I’ve known you my whole life, or a good portion of it, and it’s heart-wrenching for me to watch you defend and support a man who is an admitted, accused and convicted sexual predator.

When you tell me it’s not because you’re a racist or sexist, I want to remind you that I grew up in the same family and /or neighborhood as you did, and I’ve heard your jokes and the names you casually use to describe women and people of color.

When Christina Blasey Ford testified at the Supreme Court hearings regarding her assault by Brent Kavanaugh, millions of women knew she was telling the truth because many of us had similar experiences. There are the boys who assault, and those who stand on the sidelines watching and laughing.

When you look in the mirror you must ask yourself if you’re the kind of man who would step up and stop the abuse or stand on the sidelines and laugh.

Whether or not he is a sexual predator isn’t up for debate as there is plenty of evidence to support this conclusion, with most of it coming from his own lips. Here are a few examples.

He admitted on the access Hollywood tape that he sexually assaults women and gets away with it.

He lusts after his own daughter to such an extent that he is comfortable stating publicly that ‘if she wasn’t my daughter perhaps I’d be dating her.’ Dating implies intimacy. Think about that.

When asked during an interview what he and his daughter had in common the first word out of his mouth was ‘sex.’  If you have a daughter, ask yourself if this is a statement you would ever utter. Or if you had a friend that talked this way about his daughter, you wouldn’t think there was something terribly wrong with him.

While being interviewed on camera in 1992, a group of ten-year-old girls were riding up an escalator and he turned to the camera and said, ‘I’ll be dating them in ten years.’ He was forty-six years old at the time. How often do you look at a group of little girls and fantasize about dating them?

During an episode of the Howard Stern show, he bragged that because he owned the pageants, he would walk into the dressing rooms of Miss Teen America and Miss America while they were undressed and watch them rush to cover up. Once again, laughing at his own lechery.

There is plenty of video and photo evidence of him being close friends with Jeffrey Epstein, who is one of the most notorious sexual predators in history. The victims of Epstein assert that he was at the parties and part of the abuse going on there.

Two dozen women have accused him of sexual assault, and he’s been found liable in a court of law of the sexual assault of one of them.

The 2019 book All the President’s Women: Donald Trump and the Making of a Predator, alsosites accusations by dozens more women.

If you have an ounce of honesty in you, you will admit that if anyone else had this kind of obvious history of sexual predation you wouldn’t hire them to fix your toilet, let alone sit in the most powerful office in the world.

The fact that you can ignore that this man is a sexual predator tells me things about you I wish I didn’t know. It tells me that either you are a man who chooses to ignore the facts when they make you re-examine your beliefs and prejudices, or you’re a man who doesn’t think being a sexual predator is a serious offense.

It tells me that you are not someone who protects women, but someone who turns a blind eye when it’s inconvenient for you to see the truth.

It tells me your racism is stronger than your integrity.

It tells me that while you may not be someone who would sexually assault a woman, you are someone who would sit on the sidelines and do nothing.

Because that is exactly what you’re doing now.

If a man who sexually assaults women isn’t a dealbreaker for you, then you are not someone who is a safe space for women.

You may pound your chest with bravado and vehemently proclaim what you’d do to any man who assaults a woman you love, but your actions speak louder than words.

Your support of him tells the women in your life that you are not a protector, but an enabler. Your support of him tells the women around you that their sexual assault is a joke to you, and it tells the young men around you that it’s acceptable to assault women. At the very least it tells them that sexually assaulting women will have no consequences for them. Is that the legacy you want to create for yourself?

This is what I see when I look at you now. Not that I didn’t know you were racist and sexist before. I did, and I loved you in spite of it.

But I would have bet my life you would never be the kind of man who enthusiastically supports a blatant sexual predator, and I am heartbroken to be wrong.

Rich, white, powerful men made the laws we follow in this country, and they bend and break them at their leisure. They aren’t victims, they victimize. How a rich, white, powerful man who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and has never faced accountability for any of his actions has convinced so many that he is being victimized and needs them to defend him would be amusing if it didn’t have such dire consequences.  

 I will continue to love you and speak cordially to you during our encounters, and we will never speak of this.

But know that from now on in my heart I know you are not a man who would be a heroic protector of women, but a man who supports and encourages a man they need protection from.

Being a classic rock girl, I’ve never been a fan of her brand of music. However, I am a fan of women supporting each other as they do whatever the hell they want with their lives.

I started going to concerts as a teenager decades ago and it’s still one of my favorite things to do. Having a cocktail and the ‘warm smell of colitas’ while listening to my favorite band play live is absolute heaven for me. For those few hours I’m seventeen again, dancing and singing like life hasn’t had its way with me yet.

