<p>I start to get antsy when my dehydrator has been sitting idle for too long. And so today, it is time to whip up a new batch of my famous cheesy kale chips. I hope you enjoy my version of this amazingly satisfying and delicious snack food.</p>

<p align="center">CHEESY KALE CHIPS</p>
<p>Ingredients for 9 Dehydrator Trays</p>
<p>4 bunches of Whole Curly Kale Leaves</p>
<p>1 ½ cups of sunflower seeds</p>
<p>1 juiced lemon</p>
<p>1 cup of Nutritional Yeast</p>
<p>Approx ½ cup water</p>
<p>Red pepper</p>
<p>Onion</p>
<p>To taste: Sea Salt, Garlic Powder &amp; cayenne pepper, other spices &amp; herbs</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>1 – Remove Kale stems and cut into palm size pieces</p>
<p>2 – Place Sunflower seeds in a blender and grind the seeds, remove to a separate bowl.</p>
<p>3 – place the other ingredients (not the kale) in the blender and blend</p>
<p>4 – slowly add back in the ground sunflower seeds, add more water as needed until you have a smooth consistency. Spice to your liking. More Nutritional Yeast adds to the cheesy flavor.</p>
<p>5 – Massage a liberal amount of the mixture on both sides of the kale leaves and into the creases</p>
<p>6 – Place the kale chips on teflex sheets and dehydrate for 12 hours, then turn the leaves and dehydrate another 12. Add more time as needed for your region.</p>

Happy Wednesday!</p>
<p>Trying to think of a healthy lunch for work this week? Here is a fast and easy recipe that is way Yummi! I love vegetable nori rolls. They are so easy to make and so delicious to eat. In this video, you are shown how to roll them by hand and by using a bamboo sushi roller. I like my nori rolls tight, so I prefer to use the bamboo roller. Also, my salt of choice is Real Salt. It&#8217;s available at most health food stores. I usually add some kind of pate in my rolls as well. Usually something I whip up in the kitchen.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve included links below for bamboo sushi rollers as well as raw nori sheets. I included 3 types of nori so you can decide the quantity you&#8217;d like: 10, 50 or 100 pack. I tend to buy from Maine Coast Sea Vegetables (100 pack) because I make a lot of nori rolls.  I store the nori sheets in the fridge and they last forever!</p>
