I love how Mabel says," we never know what we are cleaning." And How Dr Len says" Just do it!"

I keep both of those things in mind as I go through my day. I am so lucky that both my sister and I clean.

So the other day seemed just like every other. She and I chatted on the phone. It's awesome because as she talks I clean and visa versa.

We were as usual discussing our kids, school starting, our pets, regular things and suddenly I got this image her husband wasn't well.

I asked her about him. And she said he was away on business. The next thought that came was Ice Blue. I asked her if she cleaned with him using protection. She said not really. I expressed my concern for his well being. We both began to imagine him surrounded by Ice Blue.

I imagined a grid of Ice Blue going through his body all directions. We also began discussing a tool of seeing him leave the house and return home well. It's so funny because our Grandmother used to say I see you leaving well and returning even better, when we were small. Who knew that was a cleaning tool.

All throughout the day when he came to my mind, I would say Ice Blue.  I mentally saw myself in a waterfall of Ice Blue all day.

I kept hearing if I am okay, everybody is okay. So I focused the Ice Blue on me, my thoughts, any and everything when I remembered to clean that day.

A few days later my sister called. She said remember when you were suddenly concerned about my husband and you and I used Ice blue on ourselves and on him. Well that day he was on his motorcycle riding for work. He was riding fast and his bike wouldn't slow down. He skidded out of control.  His body and bike skidded for a long time before it stopped. He said he just laid there. He is a very experienced rider and knew he must be badly hurt. His team came to his aid.

And miraculously he walked away without a scratch.

I am so appreciative to have this practice of Ho'oponopono. Cleaning myself first and all that comes to my mind.

Our thoughts are very much controlled by our memories. Did you know that 90% of our memories come from our ancestors, and that we have been accumulating them for over eons of lifetimes?  So, what we think we base our decisions on can sometimes have nothing to do with the thoughts of the moment.

And, did you know that you are aware of only 15 bits of information per second, while you actually have 11,000,000 bits of information per second you don’t even know about and are  playing all the time? These bits are past memories you have been storing, and those are the ones that control your decisions, opinions, judgments, expectations, and fears, all of which hold you back from reaching your true potential and inner peace.

When we do affirmations and visualizations, we are manipulating the 15 bits of information we are aware of! Those 15 bits think they know what is right and perfect! In Ho’oponopono we learn to let go and let God. Ho’oponopono cleaning opens us up to the goodness of God’s universe and works with the 11,000,000 bits we are not aware of. When we let go and turn it over to Him, He can transmute for us and we don’t even need to know or understand how it works!

This is what Joe Vitale discovered when he found Ho’oponopono, and this is why he said “Ho’oponopono is beyond The Secret.” Affirmations are only us telling God what to do for us, as if we know better than God what is right and perfect for us. With Ho’oponopono and the cleaning, you are giving permission to God who knows better to bring you whatever is right and perfect.

So, let me ask you this, do we want to affirm to God that we know better than He does, or do we want to let go and give Him permission to bring us what is right and perfect?

Even an illness is a blessing in disguise. Many times a pain could be a way of letting go of memories, since our body is ALL memories! I love the pain or the sickness. I say I love you to it as a way of letting go and allowing God to do the healing. I am not going to do it for the pain to go or the illness to disappear. I am going to do it so I can be at peace even if I am sick.

You see, God might do something different each time you let go and say “Thank you” and “I love you” because God knows what is right and perfect for you at that moment. You just need to say it. That’s it. You need to give permission instead of thinking YOU are going to solve it!

Same applies with visualizations. God is the one creating when you use any of the Ho’oponopono tools. If you can see God’s work, if you can see God’s transmutation, good for you. But you are not the one doing it. Your job is just to say it, and then let God be the one to create. God is the one who will bring whatever is right and perfect, and He doesn’t need you giving Him directions of what colors to use, or how to do it, or what the results should be.

Again, affirmations and visualizations are our arrogant way of thinking with our 15 bits of information, then believing we know better than God, so He needs us to direct Him.

Rev. Michael Beckwith says affirmations are like kindergarten stuff. We wake-up, we play with them, and we realize we are that powerful. Now we graduate and we can be ourselves. That is our job, to be. When you are, you are in the flow, you are allowing the Universe to guide and protect you, and put you at the right place at the right time. Sounds familiar?

As I always tell you, you have to do what works for you. I do not have any doubt that affirmations and visualizations can work. We are that powerful. We create with our thoughts. But, isn’t it better and easier to think “thank you” or “I love you,” let go and give permission to God, who created us and knows us better than anybody else?

Well, I have practiced letting go and giving permission for many years now, and all I can tell you is that today, I have much more than I could have ever asked for. In all my dreams I could have never imagined the life I live now.

How does the Ho’oponopono cleaning work:

The cleaning is initiated by the intellect. It is the mental part in you and the one that has free choice. God gave you the gift of the intellect (apple tree) to choose, it was not to fill it up with knowledge and to get University degrees. To choose what? Follow God or your memories and programs. Do it God’s way or your way. And please know you are choosing 24/7 all the time. Well, your programs are the ones choosing for you all the time, unless your intellect chooses differently (the cleaning).

