The day after receiving her Oscar, Sandra appeared on Oprah just before heading out to Jesse’s burger shack to catch a bite with her husband. The two walked hand in hand and a day or two later, TMZ had footage of Jesse playing around with their dog inside of their workshop/garage. All very happy, normal family stuff. All of this and Sandy’s the stepmother to Jesse’s kid too! It’s not hard to see why that movie was not much of a stretch for Sandra. But what was a stretch for everyone was the idea that Jesse could be cheating on Sandra. Sadly, he was and now, rumors are rampant that Sandy has moved out of the house, and Jesse is begging for her forgiveness. Oh please. Step aside, loser. First, from the Vancouver Sun,

“Sandra Bullock moved out of the Southern California house she shares with husband Jesse James just days before a report of infidelity by James surfaced, People.com is reporting.

The news comes on the heels of a report by In Touch magazine, in which a tattoo model by the name of “Bombshell” McGee claims she had an eleven-month affair with James while Bullock was filming The Blind Side in 2009.

In the interview Michelle McGee says that she was told that James, the star of Monster Garage, and Bullock we no longer together: “I would never have hooked up with him if I thought he was a married man. He gave me the impression they were separated.”

Meanwhile, amid the allegations, Bullock – who won an Oscar this year for her role in The Blind Side – has cancelled her trip to London for the British premiere of the film. She released this statement:

“Due to unforeseen personal reasons a trip abroad to support The Blind Side has been deemed impossible at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued support of the film.”

This is a bad week for celebrity marriages! Especially those that we all thought were “pie in the sky” marriages. First Kate Winslet and now Sandra Bullock. Scumbag Jesse James is taking full responsibility (well, DUH!) and begging his wife for forgiveness. From People,

“The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded…This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”

So okay, I misspoke. He doesn’t take “full” responsibility at all. He claims that the stories are untrue but that he hopes his family can forgive him. And that the stories are unfounded, yet he’s sorry that they are so extremely saddened because of him. The two sides just aren’t matching up to me. Scum bucket! I wonder what Sandy will do. She’s so kick ass, you know she’s going to come out of this ten times stronger. But you never can tell what people are going to do in this situation. It doesn’t sound like she’s in much of a mood to forgive though. And who can blame her?

During filming and afterwards, as Kate was scooping up awards for the performance, both Kate and Sam spoke about how it wasn’t weird at all to work with each other and that doing the love scenes was “completely professional” even though Leo himself said that he fully expected Sam to come over and sock him during those bits. But it turns out that this may be a case where life imitates art as the plot line for the movie was about a couple who were in a rut in their marriage and desperately trying to find a way to fix it.

Now though, Kate and Sam have separated and it looks like there’s no way out of the rut for them. And even though Kate called him “babe” when she accepted her Golden Globe for the performance, and told him that no one else would have been able to get that performance out of her, it’s said that the two were having trouble even while filming the movie. No wonder Leo thought Sam was gonna beat on him just a little bit! From People,

“As news broke of Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes’s amicable split Monday, the couple was thousands of miles apart.

The distance underscored what the pair said Monday through their lawyers – “that they separated earlier this year.” The Oscar-winning actress was with friends and her children in Mexico (where the U.K newspaper The Sun pictured her recreating the arms-out Titanic pose on an inflatable dinghy). Mendes, 44, was reportedly with friends in New England.

They were seen in public together at the Wimbledon tennis tournament in the summer of 2009. Then last week, he was back in England visiting the National Theatre where he was in the audience of London Assurance, a source confirms.

Winslet was noticeably solo at this year’s series of award ceremonies, including the BAFTAs in London and the Oscars in L.A. Her red carpet appearances were in stark contrast to the previous award season when the couple was ubiquitous on the red carpets and, she, on the winners’ podiums.

In fact, during her 2009 Golden Globe victory best actress for her role in Mendes’s Revolutionary Road, Winslet called him “babe,” and enthusiastically thanked him. She said at the time, “[I] loved every second of working with you and it’s made me love you more.”

Apparently not. It really is sad that these two weren’t able to make it. The two have one son together, Joe Alfie Winslet Mendes, who is 6 and Kate has a daughter, Mia, who is 9 and from her first marriage. Kate and Sam got married in 2003 and US is reporting their split as being “amicable and mutual” and that there is no animosity, just two work schedules that don’t seem to work together. I’m not buying it! If you really want to make your marriage work, you can overcome scheduling problems.

