Do rabbits have paws or feet? I think paws. Anyway, as promised, I am happy to introduce you to the happy tenant of the rabbit hutch I built. Meet Smudge: Isn’t he cute?!? I should probably explain his name. Or maybe I should just show you. See the smudge on his side/back? He has one [...]

Here's something you may or may not know about me. I like challenges. I like to try new things to see if I can do them or not. This is a good example of that.

We were offered a baby bunny and I needed a home for him before we could get him. I really wanted a bunny! So I looked online, found a plan, bought wood and went to work.

So you want some brownies, but you're out of vegetable oil. Or you don't like using vegetable oil in general.
The term ‘healthier’ being relative…these are more healthy than the original recipe. I found this version over at Heavenly Homemaker. Apparently, she took a basic recipe and substituted some healthier ingredients.
I'm calling these "Valentine Cupcakes" because that's what I first made them for, but they can of course be made for any reason at any time. The main trick to making these cupcakes is simply a technique used with the batter. You can really use any recipe that you like.

It is the story of a man named Jones, who comes to a small beach town in Alabama and quietly turns many of the residents’ lives upside-down. The story begins with Jones meeting the author of the book at a low point in his life. [...]
