The Lead Systems Administrator will report to the IT Manager and owns the management and support of all corporate systems and security. The ideal candidate has a strong Windows Server administration background and proven experience in proactively analyzing and resolving software and hardware problems in an extremely faced-paced enterprise environment. 

Essential Functions: 
� Administer and manage high-availability application servers and file system security controls 
� Perform Systems Management, Patch Management, Software Distribution, Remote Access and Security functions and contribute to the ongoing improvement of these systems and processes 
� Be able to estimate, plan, and organize tasks associated with the role with minimal assistance 
� Administer and manage corporate Exchange 2007 environment and corporate EMC SAN environments 
� Have effective communication and presentation skills for interacting with peers and management 
� Create, follow and maintain documentation and standards 
� Review, analyze, diagnose, and resolve trouble issues, perform scheduled work, and perform proactive maintenance. 
� Monitor and report system performance and other network administrative tasks (i.e. disk space management, patch management, etc), and take corrective action as necessary. 
� Participate in on call rotation 

Must Haves: 
� 6-8 years Windows Server administration, managing a mixed Windows 200+ node network 
� 6-8 Years Exchange experience with administering an Exchange 2007 environment 
� 6-8 years Proven ability to administer and maintain a Windows 2003/07 environment 
� Experience with Clustering Services 
� Detailed knowledge of Active Directory within a multiple Domain environment, DNS, DHCP 
� Microsoft SMS/SCCM, SCOM, MOM, SharePoint administration 
� Thorough understanding of DHCP, DNS, Internet, TCP/IP, and routing concepts. 
� Experience in the deployment of monitoring systems, such as DELL Open Manage, Microsoft MOM/SCOM ]]></description>
