Let's analyze the market for the day

The stock market in the last afew days has fallen drastically from its high. Today we are going to see what factors affected the market

US Bond rate: The US Bond rate has reached two years high. What does it mean now let's try to understand. A bond is one way of investment that most investors would like to do especially in the US and it is considered to be a safe investment. Now the market is at its high so expected from fall. So invested are in the mood of taking the money from Stocks to shifting the positions to Bonds. This is one of the reasons why we are seeing a big FII sell-off which could continue for a few days.

Nifty is really facing a strong resistance near at 18000 So even yesterday on Expiry the Nifty only once it crossed that level but then after it has fallen significantly and being a weekend coming I am expected one more fall and then we could have a Budget rally.

Bank Nifty is doing a lot better than Nifty however the resistance is seen at 38200 to 38300 and downside I do not see much fall. I am expecting it could touch 37500 and could come today. But do not loose hope and when this happen to buy in small and hold till the end of this month expiry

Nifty Analysis for 21-09-2021

Hello friends, We are here to discuss the way the market is going to perform.

Nifty has fallen from his high and made a low today. Interestingly the low that we saw is the lowest of the recent times. Here many are confused about whether to hold their positions or to buy more or sell

Now the pattern looks like it is going to fall more. However, I feel like the fall is going to happen in the morning itself which is on OPening. So a 100 points to 150 points is expected to fall. So once the Nifty nears 17260 one can initiate a buy position on the Nifty with a strict stop loss at 17200.

The India Vix raised by 2 points. currently at 17.5 indicates more volatility so Nifty is going to have a much large range. Which is good for swing traders However the market will open with a gap down so I believe there is a good chance of buy at dips.

The target for tomorrow is to buy NIfty at 17260 with a stop loss at 17200

Now if you are interested in Stocks then focus on Heromotocop It is looking good at these levels

I am not expecting much fall from here so one can buy at 2875 with a stop loss at 2860.

The total number of equity shares being offered is up to 158,993,397 equity shares held by the above trust. With the stake sale progressing on Tuesday, the stock was bound to trend lower. Nevertheless, the stake sale also signals progress on resolving the key issues related to privatization, say analysts who also expect BPCL to distribute proceeds from the treasury sale as dividends.

Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi said that today there was a Big Block Deal that went through on BPCL. The company is going to sell 16 cr shares worth Rs 7000 cr via Block Deal. Treasury shares means the company that has its own shares, explains Singhvi. Generally, companies sell Treasury shares and try to avoid keeping them. So, while investors get the shares, the company gets cash, says Singhvi. BPCL share price today is Rs 444, down Rs 23 or 4.9%.

The key issue is, what will be the purpose of generating this much cash? Anil Singhvi said there is a big possibility that ahead of Divestment, BPCL may announce a big dividend from the cash generated via selling Treasury shares. The amount left after deducting tax from Rs 7000 cr will be used by the company to distribute dividend to BPCL shareholders.

Anil Singhvi recommends that investors should buy the shares when the Block Deal happens. Singhvi says it is a golden chase for investors who intend to invest in BPCL. Sellers are giving a good buy opportunity to investors. The floor price for the deal is Rs 435. Investors should buy BPCL for Dividend and Divestment.

This is for investors who will stay invested in the stock and reap benefits of Dividend and Divestment.

The share price of BPCL may fall below the floor price of the Block Deal and market risk will remain, the same as with any other stock, explained Singhvi.

The country’s second biggest state refiner Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL), which is one of the key divestment candidates of the government, launched a block deal on March 8 to sell up to 4 percent of its treasury shares worth Rs 3,700 crore, sources with the knowledge of the matter told CNBC Awaaz.

According to the term sheet of the deal, reviewed by CNBC Awaaz, BPCL has set a floor price of Rs 435 per share for the proposed transaction which is at a 7 percent discount to the closing price on March 8, 2021.

To be sure, around 9 percent of the equity shares of BPCL were created as treasury shares post the 2013 merger of the refiner with state-run Kochi Refinery. Two percent of those treasury shares were earmarked for the employees benefit trust, leaving behind a kitty of 7 percent shares.

“As of now, the block deal is for 4 percent of the shares, but based on market demand, the size may be hiked to 7 percent. The situation is fluid as of now," one of the individuals cited above told CNBC Awaaz.

“Most of the proceeds of the BPCL block deal are likely to be used for a special dividend for shareholders going ahead,” said a second individual.

“Citi, Kotak and ICICI Securities are the bankers to the block deal," the second individual added.

Both the individuals spoke to CNBC Awaaz on the condition of anonymity. BPCL and the bankers could not be contacted for immediate comment.