Most bands I see are decades from their heyday but still drawing crowds. The long-haired rock and rollers are now grandpas with respectable haircuts but still playing their hearts out and bringing joy to those in attendance.

However, it’s not only their looks that have changed. With few exceptions, most of them do a kind of talk-singing now, their voices no longer powered by youth.  They often sound a bit raspy and don’t always reach those notes that came so easy before time took its toll. Those in attendance couldn’t care less. We’re there to have a good time and listen to some of our favorite tunes and we never leave disappointed. The guys in these bands look and sound their age and nobody cares.

Certainly not the press. They never call them grandpas or say their time has passed. They may use some gentle language in their reporting regarding sound or appearance, but it’s never vicious. I don’t know if I’ve ever read any of them criticize what they’re wearing or say they’re too old to be performing.

That kind of reporting is reserved for female artists. Take note of how often the reporting on a female artist whose been around for awhile is reviewed not for her artistry, but for how her looks and voice have withstood the passing of time.

Mick jagger is eighty-two years old and the Rolling Stones are doing their final tour this year.  Alice Cooper is seventy-eight and touring in 2026. Bruce Springsteen is seventy-six and out on the road again. (Madonna is younger than all of them) I challenge you to find one article about any of them that mentions how old they look or sound or that these grandpas should hang it up. Instead, what you’ll read is respect and admiration for these icons of music, and the reverence that inspires.

The normalization of insulting and abusive language used on women in our media will only stop when we make the decision to stop contributing to it. When we stop buying the magazines and watching the shows that use criticism of women as entertainment.

Women make 80% of purchasing decisions in this world and the people in power got there and stay there because our money put them there. Every purchase we make, every website we support is either contributing to the continuation of our discrimination or taking a stand against the normalization of our abuse.

The next time you write a post or comment criticizing another woman’s looks or artistry, ask yourself what purpose you’re serving. Who programmed you to believe that criticizing other women is in any way appropriate behavior?

Then ask yourself if you’re ready to stop being part of the problem and now choose to be part of the solution.

The reason he posted the video was because he was shocked at the cruel, negative comments left on the brunch post by males. Why were these men saying such awful things about women they had never met? Women who were simply enjoying themselves? His curiosity prompted him to ask the women if this was something they’d experienced before. They told him that this kind of verbal abuse from men online was something to be expected and they were used to it.

Take that in for a minute. Women have grown accustomed to strange men online verbally abusing and insulting them, for no other reason except the fact that they were enjoying themselves.

Why do you suppose it is that a group of women filled with happiness caused such anger in men?

Could it be connected to the fact that as women remember their joy, they remember their power?

The patriarchy has used fear as a powerful tool to keep us in line. When we are fearful, we are at our weakest, so they’ve worked diligently to instill us with fear through our religions, societies and governments. When we’re living in fear, we’re also experiencing little joy in our lives.

When we are feeling joy, we are aligned with a very high and powerful vibration. When we’re having a hard laugh with friends it’s nearly impossible to feel weak or afraid.

There’s something about joy and laughter that seems to reset our whole system. It’s as if our body is shaking off the heavy energy of fear like a dog emerging from a lake.

So, it makes sense that men who adhere to patriarchal norms would watch a video of women filled with joy and feel threatened, because they are witnessing the end of their control. They may not be conscious of it, but deep down they know that the moment we collectively remember how powerful we are their dominance over us is finished. One of the best methods for us to remember how powerful we are is through joy. And if that joy is experienced with other women? Watch out.

It’s a challenge these days to find joy among all the orchestrated cruelty inflicted on us by this administration. It’s like riding in the backseat of the car as a child when your drunken dad was at the wheel. We’re filled with feelings of terror and uncertainty as to what’s going to happen next.

I do not make light of how impossible joy can seem during all this suffering and am not an advocate of ‘just focus on love and light’ and pretend it’s not happening.

What I am an advocate of is balance. Informing ourselves about current events as needed and volunteering, protesting, boycotting, etc. are all important.

But it’s imperative that we also make a conscious effort to create joy in our lives as often as we can. To make the choice to take breaks from the onslaught of insanity, and step back to center ourselves. To balance out the sorrow and tears with laughter and joy.

It’s through our joy that we will find our strength. It’s through our joy that we will remember who we really are, and when women remember who they really are the days of male dominance and control will be thrown on the ash heap of history.

And that is something to feel incredibly joyful about.

The kkk was having a rally in her hometown of Michigan, so Keisha attended the counter-protest that was being held across the road.

Suddenly, someone in her group yelled ‘there’s a klansman over here’ and the group zeroed in on a man in a confederate flag shirt, knocking  him to the ground while kicking and punching him.

Keisha reacted immediately by throwing her body on top of the klansman to protect him.

When asked about her actions Keisha replied, ‘I knew what it was like to be hurt. The many times that happened I wish someone would have stood up for me.’