I am sorry to see that these two are getting divorced but, I can’t help but think, does this mean that Leo is going to dump Bar for Kate? Nothing against Bar Rafeali, but I really would love to see that. The two just make such a cute couple! By the way, this pic of Kate was taken yesterday while she vacationed in Mexico after officially announcing the split. Kids or no kids, failed marriages or not, Kate Winslet is still a hottie, no question!

Charlie Sheen

“Charlie Sheen will plead not guilty today in Aspen — weather permitting — to felony menacing and two misdemeanors, but the judge could ask a question that could land Charlie in jail.

Charlie is currently out on bail for the Christmas Day incident involving his wife, Brooke Mueller. One of the conditions of bail — Charlie can’t consume alcohol or use drugs.

Our sources say Charlie has fallen off the wagon since his arrest … which is why he’s currently in rehab. If the judge asks Charlie about rehab during Monday’s arraignment and whether alcohol and/or drugs drove him there, Charlie is in a no-win situation.

If he tells the judge he consumed alcohol or used drugs, his bail can be revoked and he could be thrown in jail. If he tells the judge he did not use alcohol or drugs, he could face a perjury charge.

Technically, all Charlie has to do is say two words — not guilty. The judge isn’t required to ask about anything. But if he does … all bets are off.

Charlie is scheduled to fly out this AM from L.A. to Aspen. Flights were canceled last night because of weather.”

That’s one of the reasons why I love following TMZ so much. Because Harvey Levin, the managing editor of TMZ, is actually a lawyer so we get to find out tidbits like what Charlie will be legally required to say, and what the judge could ask him. It’s always good to have a professional with their ear to the ground, that can combine the Hollywood and legal spin of the situation for us. And, according to Harvey, Charlie can be in a bucketload of trouble that he won’t be able to talk his way out of.

“Most moms would have their hands full with young twins – but Jennifer can’t wait to add to her brood! Jennifer has visited Beverly Hills doctor Jay Goldberg, who deals with fertility issues, several times in the past month, and is considering turning to in-vitro fertilization to make her baby dreams come true.

“Jennifer insists she didn’t do IVF with the twins, even though a lot of people think she did,” a source reveals. “But now she’s having difficulty getting pregnant again.”

So the determined star – whose son Max and daughter Emme are two – has already had numerous blood tests and exams to see if IVF is right for her.

“She’s not going to give up,” the source adds. “Jennifer says she used to think that having two kids was enough. But she and Marc love being parents so much, they’re beyond ready to have more!”

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see on this one. But I bet my bottom dollar that if we do see Jenny with a mummy tummy anytime soon, that it took a little bit of modern medicine to get it there.

“After a year-long romance, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy have broken up, a rep has confirmed exclusively to PEOPLE.

No further details were available.

Though some in the blogosphere called them an unlikely couple, Kennedy and Hewitt regularly gushed over each other.

When Kennedy first confirmed the romance in March 2009, he told Ryan Seacrest during a radio interview, “I’m in love!” Describing his costar on Ghost Whisperer, Kennedy said: “It’s like, ‘Wow, you are hot. You can sing, you can dance, you’re like, so smart and, wow, you can cook pasta fagioli, too.’ ”

Hewitt called her beau “hilarious,” but praised him as more than just a funnyman. “There are people in your life who are just supportive and who just look at you and they see who you are,” Hewitt told Ellen DeGeneres last year. “And [Jamie] really saw who I was as a person more than anybody had ever done in my whole life. I think that’s for me when I sort of went, ‘Oh, wow.’ “

Hm, the last I saw, Jennifer Love and Jamie were both still big stars in their hit show. This could make for some awkward moments on the set! When these two first got together, I really thought that it was a rebound thing. But they seemed to really be into each other and even love each other. I also thought that Jennifer had dated down, so who knows? Maybe next time around she’ll find someone just as hot as she is.

