Welcome 2024. I am going to try to be more consistent this year. Try being the key word. We have some exciting things coming up this winter. I wanted to pop in quick since I’ve been MIA recently. The fall is my busiest time of year and it takes me some time to recover. Did I mention that I also have two kids with December birthdays? Winter is a great time for studio sessions as a CT newborn and pet photographer.

Basic Photography Classes

Basic photography classes are back for 2024! These often run in the winter months, so if you are interested, now is the time to sign up! These photography classes are for anyone that wants to learn to take better pictures, no matter the genre! Past students have been interested in landscape photos, sports, kids, pets, and more! With these small group classes, I am able to cater to the subject you are most interested in. The basics apply to all aspects of photography and using your camera. I hope to see you there!

Pet Photography

Last year I introduced pet photography as one of my offerings. I have been having so much fun with dogs! These are great to capture the first year of your puppy, or just to get some professional photos of your best friend!

We have Mini Dogs that are a monthly mini session and each month is a new color backdrop!

CT Newborn Photographer

As always, newborn sessions are offered year round. Reach out during your pregnancy to get your newborn session scheduled.

CT Spring Mini Sessions

In addition to being a CT newborn and pet photographer, I also offer family sessions during the warmer months. Stay tuned for information on spring mini sessions that will be released in February!

Newtown Baby Photography

I love doing baby photography or otherwise known as milestone session. These are quick sessions to get some updated photos of your baby during their first year. They change so much from rolling over, to sitting, and eventually standing and walking. It always amazes me of all the changes during the first year of life.

OK, I love grumpy baby photography. They just pull at my emotions and if I get any, I do include them in the gallery. I think mom feels the same way, because she picked this one!

Milestone Session CT

Milestone sessions are great for babies 3 months – 11 months, as well as sessions for Baptism portraits and First Communion portraits. Milestone baby photography sessions are done at our Newtown CT residential studio.

Newtown CT Newborn

I am so lucky to be able to call newborn photography my speciality. It puts my love of photography and love of newborns into one amazing career. It was never anything I dreamed about. I thought I was going to be a teacher, or in the corporate world. Two totally different things, I know. I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up for a long time. Photography kind of fell in my lap and I’m so glad it did! My Newtown CT newborn studio has everything you need for your little one!

CT Newborn Photographer

The recommended time to book your newborn photo session is during your pregnancy. I take a limited number of sessions a month so pre-booking will guarantee availability. Now booking 2024 due dates! Sessions take place 6 – 16 days after birth so it is best to book early and get penciled in. The actual date of the session will be scheduled once your little one arrives.

While the studio is all set up, you can relax while your precious baby is taken care of. I will change diapers, soothe your baby to sleep while I gently pose them.