Recently, in a move considered as a first step towards its divestment, BPCL approved the sale of the firm's holding in the Numaligarh Refinery for Rs 9,878 crore.

The government plans to conclude the strategic sale of BPCL in the June quarter, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) Secretary Tuhin Kanta Pandey had said In February, 2021.

Three preliminary bids have been submitted for buying a controlling stake in BPCL. Back in November, mining-to-oil conglomerate Vedanta had confirmed putting in an expression of interest (EoI) for buying the government's 52.98 percent stake in BPCL. The other two bidders are said to be global funds, one of them being Apollo Global Management.

On the back of treasury stake, the BPCL has fallen 5% .. According to me the fall in today's market is the best time to invest in BPCL for a good return in a short span.

The levels of 430-440 are good levels to enter in the stock. Take this as an opportunity to invest for a target of Rs 500 for a short time..

So don't lose these levels and put ur capital and earn awesome returns.

Analysis of SBI results for the Second Quarter 2020

SBI: State of India, one of the leading Banks has declared it's quarter 2 results.

Let's try to understand how the bank performance and where can we see the price of the stock from here in the coming months.

SBI has shown a significant 52 percent year on year growth in standalone profit this quarter.

The factors that has contributed the stock to show very good returns are lower provision, tax cost, and high net interest income.

Comparing the profits with the last quarter of last year to this years last quarter, one could find a huge rise of Rs4574 comparing to last year quarter which stood at Rs 3012

Net Income Interest: The difference of Net income Earned to the Net income Expended. there is a Climb of around 14.6 percent growth in year on year basis

If we talk in value it is Rs 28181.5, the credit growth is at 6.02 percent year on year basis and Net Margin stood at 3.34 percent of the quarter.

When we talk depositaries, the deposit grew by 14.41 Year on Year basis with the current deposits raised nearly 9 percent, the saving deposit goes up by 16 percent again on year on year basis.

The above-mentioned figures or number clearly states an outstanding performance, Even the market expert failed to guess such an awesome number. In other words, it is exceeded the expectation.

The market is expecting the number to be around Rs28000 crores

"Bank has delivered a strong performance in Q2FY21 with all round improvement in profitability, capital adequacy and provision coverage ratio, including additional provision over minimum regulatory provisions required," said SBI.

If one would like to take or took at the drawback of the result would be the Non- Profit Assets. SBI confirmed that NPA still an area of concern to them.

Following the Supreme court order, the Bank has not declared any domestic loan lending

Expected the Gross NPA And Net NPA stands at around 6 and 3 respectfully

The fresh Slippage there is a slight drop is seen ..Comparing it to the past it stands at Rs2756 compare to Rs 3637reported in June 2020. While the Gross Slippage is seen as Rs3085 vs Rs3910 of the previous quarter.

Provision Coverage Ratio: 88.19 vs 86.3 comparing it to the previous year. The provision coverage ratio would be 85.25 percent if the bank had followed the IRAC norms," SBI said in its BSE filing.

The most part of this quarter went into COVID so let see how it performed, during this period more provision is added.. The pre-provision operating profit is boosted by the stake sale in SBI Life Insurance.

Currently, Dinesh Kumar Khara is newly appointed by RBI as the Managing Director.

The worries over NPA, delay in stressed accounts resolution and loan growth slowdown continued to weigh on the banking sector, especially PSU banks.

Let talk about the price movement in SBI, the stock would definitely fly hereon opening as the stock has performed or moved mostly in a sideway direction.

In the most of time the stock has shown resistance at Rs 200 if it crosses then 210-215 which is expected to be the price on opening.

The weightage of SBI in the Bank Nifty is around 11.15%.

From the chart, it is clearly seen that the stock is in a bound range between 170-201

So once it breaks 201 certainly another 10 points upmove can easily be seen , Since it, weightage is around 11% in Bank Nifty, so Bank Nifty should give at least 250-300 points upmove on opening

The stock is currently trading above 150SMA and it will be interesting to see whether it goes above 200 SMA which is at 211

Our opinion on the stock is to just stay away though the P/E ratio is looking good, results are good but the market is looking very Volatile and expected some correction in the entire global market towards which our market will also be seen contributing. So, for now, no trade or investment in SBI We will be thinking of buying in the bounce back.

US Election: Who will the Election determine the direction

If Trump Wins then the market will move sharply in an upwards direction

If Trump loses then sharp downfalls.

So if someone is new to trade then time to learn rather than taking any positions.

But if someone likes to take the risk then I would recommend buying one Call and One PUT. Because the market is going to move up or fall down in one direction significantly.

Hedging is the Best Tactic.

If we talk about the data FII is more on the downside and tomorrow is the expiry 

So if Trump wins a big short-covering would take place, if he loses then a  fall is expected The reason is that BankNifty is at the high so easily big falls around  600-800 points are quite easily can be accomplished.