I’ll start with his family because that’s what I’m most confused about. They have taken to Corey’s website to ask fans to help pay for the cost of transporting Corey’s body back to Canada, where he’s originally from, so that he can be buried there. Apparently, the cost of transport and the actual funeral are expenses that Corey’s family just can’t pay. So, they’re asking strangers. Now, I realize that funerals are expensive and I can’t even imagine how much it must cost to transport a body. But still, there’s something about this that just seems wrong to me. How much money did Corey Haim make in his lifetime? A lot I’m betting. Even though he did enjoy the height of his career 30-some years ago, he still had the show The Two Coreys (which for some reason, people seem to have liked.) And if he didn’t have any money left to leave to his family, that’s not really my fault and I don’t understand why myself, or people like me, are being asked to foot the bill. Maybe his family really just does need money to bury him but, it seems like a cash grab to me. If Corey Haim spent all of his money on prescription drugs, that’s not my problem and I’m not willing to pay for that drug addiction now that he’s gone. And that brings us to his drug addiction…

Of course, the world knows that Haim suffered from drug addiction most of his life. And it has been said that he died from a prescription drug overdose. But now it seems, he may have actually been part of a drug ring in L.A. and authorities are now looking into it. From Radar Online,

“An illegal prescription drug ring has been linked to the death of actor Corey Haim and is now under investigation by California State Attorney General Jerry Brown.

RadarOnline.com was first to report that Haim’s death was likely from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs. Now Brown has put out a press release linking Haim’s death to an “illegal and massive prescription-drug ring.”

An unauthorized prescription under Haim’s name was found during an ongoing investigation of fake prescription-drug pads from a vendor in San Diego, according to the press release.

The drug ring uses stolen identities from doctors to obtain prescription drugs pads, which the state says are then sold on the street. So far the investigation has uncovered approximately 5,000 fake prescriptions for Southern California.

Haim had a prescription drug addiction problem for years. And although some reports have said he was clean at the time of his death people close to him say he was not.

“Corey Haim’s death is yet another tragedy linked to the growing problem of prescription-drug abuse,” Attorney General Brown said. “This problem is increasingly linked to criminal organizations, like the illegal and massive prescription-drug ring under investigation. It’s a serious public health problem.”

I don’t disagree that it’s a big problem. Over the past year, we’ve seen far too many celebrities fall prey to prescription drugs. Michael Jackson, Brittany Murphy, and now, Corey Haim. And please let me be clear. I do think it’s sad when anyone’s life ends before they’ve even had the chance to turn 40. I just resent being asked to pay for that death, or the repercussions of it. The participants in the pageant were Jamie Jungers, Jaimee Grubbs, and Loredana Jolie. Rachel Uchitel, Tiger’s perhaps most well-known mistress was not allowed to compete in the competition because she had already signed a non-disclosure agreement with Tiger. Because it seems that Rachel was an actual relationship that Tiger had, and not just a one-night fling, I highly doubt that Rachel would have demeaned herself to take part anyways. But Jamie Jungers was crowned the winner of both the title of being the biggest whore, and $75,000. What’s so great about this story is that Jamie actually cried when Howard announced the winner. Oh, and she thanked God too. I don’t know, I highly doubt that God had anything to do with the pageant or with Tiger Woods’ affairs. Here are some tidbits from the pageant from Huffington Post,

“Jamie Jungers won the Tiger Woods Mistress Beauty Pageant on the “Howard Stern Show” this morning. The winning alleged mistress earned $75,000 for her championship performance, and listeners were treated to juicy tidbits from Jungers, Jaimee Grubbs and Loredana Jolie.

According to tweets from listeners and attendees, Jungers claimed that Woods was well endowed. “Tiger’s wood was nine inches,” she evidently said. Former Playboy model Loredana Jolie, meanwhile, claimed Woods was “bigger and better” than Michael Jordan.

Both Grubbs and Jungers said that Woods never used condoms when sleeping with them, which echoes previous reports. Jungers reiterated that she slept with Woods the night his father died.”

What a sad state this world has come to. Honestly, we’re holding beauty pageants for mistresses now? Because the entire concept of beauty pageants wasn’t bad enough, I suppose. Whatever, Jamie. Congratulations on your win. It’s always nice when you can sell your soul to the devil (or in this case, Howard Stern) in exchange for a few bucks.

