in relation to these three unit functions in the brain, which are to be explained below.

Information from the sensory organs and signals derived from internal metabolisms enter into brain-stem as the initial step. Brain-stem plays an important role in controlling the activities of cerebral cortex and in maintaining the cerebrum at the arousal situations. Such a control of the cerebral cortex is performed not only by the independent nervous impulse but also by the chained transmission of the electric signal energy derived from peripheral organs to the whole units, followed by transfer to the cerebral cortex. For the high-order areas in the brain, they can be recognized as nutrition source; accordingly, removal of this area is associated with twilight consciousness. In this connection, sensory stimulation from peripheral areas is known to have the brain grow. Evolution and growth of the brain are stimulated by specific sensory stimula including stimulation from teeth upon chewing foods, olfactory sensation from nose, optical sensation from eyes, auditory sensation from ears and equilibrium sensation.

If we apply these facts into Miss Tanaka’s case, followings are the related perception.

“I felt the systemic comfortableness of my body while tiredness was eliminated.”

“Tiredness and sleepiness disappeared and I wake up favorably in the morning. I feel well and concentration comes back.”

It is well known that pains stimulate brain-stem reticular activating system and disturb sleep. Based on these witnesses from patients, it is postulated that onset of “Hazo diseases” is accompanied by abnormality in electric stimula from peripheral areas to the brain stem, in particular, brain-stem reticular activating system, together with possibility that flows of electric stimulation from the brain stem to the second unit are disturbed or abnormalities might occur. In this connection, electric spikes which occur in pons of the brain stem are documented to stimulate the cerebral cortex to create dreams. Patients suffering from depression and neurosis due to “Hazo disease” usually witnessed after treatment that previously, we had nightmares frequently. Miss Tanaka also suffered from nightmares, indicating that occurrence of “Hazo disease” was associated with abnormality in electric stimulation from peripheral areas to the brain stem, resulting in reducing quality of the sleep.

It would appear likely that abnormality of the brain function associated with “Hazo disease” would occur at the brain-stem as the first unit. This could be also accounted for by the fact that augmentation of isometric tension of fingers is observed following improvement of abnormal bites and removal of incompatible metals from mouth. This is reported to be attributed to inhibitory effects of α-monitor neuron by inhibitory signals emitted from chiliary body large cell nucleus located in brain-stem reticular formation. Reactions associated with removal of implanted incompatible metals could be explained by the fact that abnormal electromotive force originated among metals or against oral mucosa are treated by the brain-stem reticular formation. In parallel with clinical improvement of “Hazo diseases”, the following symptoms such as “Inability to concentrate”, ”No clear wishes”, “Feel sleepy during daytime” and “Lose consciousness” were highly alleviated by 71%, 77%, 65% and 80%, respectively, indicating that “Hazo diseases” are accompanied by reduction of consciousness in the brain.

The electric stimulation reaching the brain-stem is transmitted in a parallel way from thalamus to nucleus amygdalae and hippocampus, as well as to cerebral cortex. Subsequently, judgment of “pleasant, unpleasant” is made and then, this judgment is transferred from nucleus amygdalae to hypothalamic area and further to pituitary gland, whereby autonomic nerve functions and hormone secretion are induced. From nucleus amygdalae, electric stimulation is emitted simultaneously to “Intelligence being” in temporal lobe via hippocampus, and to “Volition/action being” in the frontal lobe via ventral striatum in the basal ganglion. In the “Intelligence being”, activities related to recognition and memory are performed while in the “Volition/action being”, various activities associated with physical movements and actions are conducted.

Once again, shall we investigate the witness of Miss Tanaka.

This witness indicates elimination of abnormality in the brain mechanism to induce electromagnetic disorders, by removal of the incompatible metals.

This witness suggests the followings: Normalization occurred in a series of mechanisms involved in transmission of electric stimulation from thalamus to amygdaloid nucleus and hypothalamus while autonomic nerve functions and endocrinenological functions were normalized, together with recovery of appropriate functions of metablisma and appetite center.

This witness suggests that abnormalities were removed in the process for transmission of the stimulation from thalamus to nucleus amygdalae in the middle layer, hippocampus, and further to “Intelligence being” in temporal lobe of the cerebral cortex.

As shown above, taking into account influences of teeth on the brain in the ameliorated clinical cases, it is postulated that there is a possibility of correlation of them with the three units.

