¿Has oído acerca de lo que sucedió esta Navidad en las tiendas K-mart? Alguien pagó la cuota de otro y cuando esa persona se enteró además de sentirse muy feliz y agradecida, decidió pagar la cuota de  otra persona. Esto provocó una reacción en cadena, un efecto dominó. La gente comenzó a pagarle algo a   alguien que no conocía.

Bien, quise hacer algo diferente este año yo misma. Sentí que quería dar anónimamente y definitivamente sin esperar nada a cambio. Quería sorprender y de algún modo hacer feliz a algunas personas.

Cuando finalmente fui a K-mart, ya era demasiado tarde para pagar la cuota de alguien, pero el gerente me sugirió que comprara algunas tarjetas pre-pagadas y se las regalara a diferentes personas, y así lo hice.

Le comenté lo que iba a hacer a mi amiga Olga que vive en Suiza y me dijo: “Por favor compra algunas de mi parte. ¡Me encanta la idea!”. ¡Dar es contagioso!

El gerente me dijo que él podía regalar las tarjetas pero yo decidí pedirle a Dios que me inspire a quienes dárselas en el local. La experiencia fue muy positiva. Algunas personas miraban la tarjeta con cierta desconfianza. No estaban seguros de que fueran de verdad. Algunos dijeron “gracias”, pero no demasiado convencidos. Otros fueron muy agradecidos. Estoy segura que todos fueron sorprendidos, ¡especialmente cuando fueron a pagar y descubrieron que funcionaban! Y algo más: estoy segura que tuvieron una historia para contarles a sus amigos y familiares, un cuento sobre como una extraña apareció de la nada y sin ningún motivo les obsequió una tarjeta pre- pagada con $25 de regalo.

Denise, miembro de nuestro sagrado foro de Ho´oponopono, compartió esto con nosotros cuando me escuchó compartir mi experiencia en mi última clase mensual de Preguntas y Respuestas de Ho´oponopono: “Yo tuve una inspiración similar hace un par de meses cuando almorzaba con mi familia. Les mencioné que en vez de darnos regalos, juntáramos el dinero que gastaríamos en regalos y lo donáramos a aquellos que realmente lo necesitaban.
Y eso hicimos. Tenía un par de catálogos de navidad que había traído y todos los miramos y opinamos en qué y adónde iría el dinero. Fue una muy armoniosa y maravillosa Navidad”.

Entonces, yo te pregunto: ¿estarías dispuesto a hacer algo fuera de lo común, algo inesperado? ¿Estarías dispuesto a dar algo azarosamente, incondicionalmente, sin esperar nada a cambio? ¿Qué te parece compartir y regalar a un extraño?

Imagina qué gran diferencia podríamos hacer si cada uno de nosotros le ofreciéramos  al mundo un sólo acto de bondad y generosidad y que tal acto prendiera como sucedió en K- mart. ¡El dar se multiplicaría exponencialmente! Aún si e l resultado no fuera tan exponencial,  cambiaríamos el mundo con nuestro regalo. La generosidad no solo cambia la realidad para bien de formas inesperadas para el dador sino también bendice al dador con el regalo de la gratitud. Comienzas a recibir en el momento en que estás dando.

Recuerda, el amor que damos es el amor que recibimos. El mundo es, de hecho, lo que hacemos de él, cada día, con nuestros pensamientos, palabras y acciones.

Deseo que sigas tu propia inspiración y luego compartas tus experiencias con nosotros. ¿Qué te puedo decir? Ho´oponopono es tomar responsabilidad por la realidad que creamos. Todo vuelve. I have a special invitation for you. I would like to invite you to “share randomly”.

Did you hear about what happened this Christmas at K-mart stores? Somebody paid for somebody else’s layaway, and when that person found out, besides being very happy and grateful, he or she decided to pay somebody else’s layaway. That started a chain reaction, a domino effect. People started paying forward for somebody they didn’t know.

Well, I wanted to do something different this year myself. I felt like giving anonymously and definitely not expecting anything in return. I was looking to surprise and somehow make some people happy.

When I finally went to K-mart, it was too late to pay for a layaway, but the manager suggested I could buy some gift cards and give them away to different people, so I did.

I shared what I was going to do with my friend Olga, who lives in Switzerland, and she said, “Please buy some on my behalf. I love the idea!” Giving is contagious!

