The biggest improvements you can make on the bike aren’t necessarily going to happen on the trail. This is 30 days of focused skill work, broken into one drill per day, designed to completely change how you ride. Whether you’re brand new to mountain biking or you’ve been at it for years, these are the fundamentals that make everything else easier.

The way this works: each day is a single skill, designed to build on the one before it. You can ride along day by day, or just pick the drills you want to work on. Either way, the goal isn’t perfection — it’s progress.