Psychological aspects and other influential factors are involved in the mechanism inducing onset of abnormalities and physiological changes in the brain. Furthermore, complicated mechanisms are also implicated and therefore, it is difficult to clearly describe it. In any events, we cannot rule out the possibility that “Hazo diseases” directly affect the brain. As one of the complicated mechanisms, we must talk about the stress reactions by “Hazo diseases”. Shall we discuss this issue.

Section 1-1. Nobody can win even if we go counter to the universe force, gravity and electromagnetic power

It is reported that there are four forces in the cosmic space. They consist of two forces such as weak force and strong force in the inside of atomic nucleus, as well as gravity and electromagnetic force. Modern physics revealed that these four forces work as the force governing the cosmic space including the earth. All the phenomena including diseases possess both causes and outcomes. Causes extend their influences due to the existing forces. In essence, these four forces exert influences as the causes after being changed into various forms. Weak and strong forces exist in the atom whereby some researchers insist correlation with our heart. However, since this seems not to be associated with the theme of this book, I would not refer to this any more. Macroscopically speaking, gravity and electromagnetic force are modified into various forms resulting in inducing diseases as the outcomes.

Shall we review once again how these two forces are involved in the correlation between teeth and the whole body. As regards the gravity, the distorted dental bites cause discordance in chewing muscles, suprahyoid and infrahyoid muscles as well as muscle groups connecting head, cervical lesion and chest, resulting in occurrence of disrupted balance of heavy bone of skull supported by lots of muscles against the gravity axis of the body. As the results, deviance occurs to induce stiff stress on epistropheus (first cervical vertebra) and atlo (second cervical vertebra), both of which play a role as the joint with the supporting vertebral column. Since these first and second cervical vertebra are designated as the starting point of vertebral column, the deviance and distortion cause distortion of the whole vertebral column as a chain reaction, together with induction of disagreement between the gravity and the whole body, evolving into occurrence of persisting abnormal tension and the resultant stress in the brain following tension in anti-gravity muscles and the whole body muscles.

Concerning electromagnetic force, transmission of the information from teeth to the brain is made via electric nervous conduction from peripheral nerves to central nerves. Artificial foreign materials to be used in dental treatment such as incompatible metals are known to cause electromagnetic abnormalities due to Macro-Galvanic electric erosion effects or chemical abnormalities in the body.

Judging from the most original point designated as “Force” filled in this universe, it can properly explain the causal relation of observed abnormalities without causing any preconceived blind points which are frequently observed in modern medicine. “Hazo diseases” are defined as the pathological conditions including the systemic symptoms which are attributable to abnormalities in teeth and chewing-related organs. Lots of patient examples were introduced in the former half of this book.

At the top of the Second Part, I described reports with the title of “Miracle of the modern medicine” in which lots of children’s cases were introduced. All of these patients suffered from mental anxiety and various physical symptoms including atopic dermatitis, stiff shoulder, headache and menstrual pain due to unknown causes and intractable features for more than a decade. The son, a university student and the daughter of the first grade of a high school were liberated from long-lasting sufferings by diagnoses based on the new medical paradigm and the resultant “Hazo” theory as well as the subsequent treatments, which were obtained, as previously described, from the concept “Teeth are our organs”. Of course, they opened their bright days. The brother successfully entered a topnotch university while the younger sister entered a high school although she could not go to school because of mental anxiety and physical disorders. We can imagine how glad not only these youngsters but also their mother were. Their appreciation are vividly depicted in her letter.

However, until the previous day of their receiving diagnoses and treatments, they had had concerns about the unknown diseases and anxiety about the future for a long time. As were seen in these brother and sister, lots of other patients are now suffering from the similar disorders not only in Japan but also in the rest of the world. Even at this moment, sufferings attributable to “Hazo diseases” are being widespread because of the blind point of the modern medicine and the incorrect common sense. Not only to save these patients but also to prevent the newborns from experiencing such disorders, I am writing this book as a mission because I have noted this important concept about “Hazo”. Apart from the further introduction, I wish to revert to the essential parts of this new concept, “Hazo diseases” in details. For your relaxation, I would like to introduce the witnesses as the internal dessert for you.