The manager told me that he could give the cards away, but I decided to ask God to inspire me and tell me who to give them to at the store. Well, the experience was a good one. Some people looked at the gift card with a certain degree of distrust. They weren’t sure it was for real. Some said “Thank you,” but again not too convinced. Others were very grateful. I am sure they were all surprised, especially when they went to pay with it and found out it really worked! And something else: I am sure they had a story to share with their families and friends, a tale of how a stranger showed up out of nowhere and for no reason gave them a $25 gift card.

Denise, from our Ho’oponopono sacred forum, shared this with us when she heard me sharing my experience about sharing during my last monthly Ho’oponopono Q&A class: “I had a similar Inspiration a couple of months ago, when my family was having lunch together. I mentioned that, instead of us getting gifts for each other, we could pool the money that we would spend on gifts and donate it to those who could really use it. And so we did. I had a couple different catalogues that I brought out for Christmas, and everyone went through them and had a say regarding where the money would go and what would be given. It was a very peaceful and wonderful Christmas.”

So, my question to you is: Would you be willing to do something out of the ordinary, something unexpected? Would you be willing to share randomly, unconditionally, without expecting anything in return? What about sharing and giving to a stranger?

Just imagine what a huge difference we could make if every one of us gave the world just one random act of kindness and sharing, and that act were to catch on like it did at K-mart. The giving would multiply exponentially! Even if the outcome were not so exponential, we would still change the world with our giving. Kindness not only changes reality for good in ways unknown to the giver but also blesses the giver with the gift of gratitude. You start receiving In the moment you are giving.

Remember, the love we give is the love we get. The world is, in fact, what we make it, everyday, with our thoughts, words, and actions.

I would love for you to follow your own inspiration and then share your experience with us. What do say? Ho’oponopono is about taking responsibility for the reality we create. Everything comes back. What’s most important, and what my organizers in different parts of the world always ask me to continue clarifying, is that Ho’oponopono is not taught only through words. And that is why, as Ihaleakalá often says: “It seems easy to teach, but it isn’t.” This last time I was in Romania, as a result of my interaction with a young girl, I was able to demonstrate this concept in a practical way and in the present moment.  This was also an excellent confirmation for me, as I always learn a lot from the children who come to my workshops. I enjoy them and I love having them there. As I always say, children are impossible to deceive.

This last time in Bucharest, a five year old girl came to the workshop with her mother. The mother was taking the workshop for a second time and the girl had asked her mother to take her with her the next time she took it. At several points during the workshop, the young girl would walk up and down in front of me. She would look at me and observe me as I spoke and then she would bring me some very beautiful and colorful drawings that she made herself and where she wrote that she loved me. Of course, the audience witnessed these interactions, and we all smiled. At one point I asked, “Do you think I am receiving love letters because of what I’m saying with words? Not at all. This little girl is able to see what I do not say to you. She can see the work (the cleaning) that I do while I speak!" Thus, I was able to verify that what matters most is the work we do behind the scenes, with ourselves. It is also very important to clean and prepare before, during and after teaching.

We receive incredible benefits when we complete a Ho’oponopono workshop with somebody who offers it with authorization and, above all, is prepared because he or she has taken many Ho’oponopono workshops and, especially, has practiced it for a long time. It is also important for the person to abstain from practicing other techniques besides Ho’oponopono. This ensures that the teacher’s inner child will not be confused and will be able to do the cleaning automatically. It is important for the person to know how to prepare the room to turn it into a sanctuary, so that the room itself can protect us and help us do the cleaning. That’s right. When we teach Ho’oponopono correctly and with permission, the Universe shields and protects us. That is why, when in these workshops, people let go of things that would have otherwise taken them lifetimes to overcome. The blessings we receive in these instances are amazing.

Another clue that generally indicates when a Ho’oponopono workshop is done correctly is that it leaves us a bit tired due to the amount of cleaning done during the training. I always remind my audience, “Even if it seems like you were there doing nothing, everybody does a lot of work during the workshops, so if you feel like going to sleep when you get home, go ahead, don’t even think about it. Pay attention to your bodies and go to bed.” It’s quite amazing also that even people who have insomnia or difficulties sleeping often report the next day that they slept better than they have in ages, for many hours and without waking up!

Dr. Ihaleakalá always says, “While you are in the room, you will be completely protected. Once outside, it all depends on you.” I once asked him what our inner children did while we were at the workshop, and he responded, “While they are here, their Unihipilis (inner children) get along, play cards, etc. But once they leave, that’s a different story.”

Some people trust the power of the workshops so much that they take them in absentia! Can you imagine that? People see results even when they participate in absentia! As Dr. Ihaleakalá would say, “They are smart. They know that what gets erased from the people present at the workshop also gets erased from them.” Of course, this is only possible when the process is done correctly and the Universe is present, protecting and preparing everything.

