Job Summary: 
The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for the procurement of the best materials at the lowest possible price. In this role, you will evaluate existing and potential supply base for lowest total cost, highest quality and superior performance and drive cost reductions to the bottom line. You must be a strategic thinker, a motivator, and an individual capable of managing complex tasks independently. 

Essential Functions: 
? Identify quality suppliers based on multiple criteria (price, quality, service support, availability, reliability, selection, etc.). 
? Negotiate prices and purchases of all materials and services at competitive cost and service 
? Evaluate the entire supply base, existing and potential, to secure most competitive total cost, quality and operational performance. 
? Measure and report supplier performance based upon operation-s key metrics. 
? Manage all activities related to sourcing, purchasing and supplier management. 
? Recognize and anticipate varying trends and market movements to secure competitive advantage and/or avoid financial risk for the corporation. 
? Formulate and document complex policies and procedures on his/her own initiative with extensive overlap into other functional areas. 
? Interface successfully with the company-s various business units and departments to insure timely and effective project implementation. 
? Coordinate annual negotiations and contracts with external vendors to assure most effective prices. 
? Meet with vendors as required to insure quality standards and to achieve acceptable service levels while minimizing overall purchasing costs 
? Ensure compliance with SOX corporate directives. 
? Maintain/back-up the Company-s approved supplier list. 
? Support project teams through RFQ/RFPs and other project related activities with suppliers. 
? Coordinate supplier agreements

The Financial Analyst will participate in driving company-wide reporting needs including prioritization, collection, validation and presentation of cross-functional metrics with the ultimate mission of identifying game-changing opportunities. 

Essential Functions: 
1. Create and communicate a clear reporting prioritization process 
2. Lead cross-functional team empowered to improve current data collection methods. 
3. Assist managers in crafting clarity around their data requests in order to properly communicate needs to data team and avoid duplicate tickets. 
4. Serve as an expert interface between IT and its clients to accurately represent the system-s capabilities. 
5. Assist with the preparation of operating budgets, expenses and forecasts. 
6. Assist in the creation of presentation, data flow diagrams, tool analysis and process flow diagrams 
7. Conduct a variety of complex strategic analyses for existing and new business, product or joint ventures 
8. Develop new market initiatives, assess new markets and analyse business opportunities keeping management informed of new developments that may impact business environment. 
9. Conduct financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new business opportunities 
10. Develop detailed financial models (including DCFs, LBOs and accretion/dilution) for potential transactions 
11. Coordinate and implement due diligence for potential transactions 
12. Prepare materials for senior management prior to meetings with Board.