Before receiving this treatment, I had had tinnitus, low back pain and stiff shoulder; however, now all of them have disappeared. During the discontinued period from visiting the Clinic, chewing bites became again incorrect and subsequently, I felt pains in my right thigh. In the former half of this book, I proved my notification of “Teeth are our organ.” from the fundamental sciences, together with explanation about the progress of its discovery. I also clarified the fact that there are lots of people suffering from unknown diseases actually due to teeth as the fundamental causes, because these have been recognized as the blind point of the conventional medical sciences. I introduced the witness of these patients.

In the latter half of this book, I would like to corroborate clinically and medically the observed facts supporting the theory “Teeth are our organs” which was basically and fundamentally proved in the former half of this book, by application of new therapies (“Hazo” treatments) based on the new medical paradigm “Teeth are our organs” to lots of patients who had been suffering from the diseases because of losing their correct ways due to medical blind points.

First of all, shall we discuss the concept of diseases which were reviewed based on the new medical paradigm clearly from various points of views, and then collate them in order.

◆Witness of a mother who regained her children’s health and her own　happy life

I am a mother of a son, a university student and a daughter of first grade of a high school. In addition to my husband, the above cited two children have been suffering from allergic diseases for a long period of time (18 years). Their symptoms are different individually but the common features are higher susceptibility to catching a common cold and weak skin. Based on the traditional idea, deriving from ancient China, that the same principles underlie a normal diet and medical treatment, I have tried all the effective procedures including diet therapy (For example, ingesting much of raw rice, seasonal green and yellow vegetables and root vegetables while refraining from ingestion of cold foods, munch, fast foods, commercially available juice, sweets (in particular, white sugar) and foods with additives). In addition, I took supplement foods because I believed that they would be effective. However, favorable outcomes would not be observed and I was still concerned about the situations in which one of them showed improvement but the remaining suffered from new symptoms.

When my son was a third grade student of a junior high school with my daughter a sixth grade student of an elementary school, atopic dermatitis was aggravated whereby my son visited a dermatological clinic several times but topical application of steroid was refrained from use to the possible extent because of our concerns about its adverse reactions. In March 1998, our family moved to Fukuoka because of job relocation of my husband. Eventually, my daughter moved together. Around May soon after our relocation, daughter’s atopic disease was relapsed again probably due to changed circumstances to spread to the whole body. Face, neck, chest, back, shoulder, arms and legs (in particular, inflectional parts) became red with continuous itching. The lesions were scratched with hands and were soaked with blood to cause crust. Such courses were repeated, leading to darkish skin and hardened skin in the lesions. She had an unpleasant awakening gradually and came to school late. However, she really wanted to be free from such situations by any means and asked an acquaintance hospital to accept her as an inpatient whereas the hospital had no further capacity to accept her due to lack of additional beds. Instead, the hospital recommended her to follow the diet therapy, hot-cold bathing, skin-care and topical application of ointment as instructed according to this hospital’s strategy.

Recently, I noted a folded leaflet in a newspaper about a manipulative treatment and I made an appointment for my daughter. During this treatment, distorted spine was pointed out and my daughter visited this manipulative clinic once a week, amounting to about 15 visits in total. Around that period, one of my friends who was a staff member of Muratsu Dental Clinic told us about the forum by Dr. Muratsu. Accordingly, I participated in this forum with my daughter. In the midst of my listening to Dr. Muratsu’s presentation, I suddenly shuddered. When I was informed of “Normalization of dental bites leads to improvement of distorted spine”, ”Correlation with autonomic nervous system” and “Teeth are organs”, I was really surprised but I recognized unconsciously “Real cause exists in daighter’s teeth”.

Around October, 1998, I made an appointment for Dr. Muratsu’s consultation with my daughter and she received his dental examination. At that occasion, my daughter was mentally unstable, with various symptoms including stiff shoulder, headache, menstrual cramps, easy susceptibility to catching a common cold, lacked power of concentration, frequent dreaming and apathy, which seemed to be initial symptoms of depression.

After the first consultation in which dental bites were investigated, I was very surprised to find that length of legs was coincided with corrected pelvis. I could not believe in this miraculous treatment in the world. My daughter stopped complaining of stiff shoulder at this time point. After that, my daughter was delighted to visit Dr. Muratsu’s office and made appointments one after another.

In the second visit, implanted metals were removed while teeth with dental caries were treated properly and finally, gold was implanted therein. In the middle part of December, all the dental treatments were completed. Before going to Dr. Muratsu’s office, my daughter did not say a lot but after completion of the treatment, Dr. Muratsu’s advice made her face bright. During the way to coming back to home, my daughter became talkative and happy.

