	&lt;p&gt;QUALIFICATIONS:&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Earned Master&amp;#8217;s degree (doctorate preferred) in Student Personnel Services (or related field) with a minimum of 8 years experience. Experience should be progressively more responsible and culminate in executive-level responsibility for a Student Affairs department or department(s). Must have knowledge of principles and theories of student development and the factors contributing to student learning and success. Excellent oral and written communication skills, supervisory skills, organizational and administrative skills, counseling and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage crises are all essential. Specific experience in personnel and fiscal management are required. This position requires a commitment to an on-call lifestyle and the ability to work with people who may have experienced trauma and tragedy as well as working with talented students and community leaders.&lt;/p&gt;

•	Have broad experience executing online marketing strategies across a variety of mediums &lt;br /&gt;
•	Be  responsible for day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, including keyword generation, ad copy writing, and manual bid placement&lt;br /&gt;
•	Understand &lt;span class="caps"&gt;SEO&lt;/span&gt; strategies, including keyword generation, placement, and landing page creation&lt;br /&gt;

•	Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks and projects from start to finish with minimal supervision&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Preferred Qualifications&lt;br /&gt;
•	Ability to run in-depth campaign analysis through analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and to make recommendations to improve goal conversions &lt;br /&gt;
•	Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn&lt;br /&gt;
•	Experience working within Microsoft Access &lt;br /&gt;
•	Basic Photoshop skills&lt;br /&gt;
•	Demonstrated ability to post blogs through Wordpress&lt;br /&gt;
•	Experience in higher education marketing focused on attracting online and adult students&lt;/p&gt;

Associate Director Position&lt;/p&gt;

Solve urgent and exploratory problems that arise in classroom instructional technology, such as &amp;#8220;How can I&amp;#8221;, &amp;#8220;Would it be possible&amp;#8221;, and &amp;#8220;I need&amp;#8221;.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;10%: Train teaching assistants (TAs) and instructors in the use of instructional technologies and coordinate technology implementation by the TAs.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;30%: Identify, develop, and manage promising new instructional technologies in consultation with staff and instructors and on your own. Examples include long distance and online learning strategies geared toward teaching chemistry; interactive homework, quizzes, guided inquiries, and surveys; interactive chat sessions; and animations and simulations. Independently develop content for these technologies in the areas of general and organic chemistry. Oversee efforts to systematize these technologies across diverse large and small size chemistry classes. Evaluate the success of these new technologies using rigorous methods.
