During the Interschutz 2015, Hilton introduced a new combined aerial rescue pumper. The new vehicle concept gained a lot of interest from international fire brigades. The vehicle is completely build according to EN 1777 and EN 1846 1‐3 standard. After 5 years of research and development, Hilton has succeeded to present a 32m aerial platform on a 4x2 chassis in combination with a pumper superstructure.

Delivery new Hilton 530T Aerial platform for the fire brigade of Antwerp

The fire brigade of Antwerp has taken the new 530T aerial platform into operation. The platform has been entirely developed and produced in Maastricht. With this it is the highest modern firefighting platform ever manufactured in the Benelux.

Hilton has delivered 3x new 320T aerial platforms to the fire department of the region middle and west Brabant in the Netherlands. These new aerial platforms will be operated by the fire brigade of Breda, Moerdijk and Oosterhout. The machines have been built on a Volvo 6x2 chassis with a Plastisol body and are equipped with the latest technology for aerial platforms.

Delivery of a 175K CARP to the fire brigade of Colombo (Sri Lanka)

Hilton recently delivered an additional 175K CARP unit to the fire brigade of Colombo in Sri Lanka. The CARP concept is a combined aerial rescue pumper. This type of multifunctional vehicle is an ideal solution for fire brigades with limited staff or for operation in rural areas without water hydrants. Besides the CARP concept offer a significant cost reduction through the combination of a conventional pumper with an aerial platform.

TV report about new Hilton Foam trucks

A documentation about the new Hilton foam trucks was recently broadcasted in the Dutch television program VRR TV. The new Hilton foam trucks combine the latest pump technology with an innovative CAN Bus control system which Hilton developed in cooperation with its strategic partner Bosch Rexroth. All functions of the vehicle can be controlled with one control unit which makes these vehicles extremely user friendly and efficient at the same time. The vehicles have a 9.000 ltr water tank, 3.000 ltr foam tank and CAFS system. This multifunctional concept makes them an ideal vehicle for airports, petrochemical industries as well as for the fire brigades of the big cities. The entire bodywork is made out of glass fibre reinforced polyester which is 100% corrosion free and doesn`t require any maintenance.

Hilton Engineering recently introduced its new 320T aerial platform model which sets new standards for fire fighting aerials. The first 2 units have been delivered to the firefighting brigade of Groningen in the Netherlands and 5 new platforms are currently in production and waiting to be delivered. The new 320T is a result of almost 30 years experience and continuous improvement of quality, reliability and user friendliness. Our R&D team collected customer feedback from fire fighting divisions all over the world in order to use their field experience to develop a new aerial platform which delivers unique performance and maximum reliability even in the most critical situations. The new features include

the largest cage on the market with up to 600kg cage load
extremely fast set-up times
2x55° cage rotation
a fully glass fiber reinforced superstructure which is 100% corrosion-free
light weight superstructure for 2 axles chassis of 18 tonnes,
high stability and operational up to 8 Bft
extra large working reach (24,5m with 400kg cage load)
maximum water flows up to 7000 ltr/min
up to 34m working height (with telescopic jib)