She still visits Dr. Muratsu’s Dental Clinic once a month for aftercare; however, she is hardly bothered by atopic disease whereas she has become very tough mentally and very positive in her daily styles. She passed the entrance examination of a high school and now enjoys her school days.

Since my son as a freshman in a college had been suffering from stiff shoulder, easy susceptibility to catching a common cold and atopic diseases, he received treatments similarly since December 2000. In his case, his dental bites were disordered. Incompatible metals were removed together with replacement of them with gold, leading to gradual alleviation of stiff shoulder. Upon completion of the treatment when he became a third grade student of a high school, an entrance examination was awaiting him but atopic diseases were tapered off. If my memory is correct, he started preparatory studies for the entrance examination in October but he could intensively perform it without being attacked by a common cold during a winter season. When I brought my daughter to the Dental Clinic for aftercare in February 2000, Dr. Muratsu kindly told us “I wish to investigate again his dental bites once again in preparation for avoiding too much nervousness for the entrance exam.”. My son also recognized its necessity and received Dr. Muratsu’s check three days before the second entrance examination.

In the actual examination, my son was confident of his success, by saying “I hardly felt too much tension and I could try the examination in a calm manner. I happened to find out careless mistakes and exerted my full ability.” He could passed the examination of the university of his choice and he is very much pleased.

Although I could not fully understand it theoretically, I heard lots of voices talking about their favorable experiences in the waiting room of the Dental Clinic. There were quite a few unbelievable examples in which intractable diseases were cured by removal of incompatible metals and correction of distorted dental chewing. Some of my acquaintances suffer from various diseases and therefore, I wish to let them know these cases. I feel really thankful to my friend who informed me of the Dental Clinic.

◆A woman at 20s of age came back alive from cancer and regained confidence on health

Since moving from Nagasaki to Fukuoka after graduation of a high school, 10 years have passed. Until I noted an article about Dr. Muratsu in a certain magazine which was sent to our home in October last year, I had lost confidence of my physical conditions. I shouted “Teeth are a key.” and I reviewed my diary which showed strong confidence in health and participated in a school, sports and after-school job, without taking any day-off until the third year. As regards diseases, I was affected by only a common cold.

In the fourth year, I visited a certain dentist because of toothache. Due to unknown reasons, I visited a gastrointestinal clinic, a department of otorhinolaryngology and an internal medicine. Finally, I was diagnosed to have autonomic imbalance, internal otitis, stiff shoulder and tension headache due to mental stresses despite clear causes being unknown. During the course of dental treatment, I had jaw arthritis and visited Kyushu University Hospital as an outpatient while I also visited Department of Gynecology because of existing menstrual disorder and acute pain at the right lower abdomen. As the result, I visited this Department due to congenital ovarian dysfunction and polycystic ovary but I felt dizzy when I had severe menstrual pain.

In addition, I underwent uterus cancer test for confirmation’s sake on August 25, last year whereas the results showed unexpected “abnormal” with atypical epithelium in cervical part of uterus being graded as “IIIa”. I was diagnosed to receive surgical operation if the score becomes “IIIb” at the second investigation in coming November. I was so disappointed with serious anxiety and visited other hospitals such as National Hospital, Red Cross Hospital and City Hospital one after another; however, the results were the same. I was informed that someone miraculously reverts to scores I~II indicative of normal condition and abnormality does not indicate prompt onset of cancer. All I could do was to observe the progress and the next examination in November.

Nevertheless, my destiny was changed on October 30. After careful investigation, Dr. Muratsu removed 11 incompatible metals from my teeth, resulting in complete cure of incorrect bites. Subsequently, my headache and menstrual pain disappeared; in addition, I was free from my easy fatigue and stiff shoulder which had required regular visits to osteopathic clinics. Furthermore, the test on uterus cancer in November revealed the normal score “II” while later tests in January and April demonstrated the score “I”. The gynecologist was very much surprised at these progress.

Currently, whenever any plausible causes are unknown, there is a trend toward diagnosis of mental stress. In my case, I was thrown into negative thinking because I was living alone in a dormitory away from my family members and I had heavy responsibility on job, together with lack of physical exercises.

However, the actual cause exists on teeth.