Divinity tells us: When you move, “I” move. When you take a step, “I” take a step. But, when you stretch, “I” clean the way, but not one minute before or after.” That is why, sometimes, before we make a commitment, the process seems scary. You need to take the first step and offer your trust. I know it is scary, and that’s why we look for excuses, but when we trust, success is guaranteed!

The blessings you get when you show the Universe that you trust are unimaginable. The workshop is something that takes place between God and you. This is also why, unless you pay, you will not receive it. It’s important to appreciate its value and appreciate yourself. You must feel that you deserve it and that you give it to yourself. You can even stretch beyond your boundaries (feel the fear and do it anyway) if you cannot pay for it. All of these are different ways to show your trust to the Universe.

As Dr. Hew Len says, we work with very toxic memories during the workshop. I am aware that my worst enemies come to my workshops, and they do it to give me another chance to correct, to repair. I also know that only when I clean do you receive what is correct and perfect for you, and especially the protection we mentioned before. Not everybody receives or hears the same things. Did you know that? God does not treat us like cattle. We receive what we give. Each one of us is unique and receives that which is correct and perfect for each, but in order for that to happen, the teacher must know how to be at zero and clean while he or she speaks!

Teachers teach for themselves. The age of sacrifice is over. If we can get one of you to erase, what you erase will be erased from us as well. They say that we teach what we need to learn! I always tell my students that I have much more to erase than them. That is why I’m the teacher!

If I don’t know what is correct for me, how can I know what is correct for you? The same thing happens if you ask me something, and I give you an incorrect response because I don’t practice cleaning and I react from my memories instead of coming from Inspiration. This is not good for you or for me. Everything brings consequences.

We all need to continue taking Ho’oponopono courses to continue cleaning and learning how to come more and more from Inspiration. Ho’oponopono is like a retraining, and you need to take it many times and continue hearing the information to be able to reeducate yourself and reeducate your Unihipili (inner child).

Lo importante, y lo que siempre me piden que siga aclarando mis organizadores de diferentes partes del mundo, es que Ho’oponopono no se enseña sólo a través de las palabras. Y es por eso que, como dice Ihaleakalá: “Parece fácil enseñarlo pero no lo es”. Esta vez en Rumania, gracias a mi interacción con una niña, pude demostrar este concepto de manera práctica y en el momento.  Esto también fue una confirmación excelente para mí, ya que siempre aprendo mucho de los niños que vienen al seminario; los disfruto y me encanta tenerlos allí. Como siempre les digo, a los niños no se les puede engañar.

Esta última vez en  Bucarest, vino al seminario una niña de 5 años con su mamá, que estaba tomando el seminario por segunda vez. La niña le había pedido que la próxima vez la llevara con ella. En varios momentos del seminario, la niña caminaba y se paseaba de un lado al otro frente a mí. Me miraba y observaba mientras yo hablaba y luego me traía unos dibujos muy coloridos y hermosos que ella misma pintaba para mí y donde me escribía que me amaba. La audiencia, por supuesto, era testigo de esto, y todos sonreíamos. En un momento, yo pregunté: “¿Ustedes creen que estoy recibiendo estas cartas de amor por lo que estoy diciendo a través de las palabras? De ninguna manera. Ella puede ver lo que no les digo. ¡Ella puede ver el trabajo (la limpieza) que hago mientras hablo!" De esta manera  comprobé que lo más importante es el trabajo que hacemos entre bambalinas, con nosotros mismos. Es también muy importante la limpieza y la preparación que hacemos antes, durante y después.

Recibimos increíbles beneficios cuando tomamos un seminario de Ho’oponopono con alguien que lo transmite con permiso y, sobre todo, está preparado porque ha tomado muchos seminarios de Ho’oponopono y, especialmente, porque lo ha practicado por mucho tiempo. También es importante que la persona no practique ninguna otra técnica aparte de Ho’oponopono, para estar seguro de que su niño interior no esté confundido y que será capaz de hacer la limpieza en automático. Es importante que esa persona sepa cómo preparar la sala para convertirla en un refugio, para que la sala misma nos ayude a limpiar y nos proteja. Así es, cuando enseñamos Ho’oponopono correctamente y con permiso, recibimos escudos de protección del Universo. Es por eso que la gente suelta allí cosas que le hubiese llevado varias vidas soltar de otro modo. Las bendiciones en estos casos son indescriptibles.