According to Star magazine, Katie Holmes is being forced into pregnancy “against her will” by her loving husband, Tom Cruise. The rumors that Katie was pregnant again started with TMZ, who showed a picture of Katie standing in a store with a slightly billowy top on. They held up the picture, asked if she was pregnant, everyone in the room gave a resounding “NO!” and the story seemed to have been dropped. I guess it was at that point that Star jumped all over it and decided to take the story one step further by saying that she’s being forced into things like Scientology prenatal courses, and a detox that was pretty painful. Umm…just what exactly does Katie Holmes have to detox from exactly? Hollywood Dame has more on the story from Star,

“Katie Holmes is spending increasingly more time at the Scientology center reportedly undergoing Scientology ‘auditing,’ sparking rumors that she’s ‘being prepared’ for her second baby with nut-job husband Tom Cruise, this according to Star Magazine.

The gossip rag continues on to say that Katie spent four hours at the Hollywood Scientology Centre last week, and might be doing this because she’s getting “prepped” to have another child, with sources swearing that Holmes followed the exact same course of action right before getting pregnant with daughter Suri. According to a website run by the Church of Scientology, followers believe the “health and the sanity of the child begin long before birth.” Scientology auditing is used to restore self confidence, happiness and spiritual freedom and involves answering questions or following directions with the aim of being freed from unwanted barriers that inhibit natural ability.”

I don’t know if Katie is pregnant again or not. I’m thinking that it’s been slow in the news lately and she’s probably not. But I definitely don’t think that Tom Cruise is forcing her into anything against her will. I think Tom’s a kook and I think Katie’s a kook too but I think they’re kooks together. I think they are both honestly very happy in that relationship and that it’s probably a pretty equal marriage all around. I definitely don’t think Tom would subject her to treatments when she didn’t want to get them done. And if Katie really was at the Scientology Center, then she was probably there because she wanted to be.

This is too hysterical! I hope that I can keep my sides from splitting long enough to tell you about it! Miley Cyrus has recently sat down with Teen Vogue and her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, to talk about the movie they’re filming together, The Last Song. In the interview, Miley talks about many things. She touches on their relationship, and auditioning for the part but the best part absolutely has got to be when Miley says that she and Liam are “deeper than other people.”

Oh please. This is someone who’s biggest part has been playing a preteen with an identity crisis, and has been fed by a silver spoon for her entire life. Not to mention the fact that she’s not levelheaded enough to keep pictures of her in her panties out of the media, or those nasty ones of her making fun of Asians by purposely slanting her eyes. Oh yeah, anyone who thinks that’s funny truly knows the meaning of the word “deep.” You can read snippets of the interview and let us know if you think Miley and Liam are “deeper than normal people”, as Miley claims. Yeah, Miley Cyrus is soooo deep. Deeper than “normal people”, whatever the hell that means. Aren’t celebrities always talking about how they wish people would realize they’re just “normal people?” And then Miley goes and blows any progress they’ve made in one fell swoop. And she talks about how “deep” she is and then goes on to compare her life to American Idol. Oh yeah, real deep. Not only that but then she compares being on a movie set to having an office job! Like I said, oh please. Miley doesn’t have one deep bone in her body – well, except for maybe her vocal chords. Every time I hear that manly voice, a little shudder runs down my back. Now, that’s deep – but it’s about as close as Miley will get to it.

“In a case of life imitating art, Jenna Elfman has delivered a baby boy – just before her Accidentally on Purpose character Billie is due to give birth to her own child.

The actress and husband Bodhi Elfman welcomed a second son, Easton Quinn Monroe Elfman, at 7:53 a.m. Tuesday in Los Angeles, Jenna announced on Twitter Friday. Her rep confirms the birth to PEOPLE, adding that Easton weighed in at 7 lbs., 12 oz.

“He’s an impressive sleeper (thank god!) & I’m his biggest fan,” says the star’s tweet.

Bodhi also took to Twitter Friday writing, “Shazaam! Easton Quinn Monroe Elfman. Born March 2 @ 7:53AM. Triple Word Score, Grand Slam, Royal Flush! Digging this guy big time.”

Easton joins big brother Story Elias, 2 ½.

Jenna, 38, admits the pregnancy was planned around her show’s shooting schedule.

“It was like an afterthought perk. I thought, ‘Well, if the show gets picked up that could be cool. I can have my next kid and I won’t have to hide it.’ You know, I’m not in my early twenties so I got to get busy.”