I really appreciate kindness of Dr. Muratsu and staff members. I almost lose sight of myself. I am still scared of my life if I would not have visited Dr. Muratsu’s Dental Clinic. Nine years ago, I tried the entrance examination for the present company. At that occasion, I declared “I am confident with health and physical strength” and I recognize this announcement just now.

◆A woman has overcome sudden hearing loss immediately before marriage

I was really surprised. For these 3 months, I have had difficulty to hear at my left ear but I disregarded it because I believed that this might be caused by a common cold. However, it was gradually aggravated and I felt as if I am climbing a high mountain.

Because of perceiving hard hearing, I visited an otorhinolaryngological clinic. I was diagnosed to have “sudden hearing loss”; however, to my surprise, I was told that due to too delayed consultation with an otorhinolaryngological investigation, my disease probably might remain as it was throughout my life (Sudden hearing loss requires the earliest treatment, which is described in any pamphlet.). I was given lots of drugs including steroids. I continued to take these drugs for about 1 month and my hearing ability was recovered to my satisfaction; however, the problem developed later. As the adverse reactions of these given drugs, facial swelling and acne-like pimples occurred. I had thought that sometime later, this might be improved but frankly speaking, I was concerned about the progress because of my wedding being just around the corner. Unfortunately enough, I had hearing difficulty once again.

Around these occasions, I perceived unpleasant sensation such as something like a pain as if the right wisdom tooth might come up, or a pain attributable to dental caries. I decided to consult with Dr. Muratsu. When I was a university student, I visited Dr. Muratsu’s Dental Clinic based on the recommendation by my father and after completion of dental treatments, I started to be employed in a company. Once being employed in a company, I could not afford to come to Fukuoka from Kumamoto and I usually skipped regular monitoring, indicating that I visited Dr. Muratsu’s Clinic after a long interval

Upon meeting me, Dr. Muratsu asked me “What has happened in this pimple?” As the reply to his question, I explained outlines of onset of acute hearing difficulty. Dr. Muratsu was surprised to hear that and complained by saying “Why did not you talk about it much earlier?, followed by his confident comment that this can be cured by correction of dental bites. He promptly treated my abnormal dental bites and asked me “You can hear me clearly?”. However, no significant changes were noted immediately after treatment. I was told by him to come to this clinic the next week by any means. To tell the truth, I was wondering which opinion should be respected? The otorhinolaryngologist told me that you should come as soon as possible if you had difficulty in hearing and otherwise, your hard hearing cannot be completely cured forever. However, I disliked to take such a large amount of drugs and I made an appointment for Dr. Muratsu’s investigation because of my personal belief on Dr. Muratsu.

Today happened to be the appointed date for consultation. I did not care about it but my hearing capacity has been improved. I was so surprised.

I did not take large amounts of drugs. I received only amendment of dental bites. There were no adverse reactions. Of course, my stiff shoulder and headache were alleviated.

It is too late to regret but regular investigations would prevent such a mistake. Even though I had a trouble in my ear, I should have visited a dental clinic rather than a department of otorhynolaryngology. These bitter experiences would provide me with a good lesson and I wish to continue regular check-ups. I will soon become a house wife. By application of “Hado”, I hope that my husband will be fine and I wish to build up a healthy family.

My trouble was easily cured than I expected; however, I understand that teeth are not so simple but an organ.

Section 3-4. Abnormal behaviors of babies, decrease in birth rate and disorder of maternal instinct

Recently, I heard complaints of obstetricians and gynecologists. At delivery, they find that amniotic fluid occurs not as transparent body fluid but as coca-cola like fluid due to abnormality of amniotic fluid, and furthermore, the newborns are already atopic at their birth. Compared with the past experience, the incidence of deformity is increased.

Not only deformity of limbs and mouth but also visceral anomaly including heart increased in their incidence. Although these abnormalities might be associated with environmental pollution and influences of dietary lives, we can say that pregnancy and delivery are the supreme vital activities for all living things for preservation of the species. Accordingly, to preserve healthy species under any environmental changes and extracorporeal bad conditions , various cares have been paid to placental functions and others. It is obviously abnormal to find contaminated amniotic fluid, increased incidence of anomaly and atopic newborns. This indicates occurrence of something abnormal.

It is anticipated that these abnormality can be attributed to disorder of body fluid “Hado” due to incompatible metals implanted in teeth of mothers or incorporation of dissolved metal ions into amniotic fluid or newborns following dissolution of these metals by dry cell erosion.

