<p>One of the few things I&#8217;ve learned about blogging is to watch the news items showing up in my dashboard.  Those little, ever changing grey boxes really are fairly awesome for highlighting new themes and other amazing plugins, but they also give you some serious insight into how blogging actually WORKS.</p>
<p>One of their newer articles covers &#8216;Digg saturation&#8217;.  Basically, they say that if you&#8217;ve got lots of Diggs, Google &#8216;loves&#8217; you more.  Which makes a fair amount of sense.  Digg is one of the social bookmarking success stories of the internet, and if people are voting for others on there - there&#8217;s got to be something in it, right?</p>
<p>Google, by admission, puts more &#8216;weight&#8217; on sites with more incoming links - and it appears it treats each vote on Digg as either part of a whole incoming link, or a complete incoming link.  While I can&#8217;t specify HOW exactly they&#8217;ve weighted their formula, I can say, for the moment, sites with lots of Diggs do really well on Google&#8217;s index.</p>

I&#8217;ve been invited to write for you guys, so I thought I&#8217;d say &#8216;HIYA!&#8217; and introduce myself.</p>
<p>My name is Kai, or D Kai Wilson, or Kaiberie, or most commonly, &#8216;<a href="http://wp-wonderwoman.com">the Wordpress Wonderwoman</a>&#8216;.<br />
I&#8217;m a blogging coach, early adopter and love nothing more than helping people find the resources and means to move from any other blogging system to Wordpress.</p>
<p>The reason I recommend Wordpress is simply because its flexible, and has a lot of interesting, and easy to use &#8216;plugins&#8217;.  Its widely supported, and has a base of users, like me and you, that have designed themes for just about every occasion and need.</p>
<p>Mainly though, like many other gurus of blogging, I think Wordpress is the best thing since sliced bread because it solved every problem I had with blogging, with less work that it would have taken to fix even a tenth of by hand.  Not only that, but its made my life so much simpler, and whether I&#8217;m building a blog, or a website, I look at doing it with Wordpress.</p>

<p>When Gretchen Vogelzang and Paige Henunger decided to produce weekly broadcasts about parenting and related issues about 2 years ago, they created a site called mommycast.com.</p>
<p>There they posted a little thing called podcasts. <a href="http://www.henrygold.com/web_20/heres-a-summary-of-7-ways-to-increase-your-traffic-flow/">Podcasts</a>&nbsp;are audio recordings available for downloads to your home computer.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s amazing about this site is what happened. By the spring of 2006, their audience numbered more than 100,000, and they also had major corporations come aboard as sponsors.</p>
<p>At about the same time, a site called rightlook.com, began<br />producing Internet Radio shows, about how to operate auto<br />detailing businesses.</p>

<p>In today&#8217;s series, I would like to make it VERY CLEAR that <br />it is WAY TO EASY for any top-notch marketers to DESTROY <br />their competitors. </p>
<p>They do NOT have to yell at you.<br />They do NOT have to shout at you.<br />They do NOT have to accuse you of anything.</p>
<p>Instead, every action they take will EVENTUALLY leads up <br />to you going out of business. Not only this is simple to do,<br />this is EXACTLY what they are doing all the time. (HECK, <br />look into how the Internet Marketing is being DESTROYED?)</p>
<p>It LEFT all the so-called GURUS &#8220;DRY and EMPTY back in the<br />year 2006&#8243;. It made many gurus go back to their day jobs.<br />It made many marketers STRUGGLE with the realities of life.<br />What they did NOT realize was, they were ALL being DESTROYED<br />by a certain group of marketers.</p>