Otra clave de que un seminario o taller de Ho’oponopono se realiza de manera correcta es que, en general, estos seminarios nos dejan un poco cansados, por la cantidad de limpieza que se lleva a cabo durante el entrenamiento. Yo siempre le recuerdo a mi audiencia: “Aunque parezca que estuvieron allí sin hacer nada, en los seminarios se hace mucho trabajo y, por eso, si sienten que al llegar a casa se quieren ir a dormir, adelante, ni lo piensen. Háganle caso a su cuerpo y váyanse a la cama”. Es notable también que las personas que sufren de insomnio, o tienen dificultades para dormir, regresan al otro día y me comentan que hacía mucho tiempo que no dormían tan bien, ¡por tantas horas y sin despertar!

El Dr. Ihaleakalá siempre dice: “Mientras estén en esta sala, estarán totalmente protegidos. Afuera ya depende de ustedes.” Una vez le pregunte que hacían nuestros niños interiores mientras estábamos en el seminario y él me contestó: “Mientras están aquí, sus Unihipilis (niños interiores) se llevan bien, juegan a las cartas, etc. Afuera de aquí, la cosa cambia”.

¡Hay gente que confía tanto en el poder de estos seminarios que los toman en ausencia! ¿Te imaginas? ¡La gente ve los resultados incluso cuando participa en ausencia! Como diría el Dr. Ihaleakalá: “Ellos son inteligentes; saben que lo que se borra de los presentes también se borrará de ellos”. Claro que esto solo es posible cuando el proceso se realiza correctamente y se tiene al Universo allí, protegiendo y preparando todo para que esto suceda.

La Divinidad nos dice: Cuando tú te mueves, “YO” me muevo. Cuando tú das un paso, “YO” doy un paso. Pero cuando tú te estiras, “YO” limpio el camino. Pero ni un minuto antes ni un minuto después”. Es por eso que a veces, antes de comprometernos, las cosas dan miedo. Primero tú necesitas dar ese primer paso, ofrecer ese voto de confianza. Yo sé que da miedo y que por eso buscamos excusas, pero cuando confiamos, ¡el éxito está asegurado!

No te puedes dar ni una idea de las bendiciones que recibes cuando le muestras al Universo que confías.
El seminario es algo que ocurre entre la Divinidad y tú. Es también por esto que si no pagas no lo recibes. El valorarlo y valorarte, que te lo mereces y te lo regalas, inclusive el hecho de estirarte (sentir los miedos y hacerlo igual) si no puedes pagarlo, son diferentes formas de mostrar al Universo que confías.

Como dice el Dr. Hew Len, durante el seminario trabajamos con memorias muy tóxicas. Estoy consciente de que mis peores enemigos vienen a mis seminarios, y lo hacen para darme a mi otra oportunidad de corregir, de reparar. También sé que solo cuando yo limpio es que tú recibes lo que es correcto y perfecto para ti y especialmente la protección. No todos reciben o escuchan lo mismo, ¿lo sabías? Dios no nos trata como ganado. Recibes en base a lo que das. Cada uno de nosotros es único y recibe lo que es correcto y perfecto para sí, pero para eso, la persona que enseña tiene que saber ¡estar en cero y limpiar mientras habla!

Quienes enseñamos, lo hacemos por nosotros. La era del sacrificio se acabó. Si conseguimos que uno de ustedes borre, lo que se borra de ustedes se borra de nosotros. ¡Dicen que enseñamos lo que necesitamos aprender! Yo siempre les digo a mis estudiantes que yo tengo más que borrar que ellos. ¡Por eso estoy en el frente!

Si yo no sé lo que es correcto para mí, ¿cómo puedo saber lo que es correcto para ti? Lo mismo ocurre si me preguntas algo y yo te doy la respuesta incorrecta porque no tengo la práctica de limpiar y reacciono en base a mis memorias en vez de la inspiración. Esto no es bueno ni para mí ni para ti. Todo trae consecuencias.

Todos necesitamos seguir tomando cursos de Ho’oponopono para seguir limpiando y funcionando más en base a la inspiración. Ho’oponopono es un re-entrenamiento y necesitas tomarlo muchas veces y seguir escuchando la información para poder reeducarte y reeducar a tu Unihipili (niño o niña interior).

- Es tiempo de tomar 100% de responsabilidad, dejar de culpar y decir, “lo siento por aquello que está en mí que ha creado y atraído una cierta situación o persona a mi vida.”

- Es tiempo de dejar de pensar, preocuparse y reaccionar, tiempo de ser más humildes y reconocer que no sabemos nada.

- Es tiempo de redescubrir quiénes somos realmente, nuestros talentos, nuestras pasiones y hacer lo que amamos sin preocuparnos y confiando que el dinero vendrá.