There is also a possibility that these metal ions cause antigenic sensitization in fetuses via placenta. In any events, incompatible metals implanted in teeth put preservation of human species in danger. As the old saying tells us “Castles are ruined from their insides”, with elevated vital function systems, our bodies can much more prevent outer enemies; however, our bodies are vulnerable to inside enemies and therefore, not only central functions but also the whole body are easily upset. In this sense, implantation of incompatible metals in teeth is a serious problem in terms of preservation of the species.

Human beings are weakened and deteriorated. In fact, after completion of “Hazo” treatment in women, the morning sickness during pregnancy is reported to be significantly alleviated, together with a light completion of newborns. Please read the following witnesses.

Two years ago, I fell down from the window of the second floor. I could not walk at all because of severe pains including low back pain, headache and stiff shoulder. Jaw was out of alignment and I disliked a photograph.

As shown in these examples, once we look at dental treatments from the view point of a new paradigm “Hazo” theory, we are enlightened to recognize suddenly that the conventional world contains very risky factors which we have not yet found because they seemed quite natural from our previous common senses.

Under the medical paradigm on teeth misunderstood so far, compatibility to organs has not been adequately discussed prior to use of metals in the dental treatment although compatibility to other organs such as heart and kidneys were naturally investigated deeply.

According to these situations, there is a possibility that metals implanted in teeth might be responsible for various systemic disorders, diseases and abnormality in maternal bodies during pregnancy. The metals within our oral cavity provide influences not only during taking meals but also throughout a day by dissolution of metal ions and “Hado” resonance due to erosion effects. Furthermore, once implanted, these metals remain within our body for 10 years, 20 years, 30 years and until our death in some cases. If they are favorable to our bodies and electrically stable, together with no chemically erosive reactions and providing libido to our bodies and strengthening our “Hado” of our bodies, our bodies will become stronger every moment, and daily to be healthy and to allow us enjoy our lives.

Suppose that they contain even slight minus factors, our bodies will be affected negatively with minus psychosomatic influences every day and years long. Our lives will be continuously contaminated. There is a possibility that such accumulated outcomes will lead to onset of pollen allergy, dermatological diseases, atopic diseases and autoimmune diseases including chronic rheumatoid arthritis and collagen diseases.

From the view point of occurrence of abnormalities in the mechanisms in our bodies, there might be a possibility that diabetes mellitus and senile Alzheimer type dementia are also correlated. Concerning the artificial foreign materials to be implanted in our mouth, much more attention would be paid to both affinity to our bodies and compatibility to organs compared with those upon organ implantations.

Recently, the delivery rate in Japan has been abnormally lowered. Total fertility rate was previously below 1.5 whereby both the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as well as Japanese mass communications made a lot of noise because of concerns about possible extirpation of Japanese nation in future. Currently, however, such a scream has not been heard. This is not attributed to recovery of the delivery rate. At present, the delivery rate has been below 1.4 and further downed to 1.39, indicating that we are beyond the precaution ranges but has reached the critical region. In addition, this ratio is continuously lowered annually.

It seems to us that the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare would be scared of publicly informing the actual situations to Japanese people. In this relation, we occasionally note sad news about mothers killing their infants by themselves on daily news papers.

There would be disorders in maternal instinct. As shown above, there is a possibility that vital mechanism of Japanese people has been disordered even in the most congenital instinct, the maternal instinct compared with those of our intrinsic general conscience. This might be greatly attributed to implanted incompatible metals in our mouths whereby such tragedy would be induced by contamination of our lives. Wake up, please.

We human beings should refrain from implantation of incompatible metals in our bodies by any means. If artificial materials such as metals are placed in our living bodies because of unavoidable reasons, it is necessary to be careful as if we are now selecting our better halves in our lives. Even if a hole occurs in our teeth, easy-minded filling of artificial materials in teeth should be definitely avoided. Once metals are implanted in our bodies, we live with them for 24 hours a day and usually spend our whole lives with them together.

When we rely on the common sense of the conventional dental sciences, the situation could be compared to the anecdote that your uncle brought a marriage partner without any knowledge of his name, characters and others but you decide to marry him because of your uncle’s recommendation. If you can meet with a good partner, you can send a happy life with him; however, if you are unlucky, you must endure intolerable life and in some cases, you will be misdirected towards negativity.

