      This position will be a core member of sales leadership team, set goals and activity expectations, determine strategies to reach goals, ensure metrix exist for measurement, and own results.&amp;nbsp; This position will actively engage with Individual Leadership Team in setting product pricing, benefit design and policies.&amp;nbsp; This position will direct and lead the Agent and RSM Sales Support call center.&amp;nbsp; This position requires communication will all areas of the organization and strong focus on service excellence, constant monitoring of call metrics with correction as needed.&amp;nbsp; Strong background in sales technology in order to build differentiation within field sales team by ensuring each associate builds a robust understanding of technology tools, online marketing, online lead gen at a level of expertise that will provide added value to the independent agent.&amp;nbsp;

    &lt;li&gt;
      Act as core member of sales leadership team.&amp;nbsp; Work collaboratively within team to set goals, determine strategies to reach goals, ensure metrix exist for measurement, and own results.&amp;nbsp; 
    &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;
      Build strong hiring skills within the team via active engagement in the hiring and training process.&amp;nbsp; Build metrix and internal processes to drive quick success or rapid mitigation of loss associated with low producers.&amp;nbsp; Ensure team has tools and training to succeed. 
    &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;
      Responsible for consistent monitoring of competitive environment to ensure that captive teams are effectively placed geographically and are appropriately staffed and when appropriate, champion effort to expand Captive agent model. 
    &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;
      Ensure that Captive model continues to add value via incremental sales contribution via grass roots marketing and community engagement.&amp;nbsp; Set expectations and guidelines for self generated leads and referrals and actively manage to the policy.&amp;nbsp; Work closely with Marketing to ensure company sponsored lead gen is meeting the needs of the captive sales force. 
    &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;
      Drive profitable membership growth through management of leads (particularly company provided leads), close oversight on captive sales results, and active intervention to course correct.&amp;nbsp; Align incentives toward high LTV membership growth. Work collaboratively across business units in partnering with Senior and group on potential sales opportunities.
