Frank Yang, One Crazy Mofo

For those of you who don’t know who Frank Yang is, he is a crazy Asian guy who works out and pushes himself to the max. He is only ~160 pounds but has the strength of someone much heavier, plus he is very fast. His vertical jump is 40″, which puts those of most NBA players to shame. The video speaks for itself.

Here’s one kid who is really as good as they say he is at the guitar. He appears to be younger than 10 years old, yet look at how freakin’ good he is at playing. Most guitarists couldn’t even get this good with a lifetime of experience. And his skill level rivals some of the top players of today. Plus the songs he plays are just badass too.

It is an undeniable fact that Will Smith is probably one of the most successful individuals in our society today. His work spans everything from music to acting. Most wouldn’t have guessed that the “Fresh Prince” of the 80’s and 90’s would blow up to be one of the biggest figures in media. I particularly liked his recent movies “I am Legend” and “Seven Pounds”. Well here is one of his music videos from last year, about one of my favorite cities to be, Miami!

From professional wrestler to UFC Cagefigher, there is no doubt that Brock Lesnar is one of the scariest men to have entered the professional fighting scene. The man is freakishly strong, and he looks like he could take on a bear on his own. Here, he lifts 350 pound Mark Henry into the air and performs his signature “F5″ move on him. I don’t care if it’s all choreographed, to be able to do that you need the strength of an ox (or two)!