Once incompatible metals are employed for implantation into teeth by chance, some disorders are induced in biological electric biofield and relevant organs including pineal body, resulting in onset of abnormalities in central function systems and the whole body, and evolving in electromagnetic waves with safe wave lengths in its nature causing disorders in the body. There was a technical term such as a receiving apparatus in our brain; in this connection, it has been recently pointed out that human beings could directly receive various messages via an apparatus located inside the central functional system.

By means of tuning which is used for selecting the reception frequency or TV channels, the information to be received can vary. Facile implantation of incompatible metals into our bodies implies very dangerous features not only to individual health problems but also to the society, such as loss of human nature and onset of abnormal behaviors.

As previously described, our society comprises each individual in similar manners as the sea consisting of each drop of sea water. One turbid sea water means one drop of turbidity but when each drop gathers together, dirty sea would appear as the result of such contamination. The same is true with human society. As for one person, such a turbidity in terms of personal health problems is responsible for causing traffic accidents due to lowered concentration power and psychosomatic abnormality, and social troubles such as husband-and-wife quarrel and quarrels with others. When such a turbidity gathers together, the whole society turns out to be a turbid society with irritation.

Currently, there are lots of crazy incidents including breakdown in the classroom discipline, no attendance to school, juvenile crimes, and Tokyo subway sarin gas attack, mother’s killing her children, together with occurrence of trifle problematic events to throw the lives into confusion and to destroy homes. We cannot stop worrying about influences due to implanted incompatible metals in our bodies.

The previous common sense in dental medicine did not contain such a way of thinking. As implied by separation of Faculty of Dentistry from Faculty of Medicine, our whole body was recognized as the collective entity of each part whereby teeth were isolated from our lives and teeth were designated as only chewing apparatuses.

In actuality, however, teeth are an inseparable part of our lives and are the constituents of important organs in our vital micro-cosmos (Please refer to ○2 Figure I). If we consider dental treatment as simple repairing of the chewing apparatuses without serious recognition of handling important organs, both dentists and patients are not so nervous about implantation of incompatible foreign materials. As the results, dentists could perform treatments so easily without paying attention to our vital sciences. Actually, such treatments have been extensively conducted.

However, apart from humans arbitrary speculation, the universal vital laws still exist. In accordance with divine justice as the great rule, bad causes results in occurrence of bad outcomes while good causes provide favorable outcomes.

Section 3-3. Destruction of electric bio-fields of the living body

Probably you might not know that metals unintentionally filled into teeth cause abnormality in immune system conducive to maintenance of health of humans, or inclusion of inability to coexistence with electromagnetic wave in this society, or disorder of life activity.

In addition, the issue of incompatible metals indicates possibility of changing the fundamental existence of humans. This is also considered to be an electric bio-field problem for our lives. Metals susceptible to ionization in the mouth produce persisting electromotive force between different metals or against mucous membrane by Macro-Galvanic electrical cell erosion effects. Thus obtained electricity continuously flows throughout the whole body including brain to alter the vital electric current.

It reminds me of the fact that Harold Bar of Yale University, a famous researcher of neuroanatomy found previously existence of electric current in all kinds of living organisms ranging from seeds of plants to human beings.

He established a theory in which this kind of electromagnetic wave not only reflects electric movements of cells in the electromagnetic field but also controls or organizes the cells in this electromagnetic field. Subsequently, he called this as “Jelly type” because the living organisms are formed in accordance with the shape of its magnetic field.

This can be called as an electric bio-field. Our lives themselves are electric and filled with “Hado” of electric energy. Suppose that metals or magnetic materials are easily filled in such an electric living bodies, thereby emitting abnormal and strong electricity continuously to the bodies, we might say that such treatments are regarded as something like suicide to our bodies which are functioning with sophisticated mechanisms.

It goes without saying that they will bring about damages of genes and disorders of both brain and physical mechanisms. Of course, the incidence of onset of abnormality in cells and DNA genes will become higher because they are daily synthesized or duplicated.

More important problem is the bad influences on brain, known as the most electric organ in our bodies. The fundamental unit comprising the brain is neuron. For example, cerebral cortex of humans consists of approximately 14 billion neurons.