Markets one of the leading company Reliance has announced its Q2 results. Reliance has got a huge weightage in Nifty 50 almost 14.9 percentage. So it will be interesting to see whether it supports the falling Nifty and helps in gaining the lost path of 12000 or else it too tremble here and makes the Nifty to see a new low Whatever it is it would be interesting to watch how the market is going to react to its results.

Ownership: Mukesh Ambani is the owner of the company

The company in Q2 has shown a great set of numbers, not only that it has out beaten the expectations of the market too. As everyone is aware that Reliance is a muti business entrepreneur.

So this time the results are largely driven by Telecom and Retail business. Just not these two the overall all the businesses have seen a great rebounce backed by the Domestic demand.

"We delivered strong overall operational and financial performance compared to the previous quarter with recovery in petrochemicals and retail segment and sustained growth in the digital services business," said Mukesh D. Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director, Reliance Industries."

In the Digital World, the company has performed outstandingly with substantial growth which took the financial numbers to a new high.

"Domestic demand has sharply recovered across our O2C business and is now near the pre-COVID level for most products. Retail business activity has normalized with strong growth in key consumption baskets as lockdowns ease across the country," the company's chairman said.

Let's have a took numbers: The consolidated profit stood at Rs 9567 where as the adjusted profit at Rs.8380. Whereas most of the market expert is expecting the number to be around Rs. 8200 around

There are a few jumps in the number like Consolidated Revenue of 27.3%, Consolidated quarterly net profits once again were back to above Rs 10,000 crore level. As per the expert, the main reason for the good results is because of higher price realizations in the O2C segment and very good growth in the digital space.

The revenue of the petrochemicals segment increased by 17.8 percent QoQ and Segment EBITDA increased by 34.6 percent QoQ to Rs 5,964 crore.

Even with the of GDP and the job report on the negative side The Reliance industry is able to provide more than 30000 new jobs in the last quarter.

RIL (standalone)

As per RIL's statement, revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 64,431 crore ($ 8.7 billion), up 23.3 percent sequentially.

EBITDA before exceptional item for the quarter was Rs 11,811 crore ($ 1.6 billion), higher by 4 percent, the company said.

Net profit before exceptional item for the quarter was Rs 6,546 crore ($ 887 million), higher by 34.3 percent.

Cash profit before exceptional item for the quarter was Rs 7,201 crore ($ 976 million), higher by 31.6 percent.

Exports for the quarter grew 5.6 percent to Rs 34,501 crore ($ 4.7 billion), the company said.

Jio Platforms (consolidated)

As per the company's statement, revenue (value of services) for this segment, including access revenues for the quarter, was Rs 21,708 crore ($ 2.9 billion) higher by 7.1 percent sequentially.

Revenue from operations rose 7.2 percent QoQ to Rs 18,496 crore.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 7,971 crore ($ 1.1 billion), up 8.7 percent. EBITDA margin came at 43.1 percent, up from 42.5 percent QoQ.

Net profit for the quarter came at Rs 3,020 crore ($ 409 million), registering a growth of 19.8 percent.

The total customer base as of September 30, 2020, was 40.56 crore, up 1.8 percent.

The company is the first telecom operator globally, outside China, to cross 40 crore subscribers in a single country market.

Reliance Retail (consolidated)

Revenue (value of sales and services) for this segment for the quarter jumped 30 percent sequentially to Rs 41,100 crore ($ 5.6 billion).

Revenue from operations jumped 29.7 percent QoQ to Rs 36,566 crore.

EBITDA for the quarter came at Rs 2,006 crore ($272 million), up 85.9 percent. EBITDA margin came at 5.5 percent against 3.8 percent QoQ.

Net profit for the quarter stood Rs 973 crore ($132 million), registering a strong growth of 125.8 percent.

Cash profit for the quarter was Rs 1,408 crore ($ 191 million), showing strong growth of 77.3 percent.

The company has 11,931 operational physical stores. It did a net addition of 125 stores during the September quarter.

Lets talk about the stock's performance and is it good to buy the stock at these levels.???

In the year 2020 the stocket has rallied 35 percent. however from the lockdown to till the stock has taken a completly U turn from bottom to made a life time high of Rs.2369.35/share

Lets See how the chart of Reliance look's like:

The stock has fallen from Rs2300 to 2000 And currently trading above 150 SMA (1824)so based on the kind of results I am expecting the stock to give a good opening even in the last trading session too it bounces quite well.

The next resistance is expected at 2176 which is 50 days SMA.

