A dominant view is that a Christian is a person who does good works and that these good works merit eternal life. This view is sometimes drawn from the parable of the &#8220;Good Samaritan.&#8221; In this talk we look at this view to see if it stands up to biblical scrutiny and address the issue of what Jesus is <em>really</em> teaching in this parable. It may surprise you.</p>
