      <title>Robbery Unit (#OPSRU) investigating a Montreal Rd. retail robbery   </title>
      <description>&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;On Monday May 6, 2013, at approximately 5:20 pm, two suspects entered a retail establishment situated along the 200 block of Montreal Rd.&amp;nbsp; One of the suspects engaged the employee in conversation while the second suspect smashed a glass display case with a metal bar.&amp;nbsp; That suspect then quickly stole a quantity of jewelry and fled the store.&amp;nbsp; When the first suspect’s exit from the store was impeded by the store employee, the employee was assaulted.&amp;nbsp; No injuries were sustained as a result of the robbery. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The suspects are described as follows:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1.White male, 30-35 years old, short brown hair, clean shaven, about 5'11" (180 cm) and 180 lbs, (82kg). He was wearing black sunglasses with thick frame and a bit of white at the top of the frames, a black t-shirt, with what appeared to be a red eagle or dragon on the front and back, dark pants, and white running shoes. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;2.       <title>Robbery Unit (#OPSRU) investigating a convenience store robbery </title>
      <description>&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is investigating an April robbery at a convenience store.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;On April 22, 2013, at approximately 12:55 am, a lone male entered a convenience store situated along the 500 block of Montreal Rd.&amp;nbsp; The suspect made repeated demands for cash.&amp;nbsp; The suspect fled the store with an undisclosed quantity of money and a small quantity of cigarettes.&amp;nbsp; There were no injuries and no weapon was seen.&amp;nbsp; The suspect fled to a smaller 4 door black sedan that had no front license plate.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The suspect is described as being a white male, 40-50 years old, short dark brown hair with a receding hair line, approximately 5’8”-6’0”,(173-183cm) medium build, clean shaven, no visible scars/tattoos.       <title>Robbery Unit (#OPSRU) investigating three bank robberies </title>

      <title>Robbery Unit (#OPSRU) investigating March 28 bank robbery in Barrhaven </title>
      <description>&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is seeking the public's assistance in a bank robbery investigation. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;On March 28, 2013, at approximately 10:50 am, a lone male entered a banking institution situated along the 3600 block of Standherd Drive in Barrhaven. The suspect made repeated demands to multiple bank employees. No weapon was seen. The suspect fled, with an undisclosed quantity of cash, to a waiting vehicle.       <title>Robbery Unit (#OPSRU) investigating bank robbery  </title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is investigating a recent bank robbery and is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the suspect.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;On Thursday, March 28, 2013, at approximately 12:00 pm, a lone male suspect entered a bank situated along the 400 block of Bank Street.&amp;nbsp; The suspect, armed with a handgun, made a demand for cash. The suspect fled with an undisclosed quantity of money to a waiting pick-up truck driven by a second suspect.&amp;nbsp; There were no injuries.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The suspect is described as being a Caucasian male, 5 feet 6 inches (168 cms) to 5 feet 8 inches (173 cms), bald or short cropped hair, 175 lbs (79 kgs), with a goatee and a tattoo on the right side of his neck.&amp;nbsp; He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black sunglasses and black gloves.       <title>Ottawa Police Robbery Unit (#OPSRU) investigating Jan. 4/2013 retail robberies </title>

One of the suspects was armed with a tire iron.       <title>Ottawa Police investigating a swarming </title>
      <description>&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a swarming and is seeking the public's assistance in the investigation. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;On November 10 2012, at approximately 2:00 am a lone male victim was accosted by a group of males aboard an OC Transpo bus. &amp;nbsp;The males began searching through the victim's property and threw items at him.       <title>Ottawa Police investigating a bank robbery  </title>
      <description>&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a bank robbery and is seeking the public's assistance in the investigation. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;On October 22, 2012, at approximately 2:28 pm, a lone male entered a bank situated along the 200 block of Main Street.       <title>Ottawa Police seeking taxi-robbery suspect</title>

      <title>Ottawa Police seeking public's assistance in jewelry store robbery </title>
      <description>&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect responsible for a jewelry store robbery. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;On July 26, 2012, at approximately 2:00 pm, a lone male entered a jewelry store situated along the 1900 block of St. Laurent Boulevard. The male initially posed as an interested customer but then suddenly made a more violent demand for jewelry. &amp;nbsp;The suspect smashed a jewelry display case but ultimately fled the store empty handed. &amp;nbsp;The suspect fled to a waiting vehicle with one or two other occupants. &amp;nbsp;The waiting vehicle was possibly a silver Honda Civic. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The suspect is described as being a black male, larger build, 6'1"(1,85 m), 22-25yrs, dark hair, clean shaven, wearing a grey hoodie.       <title>Ottawa Police seeking to identify suspect in Market robbery investigation    </title>
      <description>&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in relation to a swarming that occurred in the ByWard Market area.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;On May 13, 2012, at approximately 3:00am, a lone male victim was walking near King Edward Avenue/Clarence Street when he was approached by four males.&amp;nbsp; The suspects struck up a conversation with the victim, who was then punched in the face by one of the suspects.&amp;nbsp; The suspects then fled the scene with the victim’s wallet and some jewellery.&amp;nbsp; The victim suffered no injuries.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;On June 2, 2012 a suspect was arrested in the ByWard Market area after being found in possession of property taken during the robbery.&amp;nbsp; Daniel RHEAUME, age 39, of Ottawa, was charged with robbery and possession of stolen property.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;RHEAUME is in custody and will appear in court on June 28, 2012.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Today, the Robbery Unit is releasing images of another suspect believed to have been in possession of other property taken during the course of the robbery (see attached image).