These neurons are comprised of neuronal cell body containing nucleus, a long axis cylinder process emitting information, and several dendritic processes which receive information. The terminal end of axis cylinder process is a little bit swollen where this process is bound with the neuronal cell body of another neuron via synapse as the interface point of contact. At the synapse, the information is transmitted to another neuronal cell body through receptors via the transmitter substance which is released from the end of the axis cylinder process, followed by induction of excitation on the cell membrane.

The induced faint electricity travels through axis cylinder process and is transferred to another neuron. Repetition of these processes is associated with performance of highly sophisticated nervous activities in cerebrum, together with immediate transmission of the information to every corner of our body. As stated above, under existence of faint electric signals, cerebrum performs extremely correct and sophisticated vital activities every moment. Accordingly, if persisting and big electricity is input and electromagnetic field is disturbed, significant disorder is induced.

It is easily anticipated that the person with such a disturbance would conduct abnormal behaviors and performances without his own recognition because serious abnormality occurs in his body.

In this connection, we wish to refer to the witness by a 46-year-old woman concerning her daughter suffering from short stature, as already introduced in Chapter II, Section 3.

Yoko, my daughter (tentative name) was 18 years old but she had no menstruation. Although we were so much concerned about it, menstruation occurred normally after dental treatment at this clinic.
She started her study at a computer business school in this April. We are very happy now.

Yoko was low in her height due to abnormality in growth hormone secretion from pituitary gland, thereby having no menstruation as the second sexual character of women. She had severe stiff shoulder and became worse when she sat in front of a favorite computer.

Based on recommendation of the mother, she received dental treatment. Of course, I could not imagine that menstruation would occur, indicating improvement of abnormality of pituitary gland functions. These clinically observed phenomena suggest the possibility that physiological abnormality induced by abnormal bites and implantation of incompatible metals affected pituitary gland which is located in the central part of brain.

Pituitary gland occurs as an organ measuring about soya bean which is covered by a small scalp called as sella turcica while it is attached to the end of nerve bundle called as hypothalamic area. This, a gland indicative of controlling other endocrine glands is well known to control body growth. Secondary sexual characteristic is also a work of pituitary gland; therefore, in case of inactivity of this action, the patient presents short statue.

Recent studies revealed that pituitary gland secreted a hormone, called as endorphin indicative of a brain narcotics which exerts sedative effects. It is pointed out that this endorphin contributes to the so-called running-high which brings about extreme happiness feeling associated with meditation, when we enjoy jogging over 20 minutes. It is also anticipated that pituitary gland is responsible for such a happy feeling via secretion of such hormones even under usual conditions. If any abnormality occurs in this pituitary gland, significant disorder might eventually manifest, resulting in loss of happy feeling.

On the contrary, normalization of electric bio-field by dental treatment, alleviation of internal stresses and elevation of the psychosomatic function including brain result in increase in secretion of various brain hormones and endorphin which causes happiness sensation; as the result, they could be easily secreted by slight stimulation.

For example, when our faces are washed with cold water in the morning or when our faces are blown with soft breeze in front of our entrance, we occasionally feel happiness whereby we really perceive utmost happiness sensation. The following witnesses confirm such a fact.

After completion of my dental treatment, I felt warm sensation a little bit upper part of my ankle and to my surprise, I had a pleasant feeling. In addition, when I wash my face with cold water, I perceive happy sensation. The most surprising change was a pleasure of tasting foods with repeated chewing of foods.

Before treatment, I had had severe low back pain while driving a car. I could not drive for a long time without stretching my trunk frequently in a driver’s seat. I have been teaching how to swim as a part-timer.

There is a motto of Zen Buddhism “What are you complaining about after being born naked?”. If we have any intolerable pains or disorders due to illness, we cannot understand this word at all. However, once we become healthy after dental treatment, or we regain real healthy conditions based on “Perception of no perception” in our psychosomatic conditions, we could partly understand significance of this Zen motto.

In our usual days, although we cannot recognize significance of this word because of the natural truth, at a special moment, we become ready to deeply appreciate the presence of naked existence. The spirit of no constraint occurs in our mind unexpectedly by an opportunity to note “I am living now and I can exist here”, whereby a mind “I wish to pore all of my life to this occasion” is matured.

Under these steps, we might really feel significance of this Zen motto.

It is postulated that we can spend equally happy lives in this limited world if we reach this way of thinking. For attaining such a mind, it is required to recognize existence of “Hazo”, thereby achieving real healthy conditions.