The National Enquirer reported this past fall that Josh Duhamel was having an affair behind Fergie’s back. What?!?! I didn’t know about that! And the Enquirer is talking like this is something that really happened, and that they know to be fact. Doing a little digging, I found out that these allegations were made by a stripper. So who knows if the rumors are true, about Josh’s affair, or about this supposed baby bump. But, if both rumors are true, this affair is reportedly the reason they want to have a baby. So they can start fresh and make a new beginning. From National Enquirer,

Let’s remember that these two people just got married last year. And if you can’t stay faithful in your first year of marriage, then there’s bigger problems down the road. And who the hell actually thinks that having a baby to save a marriage is a good idea? I know lots of people do but it doesn’t work! If all of these rumors are true, and Josh and Fergie want to introduce a child into their dysfunctional relationship, then I feel sorry for that child.

It was one of the most heartfelt and genuine speeches I truly have ever heard. And I really thought that I was listening to someone talking about a love that’s so true, so rare, and so pure. But wait. The love that Mo’Nique and Sidney Hicks share may not be so pure or rare after all. In the Barbara Walters Oscars Special, which will air Sunday night after the Oscars, Barbara interviews Mo’Nique. In the interview, Mo’Nique talks about her marriage to Sidney and she reveals some pretty interesting things about it. Including how they have an open marriage because she doesn’t feel the need to be insecure about their relationship. From Celebrity Dirty Laundry,

It’s unclear whether or not Mo’Nique and Sidney actually have an open marriage, or whether she just wouldn’t kick him to the curb for having an affair – or 20 of them. If it’s the latter, I think she’s deluding herself into thinking she’d be more understanding than she really would be. Especially because she thinks she’d be okay with it if it happened 20 times. I’m sorry, what kind of woman is okay with being married to someone who can’t keep his hands off other people? I realize that you could forgive once, maybe twice. But anymore than that, and you’re entering Elin Nordegren territory – and at least she’s getting a big payout for staying.

And if it is true that Mo’Nique and Sidney actually do have an open marriage, I have to say I’ll be disappointed. I really was moved by that speech, and happy to know that not all Hollywood marriages seem to be doomed or tainted. I’d hate to have to lump these two in with the rest of em.

“Tanya Douglas was identified as the woman who claims she had contact and maintained a relationship with Bachelor Jake Pavelka, who is now engaged to wild party girl Vienna Girardi, even after the end of the popular ABC reality dating show.

Jake vehemently denied the shocking claims he had visited Tanya to profess his love for her and tell her the show and his relationship with the girls didn’t mean anything to him. Jake and Tanya had reportedly been dating until Jake decided to enter the Bachelorette with Jillian Harris to give a boost to his acting career.

“The relationship with [the woman] was prior to The Bachelor, it simply did not work out,” Jake says. “There was no overlap with that or any other relationship during the show. Tanya gave her first interview as an anonymous woman with distorted voice on Steve Kramer’s radio show “The Guy Kramer”. Apparently they checked Tanya’s story and she has compromising text messages and even pictures with Jake after the show finished filming. Jake, you bad boy!”

How can you not believe this story? Seriously, a man that goes onto a “reality” television show just to promote his acting career? Puh-leeze. And from the clips that I got from the show, it sort of seemed that Jake was trying to remake The Bachelor. Don’t get me wrong. It needs to be remade. They could start by taking away the guy, the girls, and all the faux-romance settings. But Jake tried to redo it by doing things like not handing out all the roses during rose ceremonies, and from the little that I saw, just really seemed to think that the show owed him something. And it’s because of that I believe this story is true, hands down. Sorry to say, Vienna, I think Tanya’s his girl and you were just a sad stepping stone to his blossoming “acting career.”

Sources tell TMZ Elin and the kids arrived at the home yesterday afternoon with a security team in tow — and this morning, the entire crew was still there.

Well Elin’s staying, but is Tiger? I only hope that she’s moving in only to kick his ass to the curb but, it looks like she’s going to try to tough it out. I’m really trying not to be judgmental on this one so, I’m going to leave it at that.