The man never thanked Keisha, but months later she was in a coffee shop when his son recognized her and thanked her.

‘For the most part, people who hurt…they come from hurt,” she said. “it’s a cycle. Let’s say they had killed him or hurt him really bad. How does the son feel? Does he carry on the violence?’

Our country has been taken over by predators with hate in their hearts and they have unfortunately found a following in some of our fellow citizens. While opening our arms to them and just forgetting the horrors they’ve inflicted on us seems unreasonable, how can we move forward as a country without becoming hate-filled ourselves?

Now in her thirties, Keisha continues to be an advocate for finding ways to overcome our divides and gives us a suggestion, ‘the biggest thing you can do is just be kind to another human being’ she states. ‘it can come down to eye contact, or a smile. It doesn’t have to be a huge, monumental task.’

While forgiving and moving forward may still be in our future, just for today we can make the choice to spread a bit of kindness to those we come across. You never know how far-reaching that kindness will be.

The vast majority of us are shocked at the horrors being revealed in the files, but THEY aren’t shocked because these horrors aren’t an evil birthed in the modern age, but crimes that have been being perpetrated against them since our country’s inception. Crimes whose memories have been carried in their bloodlines from their ancestors, that for far too long have stayed hidden in the dark. Crimes that continue to this day.

Men using women and children’s bodies for their sexual pleasure and most deviant evil fantasies, including hunting human lives for sport, is not new. White men believing they can use and abuse women and children for their own sick crimes started centuries ago, when our forefathers decided the white man reigned supreme and had no conscience over what he did to people who he was taught to believe were not as human or valuable as him. We acknowledge white women were also participants and silent observers in these crimes.

White women need to find our inner strength and educate ourselves regarding the truth of the foundations and beliefs regarding our country’s history and stand with our black sisters and Native American sisters and tell them we see it now. We see it and they no longer have to carry the burden of rectifying this evil alone. We are your sisters who have awakened, and we will face these souless predators not just standing shoulder to shoulder with you but standing in front of you. Telling you that it took too long, but we see it now and you no longer carry this burden alone.

What if there’s a truth so powerful that for millennia those in control have been actively burying it? What if this truth is hidden deep in the souls of women, and it was ordained long ago that at this time in human history, when all seemed lost and there was nothing to cling to anymore, it was agreed that this was the time She would rise again, and we would be the midwives and the birthers of this new dawning?

Considering the revelations regarding Deepak Chopra being one of the predators in the files (Yes. Predator. When you tell a known and convicted pedophile to ‘bring your girls’, you are a predator) and knowing this is the first of many, I propose that moving forward women seek out only women as spiritual leaders and guides.

I say this because when women gather, we remember. We remember the truths of our divinity and power buried deep in our cellular memory. When we gather, we are gently nudging each other awake and whispering ‘remember, remember.’

All traditional religious teachings and much of the new age spirituality have a foundation of patriarchy, some hidden deeper than others. There is nothing new that’s been revealed for a long, long time. Just the same old male-dominant teachings wrapped in different packages.

We cannot move forward into the new while clinging to the old. We cannot boldly speak our truth while continuing to seek approval from the status quo. Our current belief system was built on the premise of male domination and control. Women are programmed to be supporters and helpers. Females are told they are not holy enough to serve in the highest capacities of their churches and religions. This is tradition and compliance, and it has nothing to do with who we really are and why we’re here. It’s propaganda with nefarious intention.

This is a pivotal point in our human journey. The energy of life is asking us if we will flow with it to a life aligned with the truth of our power and sovereignty, or if we’ll wrap the blanket of false security around us once again and go back to being good, obedient little girls who find their reward in being helpmates.

Those of us who have heard the call will face the fear and follow that call, unable to explain what is rising but more certain of it than anything we’ve ever known in our lives.

Our time of being led by men is ended. We are remembering that we hold the secrets to the origins of life. It is females that gestate, birth and sustain life. We are the gender that is made in the image of the Creator of all.

There is nothing more powerful than a group of women who have united in their remembrance of who they are and what they’re capable of, which is why those in power actively work to keep us fearful and divided. Our television programs are filled with weak women who are fighting each other over men and money. Reality shows are creating the reality they want us to believe in, one where women are divided and disempowered, spending their energy seeking out men, youth and beauty as if it is the holy grail, unaware that we carry the real holy grail within our own bodies. If they keep programming us with division and fear, they can keep us locked in the fever dream of women as second best, here to serve others.

We have been programmed with images of holy women that are soft-spoken, demure and compliant. That is intentional. We have never seen images of the Divine Feminine as the powerful warrior goddess She truly is, unafraid, empowered and righteously raging at those who wish to harm others and erase Her. 

