Main duties:

- Act as a point of technical escalation and resolution related to technical failures and decisions.

- Determine and provide a necessary level of technical documentation or logs during troubleshooting of issue and requirements gathering for projects.

- Managing and understand the product lifecycle.

- Assisting with scoping and identifying project deliverables and the creation of project specific documentation such as functional specifications, technical specifications etc.

- Proactively work with the team to monitor logs and system performance daily.

- Communicate critical errors promptly.

- Lead adherence to requirements at the technical level.

- Lead adherence to Business requirements at the technical level.

- Qualify and provide definition to technical strategy by performing evaluations and assessments on proposed solutions.

- Create test plans and ensure that issues are properly assigned, fixed, and regressed.
