Jason and the boys have been wanting a family pet...a dog....for months, maybe even years. I finally started to give in, but only with specific conditions: 1, we adopt, 2 it's a girl, 3 she is small (20 lbs MAX)....well meet Buster! HE...yes I lost that condition, the Rottweiler/Pitbull, who will be about 50-60lbs...yep, lost that one too, but we did adopt him from the Escondido Humane Society.

Back in February of last year (2010) we volunteered for Disney's Give a Day, Get a Day and each received entrance tickets to Disneyland. We waited to use them until they had all their holiday stuff up, it was amazing...minus how crowded is was. my prince ♥ Brady was in there, somewhere? Waiting to see Captain EO! Its a Small World after all....too bad the line was over an hour long, so we

They had the best Santa set up for the kids. Free games, nerf challenges, remote control truck races, wii fishing, lets

Many trips to the beach, balboa park, backyard camp-outs, lots of marshmallow roasting, swimming, Lake Hodges boat rides, even went up to Lake Elsinore for some swimming a wakeboarding! So after and great summer full of really doing nothing but

On Valentine's day we finally let the boys ride the ramps at the skate park where I play indoor soccer and with in 5 minutes Kaden managed to go down a ramp not meant for bikes and crash breaking not one, but both arms right at the wrist joint. The first week was treacherous! Poor baby was in so much pain, and could not do anything himself. When we went to get his casts on at Children's that

We've had a fun filled December this far!Kaden was awarded for math at his flag salute earlier this month. He was SO excited to earn his eagle charm. Kohl's Kindergarten class put on a great performance full of fun Christmas songs. Kohl practiced all week, singing everywhere! His favorite is Jingle Bell Rock and Feliz Navidad. Right after Kohl's show, I headed off to Kaden class party.

So last year, I loved getting everyone's feedback on which picture to pick. It is always easy to narrow it down, but choosing just one is SO hard! The poll is on the right, let me know which one you think is best. Thanks!(you can click on a pic to make it bigger)Picture 1:Picture 2:

I love this time of year, but in all honesty, I think I just like it when the seasons first change over, something refreshing about any new season and what it brings. But Fall is amazing. I love the feel in the air and the hint that the holidays are coming. Starting to want to curl up on the couch with a blanket and drink hot chocolate or tea, and yes, crazy me, I even love the Santa Annas...

Jason&Linzehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17523836373523339901noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2807674217486313976.post-57493311674385576582009-10-27T10:24:00.000-07:002009-10-27T10:34:04.120-07:00

We had a great summer, full of lots of beach trips, fun family vacations and hanging out with friends! Fall started off with Kaden and Kohl starting school together. Kaden is now a first grader and Kohl is a kindergartner. Both boys are also playing soccer and having a blast with it! Halloween is right around the corner and the boys are sooo excited for pumpkin carving and trick-or-treating.

Today Kaden graduated or "slid" into First Grade! They have a cute little performance where they sing us some songs, we read their memory books, which are a compilation of all their work through out the year and then the big diploma ceremony! They take the kids out to the play ground and one-by-one, they announce them and they get to "slide" into first grade. My handsome 1st Grader!!!!Kaden