I know there are many women who are comfortable in their assigned roles. I understand. All I ask is that you respect those of us who choose to step out of line and follow our wild paths and that you do not actively work with those who wish to get us back in line.

Honor the path of your sisters. Without judgment.

I have such a hard time when people in the (white) spiritual community say this had to happen. Did it? Or is that just how deep the programming that there must be suffering before reward has become? Was humanity destined to shift at this time? Yes. But did we have a choice of roads? I believe we did. We could have taken the road of the divine feminine, where there would have been the same result, but without all the unnecessary suffering. It would have been bumpy, but not brutal. The divine feminine would never require blood sacrifice, penance, or punishment before reward. Those are corrupted masculine teachings. The divine feminine knows how to shift through indescribable love, and offered it to us. But something got ahold of the white spiritual community and they all started backing the suffering/atonement/reward programming. If you don’t believe this shift could have been made with Her, through love and unity, than you must believe that love is not the most powerful force on earth. If you believe the only way to change is through suffering, that’s successful programming of the patriarchy. I often wonder if all the white people saying this was all destined and the people suffering and dying signed up for it would feel the same way if it was their children being kidnapped. Their families being torn apart, beaten and killed. It’s easy to say ‘they volunteered for this’ when you’ve got nothing on the line. I am so saddened by what I see as the white spiritual community’s failure to truly meet this moment. Black women knew. 92% of them knew. But we allowed ourselves to be brainwashed into believing this HAD to happen by so many spiritual leaders and programs and that is heartbreaking. They supported this, many voted for it, and now while others are suffering and dying from the choice others made, the people who made that choice are telling them to just focus on the positive? That feels insane to me. The new age spiritual community really needs to take a good long look at what they are putting out into the world and whether it’s truly sound or just regurgitated words that sound spiritual. Did we all allow ourselves to be programmed once again, just with flowing clothes and fluffy language? Start with the fact that one of the most popular voices, Deepak Chopra, is in the files repeatedly with very damning email communications, and then maybe we will all stop looking outside of ourselves for answers, and turn within. In my opinion, that’s what this time is about. Inner guidance and remembering our own inner connections. And stop looking to others to tell us what truth is. Because their truth very often has an agenda. I wish no harm on anyone, but I just can’t stay quiet about this anymore.

Politicians tell us we need to work harder and earn our keep, while giving themselves six figure starting salaries, unlimited and fully paid vacation and sick days, food stipends, pensions after five years, excellent healthcare…all paid for by us, the taxpayers. The ones they try and shame and label ‘freeloaders.’ Religious leaders tell us that suffering and sacrifice are holy, and ‘blessed are the poor’, while they live opulant lives of giant cathedrals, private planes, huge mansions, and public worship. Are we finally done playing this game that we didn’t make the rules for but leaves us on the losing end every time? This game of striving to survive and prosper while those in charge stack the decks in their favor? Are we finally ready to flip the board on this evil game and walk away, choosing instead to unite and take our power back? Like Dorothy, we’re all waking up to the realization that it’s we, the people, who have had the power all along. And now, at this glorious moment in humanity’s evolution, we are finally ready to use it. ‘Power to the people’ isn’t just a catchy phrase to use at protests. It’s the answer to all of it.

Here’s some questions I’d really like someone to answer.

If immigrants were taking all the jobs meant for Americans, why has this year seen the most layoffs and firings of Americans since Covid in 2020? Why have over 800,000 people lost their jobs this year? Unemployment has increased by 76% since 2024. In 2025 ICE started their raids/kidnappings and illegals began to disappear. So, if the immigrants were taking all the great American jobs and the immigrants are now being removed, why are Americans losing jobs instead of stepping into all those wonderful vacancies left by them?

Also, if our healthcare costs were so high because we were paying for illegals healthcare, why are our costs rising? Those millions of illegals who were gaming the system are now being removed from it, so why aren’t American’s insurance costs dropping? Why are they increasing if the problem causing the high costs have been removed?

And all those government programs the illegals were abusing that were keeping Americans from getting the help they need? All of those food and housing benefits that they were using to live the high life? Why are those programs now being decreased or eliminated? If the reason help was so difficult to come by was because the system was clogged with illegals, why aren’t Americans benefits increasing with their removal? Shouldn’t there be more for Americans now, not less?

What about the high cost of everything? Anyone who shops for groceries can clearly see the increase in prices with each trip to the store. They told us over and over that everything was rising in price because we had to make up for all the money we were spending on illegals being here. But they’re gone now, so why are prices still going up?

It’s almost as if illegals were never really the problem. It’s almost as if the people who benefit from keeping people hating each other want to make sure those people never look too closely at what the cause of their struggles could really be. It’s almost as if they want to make damn sure those people never unite, because if they do they know their reign is over and the gravy train ends.
