Sneaker Thief Remix Freebie

Me&You aka TM Juke and Robert Luis have picked up a lot of support and plenty of DJ gigs since the release of their ‘Floating Heavy’ album. The artwork of the album was also recently voted amongst the Top 20 album covers of 2007 by Art Vinyl

One of the tracks Me&You have been hammering in their DJ sets and getting a lot of feedback for has been for Hint’s amazing remix of ‘Sneaker Thief’. I attended the mastering and cut of my new EP today. 5 tracks, 2 of which are collaborations with vocalists. That’s an action shot of the A-side being cut up there ^^^^.

On a purely nerdy technical level, I was extremely pleased with the way it sounded, and I’m starting to feel like all that time spent reading about and practising the art of audio engineering is paying off.

This is untouchable. I was listening to it on repeat, in headphones, at 4AM this morning, outside in the cold English drizzle. I found it hard to sleep before I listened to it. Found it hard to sleep after I listened to it. Makes you wonder….