What does it mean to choose the cleaning? Well, your intellect becomes a little bit more humble and says:

I am sorry, please forgive me for whatever is in me that is creating this. The intellect knows it is not GUILTY, just RESPONSIBLE. Responsible for what? Responsible for the programs playing in you and you don’t even need to know, or understand. There is a part of you that knows better and is waiting for you to give permission!

In order to clean, do I need to repeat all that? To clean, do I need to say the 4 words that I learned from Joe Vitale? When I clean, do I need to think and concentrate on what I am cleaning with? NO, NO and NO.

Just repeating thank you or I love you in your mind does it (the I am sorry, please forgive me for whatever is in me that is creating this is built in!) Thank you and I love you are the pass codes! Plus, you never know what you are cleaning on, nor you are the one deciding what it gets cleaned. You are just giving permission!!!

So, how does the cleaning work? When the intellect chooses to take 100% responsibility and to let go, it is like an order that goes to the subconscious mind (the inner child in you). The inner child in you is the one that holds all the memories and is the one that makes the connection to your superconscious mind (the part in you that is perfect) and it is the superconscious the one that makes the petition to the Creator.

Immediately after, Mana or divine energy comes down and cleanses you spiritualy, mentally, emotionally and finally physically. The response is automatic.

Important to know: All your problems are a memory playing in the subconscious mind. They are not at the physical level. The problem is the memory or the thought that created your problem at the physical!

Every time you say “thank you” or “I love you” you are letting go, giving permission to this part of you that knows better. This part knows even why that problem showed up, and what is the perfect solution for it too!

And, it is the law of the Universe. Every time you knock, the door opens.

The cleaning is like the game of the Universe and the rules are: 1 ) You trust that every time you say thank you, something happens even if you cannot feel it or see it. 2) No expectations. You do not know where it is going to come from. You do not know what is right and perfect for you. Sorry! Just trust and be patient. Become an observer of your life. You are not your problems. You are above your problems.

Como funciona la limpieza de Ho’oponopono:

El intelecto es el que comienza con la limpieza. Es la parte mental que hay en ti y la que tiene la libertad de elección. Dios te otorgo el don del intelecto (el manzano) para elegir, no para llenarlo de conocimiento ni para obtener títulos universitarios. ¿Para elegir que? Seguir a Dios o a tus memorias y programas. Hacerlo a la manera de Dios o a tu manera. Y por favor, ten en cuenta que estas eligiendo 24  horas por día, los 7 días de la semana. Todo el tiempo. Es decir, tus programas son los que eligen por ti todo el tiempo, a menos que tu intelecto elija algo diferente (la limpieza).

¿Que significa elegir la limpieza? Bien, es cuando tu intelecto es un poco más humilde y dice:

Lo siento, por favor perdóname por lo que haya en mi que este creando esto. El intelecto sabe que no es CULPABLE, solo RESPONSABLE. ¿Responsable de que? Responsable de los programas que estan tocando en ti y que tu ni siquiera necesitas conocer, ni comprender.  ¡Hay una parte de ti que sabe mas y que esta esperando que le des permiso!

¿Para limpiar necesito repetir todo eso? o  ¿Necesito decir las 4 frases que aprendí de Joe Vitale? Cuando limpio, ¿necesito pensar y concentrarme en aquello con lo que estoy limpiando? NO, NO y NO.

Solo puedes repetir mentalmente gracias o te amo (el “lo siento, por favor perdóname por lo que hay en mi que esta creando esto”, esta incorporado) ¡Gracias y te amo son las contraseñas! Ademas, tu nunca sabes que es lo que estas limpiando, ni tampoco eres el que decide lo que se limpia. ¡Solo estas dando permiso!

Entonces, ¿como funciona la limpieza? Cuando el intelecto elige tomar 100% de responsabilidad y soltar, es como una orden dirigida a la mente subconsciente (el niño interior que hay en ti). Este niño interior es el que tiene todas las memorias y el que realiza la conexion con tu mente super consciente (la parte en ti que es perfecta), esta última realiza la peticion al Creador.

Inmediatamente despues, el Mana o energia divina comienza a fluir y te limpia espiritual, mental y emocionalmente y por ultimo fisicamente. La respuesta es automatica.

Es importante saber que todos tus problemas son una memoria tocando en la mente subconsciente. No se encuentran en el físico. ¡El problema es la memoria o el pensamiento que creo tu problema en el nivel fisico!

Cada vez que dices “gracias” o “te amo” estas soltando, dando permiso a esa parte de ti que sabe mas. Esta parte sabe el por que del problema, ¡y tambien cual es la solución perfecta!

Y es la ley del Universo. Cada vez que tocas, la puerta se abre.

La limpieza es el juego del Universo y estas son las reglas: 1) Confias en que cada vez que dices gracias, algo sucede aunque tú no puedas sentirlo ni verlo. 2) Sin expectativas. Tu no sabes de donde vendra. Tu no sabes que es correcto y perfecto para ti. Lo siento. Solo intenta tener paciencia. Conviertete en un observador de tu propia vida. Tu no eres tus problemas. Tu estas mas alla de tus problemas.