The latest news on Katy is in regards to her feelings on her new fiance, Russell Brand. While I have grown to love these two together, I have not grown to love Russell Brand just yet. And I certainly don’t feel the same way about him as Katy. In her latest quote, she has compared him to Elvis, Jim Morrison, Charles Manson and Jesus. Yes, Jesus. She also says that she needs to stay in bed because Russell’s too smart. Huh? The quote comes from Celebrity Dirty Laundry,

“He’s good for me, he’s the boss, he calls the shots. But I like that. I’ve been waiting for someone I couldn’t steamroll. His look is Jim Morrison meets Charles Manson meets Jesus meets a little bit of Elvis Presley. He’s a walking genius. Just standing next to him makes me smarter. Can you imagine the kind of responsibility I have with his reputation? I’m bedridden most of the week.”

I love that Katy seems so smitten by Russell. And I don’t even mind the fact that she talks about steamrolling guys. I mean, who hasn’t been there, right? But it’s the ‘responsibility’ part and the ‘bedridden’ part that I have trouble with. I’ve been around some pretty smart people. Probably people that are even smarter than Russell Brand. But, I haven’t felt the need to stay in bed for a week because of it.

And as for Russell’s reputation and Katy having to deal with the responsibility of that? I first heard of Russell Brand when he was rumored to be dating Britney Spears. Then I heard of him again when it was rumored that he was dating Katy Perry. So maybe Russell is the one who should be worried about the responsibility of standing next to Katy’s reputation. Ah Katy. You so crazy!

One reason for this is that Denise Richards aka. Notorious Liar, and Charlie’s ex-wife, is about to come forward for Charlie’s trial and testify that he threatened to have her killed and that he pushed and shoved her while she was holding their daughter. Before you get too sympathetic for Denise Richards, let me remind you that she has made no bones about the fact that she despises Charlie, despite recently saying on Oprah that she still loves him but isn’t “in love with him.” She also said on Oprah during that same interview that Charlie was never physically abusive, but that he was very emotionally abusive. That’s contradictory to what she’s preparing to say on the stand though. From Bump Shack,

According to the declaration, Charlie then pointed his finger at her and screamed, “I hope you f–king die, bitch.” Richards says as Charlie was walking out the front door he said “he was going to have me killed. He said you are f–king with the wrong guy.”

But words from scorned ex-lovers aren’t the only things stacking up against Charlie. There’s also now talk going around that there were drugs involved in Charlie and Brooke’s marriage. What?!! No!! Okay, the drug issue is no surprise to anyone, especially since Brooke is now attending rehab at home to kick crack. But, these drug sessions resulted in some pretty disgusting threesomes that were apparently something that Charlie and Brooke liked to do quite often when they were all cracked out. The problem with this, other than just being nauseating to think about, is that one of the women that the couple “shared their bed with” is willing to come forward about the drug use. And if drugs are introduced at your trial for beating women, it doesn’t spell good news. From Radar Online,

The first source would not reveal if the woman who is about to go public saw Sheen and Mueller do drugs. And the source would not say when or how the woman will tell her story but RadarOnline.com learned that it will happen within the next two weeks.

Sheen, who is facing prison if convicted on a felony and two misdemeanor charges in Colorado, will be under even more heat if the Colorado district attorney is able to introduce illegal drug use into the actor’s trial.”

And among all of this, Brooke is saying that she’ll stay with Charlie if he can clean himself up and stay sober. Now, isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black? Apparently, she feels as though she won’t be able to stay clean if he can’t either and wants to work on their marriage but feels this is the only way to do it. Well, duh! From Digital Spy,

“Brooke Mueller has reportedly said that she will only stay married to Charlie Sheen if he keeps sober.

According to TMZ, Mueller feels that the only way she can remain abstinent is if the Two and a Half Men star stays clean himself.

Sources close to Sheen have allegedly said that it is Mueller who is a bad influence on the actor and not the other way around.

“It’s Brooke’s craziness that is fuelling all of this,” explained one insider.”

Aren’t Brooke and Charlie exhausting? I’m tired just listening to them. Just like I was when it was Charlie and Denise Richards that were married! Oi. What it all boils down to is that Charlie Sheen really could be looking at doing some serious time. I know celebrities always manage to find a way out of it (read – money!) but this one is going to be hard to get out of. And it’s not like any of these are his first charges either.

And if he does get off, my prediction is that he and Brooke have about six more months of cracked out threesomes before eventually splitting up.