Cuando invertimos nuestro tiempo haciendo la limpieza de Ho´oponopono, soltando y todo lo mencionado arriba, definitivamente experimentamos el tiempo de una forma diferente.

Una experiencia personal que puedo compartir contigo es respecto a mis viajes alrededor del mundo. No tengo duda alguna que lo puedo lograr físicamente como resultado de las herramientas de Ho´oponopono que me ayudan a estar presente y traer a mi familia interna (mente, cuerpo y espíritu) junto conmigo todo el tiempo, además de evitar el jetlag. Muchas veces he pensado que Dios quiere recordarme que el tiempo y el espacio son en realidad una ilusión.

En realidad nosotros creamos este mundo de ilusión. Establecimos las reglas pero luego vinimos aquí y lo olvidamos todo. Como ves, nos olvidamos que vinimos a limpiar, a borrar y a corregir errores. En vez de eso aprendimos a engancharnos y a reaccionar. Desperdiciamos nuestro precioso tiempo.

Por eso es tan difícil para nosotros entender que todo es perfecto, que la ley de causa y efecto realmente funciona, que cosechamos lo que sembramos y que todo regresa a nosotros, lo bueno y lo malo. Debido a que estamos atrapados en una ilusión no entendemos porque nos suceden las cosas pero todo es una consecuencia de algo que hicimos en el pasado, la mayoría de las veces, algo que hicimos en vidas pasadas.

Nuestra mente consciente experimenta el tiempo, mientras que nuestro subconsciente no. Carl Jung notó que los sueños suceden fuera del tiempo. En ellos no existen ni el pasado, ni el presente ni el futuro. Cuando funcionamos desde nuestro subconsciente el tiempo parece que desaparece.

Cuando hacemos lo que amamos, cuando estamos en la corriente (en cero) experimentamos el tiempo de una forma diferente.

El tiempo es muy importante, mucho más que el dinero. Según como invirtamos nuestro tiempo atraeremos o no dinero. Cuando nos quejamos y culpamos no estamos invirtiendo bien nuestro tiempo. Realizar la limpieza es invertir nuestro tiempo. Es ser proactivo aunque nuestro intelecto nos diga que no. Cuando limpiamos, el dinero y todo lo que necesitamos viene hacia nosotros sin esfuerzo.

Es tiempo de dejar de pensar y analizar todo. No hay nada que necesites saber o entender. Es tiempo de volver a ser niños nuevamente, no preocuparnos y no tomarnos las cosas tan seriamente.

Este es nuestro tiempo. Ahora podemos borrar lo que nos habría tomado muchas vidas.

Sólo suelta y confía. Verás que el tiempo será el perfecto y la paciencia valdrá la pena.

-It is time to rediscover who we really are, our talents, and passions and do what we love without worrying and trusting that money will come.

When we invest our time doing the Ho’oponopono cleaning, letting go, and all of the above, we definitely experience time in a different way.

One personal experience I can share with you is about my travels around the world. I have no doubt  in my mind that I can physically do it because of the Ho’oponopono tools that help me to be present and bring my inner family (mind, body and spirit) along with me all the time, thus avoiding jetlag. Many times I’ve thought that God wants to remind me that time and space are really an illusion.

As a matter of fact, we have created this world of illusion. We set the rules, but then we came here and forgot all about it. You see, we forgot we came to clean, to erase, and to make amends. Instead, we learned to engage and react. We waste our precious time.

That is why it is so difficult for us to understand that everything is perfect, that the law of cause and effect really works, that we reap what we sow, and that everything comes back to us, the good and the bad. Because we are trapped in illusion, we don’t understand why things happen to us, but everything is a consequence of something we did in the past, most of the time, something we did in past lives.

Our conscious mind experiences time, while our subconscious mind doesn’t. Carl Jung noticed that dreams occur outside of time. In them, there is no past, no present, and no future. When we operate from our subconscious, times seems to disappear.

When we do what we love, when we are in the flow (at zero), we experience time in a very different way.

Time is very important, much more than money. Depending on how we invest our time, we will or will not attract money. When we complain and blame, we do not invest our time well. Doing the cleaning is investing our time. It is being proactive, even though our intellect may tell us that it is not. When we clean, money and everything we need comes to us effortlessly.

It is time to stop thinking and analyzing everything. There is nothing you need to know or understand. It is time to become a child again, to stop worrying and to not take things so seriously.

This is our time. We can now erase what would have taken us many lives.

Just let go and trust. You will see that the timing will be perfect and patience will pay off.