According to me looking at the other factor and the US election and the trend the market is moving a strong profit booking can be seen at a higher level. So till the time, it doesn't move up the 50 SMA I prefer shorting the stock.

For investors, I would say to stay away as of now. With a high P/E value of 42 and a face value of 10, I am not totally convinced with the price. Stock and results are awesome but definitely not a good level to buy, One can keep under the watchlist when corrects say around Rs 2000 can think of adding to their profile .. Rs1600 is the best level but I do not think the stock would come to these levels soon. So have some patience and wait for a little correction before investing.

Dividend Announcement on VDL:

The director of VDL has approved an interim dividend of Rs.9 / share for the financial year of 2020-2021 amounting to Rs 3500 Crores.

As of now, the record date is set to be 31st of October 2020. Which means only those stocks holder will be eligible for the dividend who brought the stock before 31st of October 2020.

My advice to all the investors who are interested to buy the Stock for the dividend to buy before or by 28th Oct 2020.Because it takes 2 trading days for the stocks to show in the Demat account. So by end buying by 28th Oct, we can rest ensure that we would not miss the Dividend.

The Board of Directors informed about the interim dividend to everyone through a circular.

This is really good news coming from the BOD as the delisting matter does fell as expected so the disappointed Invested would definitely feel good with this news

A dividend of Rs 9 is definitely a whooping amount as many of us are holding a good number of shares.

Just for example if someone is holding 100 shares of VDL. They can easily earn up to Rs900.

They also confirmed that the delisting a kind of deemed failure, they also put forward some reason as follows:

"A large number of unconfirmed bids and some technical glitches in the tender process are likely to have contributed to the failure".

Currently, the price of the stock is trading at 104.75, still, with a week to go, I am expecting the stock to move a little.

Currently, the stock is trading above its 20 days SMA.

If one wants to look into history In the year 2015 Oct VDL announced a dividend in terms of the capital amount was again Rs3500 the Stock was trading at Rs.101 and the stock took some beating and went down up to Rs 68 before it went up to Rs.350 in Jan 2018.

The bottom line is that the market might take the price up however I expecting the price to come down again after 31 st Oct 20. Before it again catches the fire.

Hello Friend from today we will be posting our View on Index - Nifty50, and Bank Nifty

So guys, in recent times i.e in the last 11 days of the trading session. If one monitored the market, they will find that the Index has outperformed the market out of 11 trading sessions almost 9 times Nifty ended in the green.

One can see from the charts that the Nifty50 almost from 11700 went up to 12000 almost in one direction. i.e Uptrend

Then on Thursday, it fell significantly. Of course one can not deny that the fall was because of the retailers who were maintaining a bullish view. All of them sold PUTS and unfortunately when the market fell all of their positions are to be exited before 3:15 (because of expiry) because of it they put more pressure on the downside and left no chance of recovery.

If you look at the FII and DII chart one could understand that the Selling from FII and DII was not on the high side when we compare to the previous trading days.

That's the reason when all the long positions exited from the market and there are no new shot positions it was expected to move up. that's why our market went up yesterday.

Now coming to Monday's trade one can see yesterday the market though went up but Nifty in particular facing strong resistance at 11800

This means that the market is considered to be strong on the up move only after crossing 11800.

Bank Nifty

Now Bank Nifty Which is really beaten very badly due to Monetary Policy and other reason Even on Expiry the Bank Nifty has fallen nearly 1000 Points. The bottom line remains the same the long position was built-up, however when the entire world's market is down our which made our market to fall and the retailers who build the position here too have to exit because of expiry which contributed to the fall.

In the Bank Nifty, I will say that 23500 is a race line which means the Bank nifty can remain positive or be on the long side above 23500.

FII and DII

One could see with Yesterday's FII and DII data, Option buying took place since it is the first day it's hard to say which direction the movement would happen.Index and Stock Buying happened. The indication is good But let's see in detail a couple of other data points

We can selling happened in FII Index Futures and Buying in FII Index which means Hedging. One can think that FII selling Index Futures and doing Hedge by buying options. So clearly an indication for me is that one can some Resistance or selling at higher levels.

To conclude this post with my opinion is as follows:

Nifty: Weak below 11800

Bank Nifty: Strong as long as it is above 23500

So wait and see whether Nifty will bring the Bank Nifty down or it's Bank Nifty that's going pull the Nifty. Tomorrow's session is going to be very interesting.

Let's see who wins this tug of war.

Market Looks like taken a pause ar these levels 11760

Till the time Nifty is crossed 11800

one can be short, with a target of 11720.

So sell Nifty @11760  target of 11720

Remember long only once it crosses 11800.

Index: BankNifty

Likewise, BankNifty also looks weak below 23500

So one sell here as well for a target of 23200

Long-only after it breaks 23500