It was shortly after Terri and Simon broke up that Mezhgan Hussainy appeared on Idol as a makeup artist or hairstylist or ‘Simon’s new work friend’, or something. Now, a couple of years later and yes, the two are getting hitched. I bet hell hath no fury like Terri Seymour right now. From Radar Online,

“Marie Osmond’s son leaps 8 stories to his death.

Michael Blosil, 18 , Marie’s son, suffered from severe depression and left behind a suicide note expressing loneliness and despair on Friday.

Back in 2007, Blosil, then age 16, entered a rehab facility for treatment.

In a 2007 interview, brother Donny Osmond revealed that Michael suffered from ongoing problems. “Marie has been dealing with this for a very long time. Unfortunately, he got into the wrong crowd.”

Before jumping to his death, Blosil reportedly texted a friend to tell her he had left a note for her in his apartment. The note didn’t specifically mention suicide, but suggested they would never see each other again. Blosil and the unidentified woman were supposed to get together later that night.

A devastated Marie expressed her grief about her tragic loss in a statement: “My family and I are devastated and in deep shock by the tragic loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time.”

It’s always sad to lose someone so young. It’s even more sad when they’re so sad just before their death that they don’t see a way out. Our thoughts are with the Osmond family. Rest in peace, Michael.

It was all over between Avril Lavigne and her ex-husband, Deryck Whibley in October. But now it seems that there might still be a few things left for Avril and Deryck to discuss. They both went to an Alice in Wonderland after-party the other night and afterwards, it seems that one of them needed a ride because they shared a limo. Now, I’m pretty sure that a movie screening involves tons of celebrities with tons of cars that could have given one of these divorcees a ride.

TMZ captured this photo but they also had some other interesting news to report. Not only was Avril getting some alone time with her ex, but so was Brody Jenner, the pretty boy that Avril has been hooking up with recently. Yep, while Avril and Deryck were taking a joyride, Brody was doing the same thing with his ex, Kristin Cavallari. I guess life doesn’t get easier after marriage. Or after divorce for that matter.

All we’ve heard so far about Elin and Tiger is that they are working on their marriage, although Tiger expressly said in his press conference that what they were going to do about their marriage was a matter between them as husband and wife. But the Enquirer has been right about everything so far that’s been going on with Tiger, and they were the first ones to even break the story so I’m tempted to believe this one too. From the National Enquirer,

“[Elin] initially agreed to be part of [Tiger's] therapy, but when she agreed in Mississippi at Gentle Path, she discovered that she’d have to listen to a painful and intense ‘disclosure’ session.

“Patients write down every sexual encounter they’ve had in excruciating detail, and are given polygraph tests to make sure they’re telling the truth. Then they read their ‘disclosure’ in a group therapy session, while their spouse listens.

“Elin exploded when she found out she was expected to do this. She felt that she’d been manipulated, and said over and over again, ‘None of this is my fault, and there’s no way I’m going to put myself through this.’ Shortly after that, she flew back to Florida.

“Later, when therapists tried to set up conference-call therapy sessions with her, Tiger and a therapist, she flatly refused.

“Since then, Elin has turned her back on Tiger. In his apology, Tiger indicated that they were talking, but they lived apart in Florida before he headed to Arizona for rehab, and Elin doesn’t want to move on with the marriage.

“She’s decided that there’s no point being part of his therapy. Although she could always change her mind, it looks like it’s too late for Tiger to save his marriage. But he knows he has to complete therapy if he ever wants to get his life back in order.”

And, speaking of rehab. The National Enquirer also ran a story about how Tiger was changing rehab facilities. Not because of any privacy issues like Brooke Mueller, but rather because he doesn’t feel as though a sex addiction is his problem – it’s a problem with prescription drugs such as Vicodin and Ambien. These apparently, affected his ability to make the right decision and keep it in his pants.

I’m sorry, I just don’t care what kind of addiction Tiger thinks he’s battling. Choices were made, and they were very poor and now he must deal with the consequences. He didn’t seem to be too high or too incoherent to sleep with 14+ women, so he shouldn’t have been too unable to make the right decision either – which would be to not sleep with those women!

And how humiliating for Elin to have to not only hear the gruesome details of Tiger’s affairs, but sit there and hear Tiger read about all of them to her and a group of people! I don’t blame her for not being supportive and to be honest, I’m surprised that she went as far as she did. I hope that she leaves Tiger, I really do. Maybe then I could regain some of the respect that I had for her.
