…in a letter to European Urology, Dr Maria Cerruto said her research showed it was time to stand up for the heel.

She said her study of 66 women under 50 found that those who held their foot at a 15 degree angle to the ground - the equivalent of a two inch heel - had as good posture as those who wore flat shoes, and crucially showed less electrical activity in their pelvic muscles.

This suggested the muscles were at an optimum position, which could well improve their strength and ability to contract.

The pelvic floor muscles are an essential component of the female body. As well as assisting sexual performance and satisfaction, they provide vital support to the pelvic organs, which include the bladder, bowels and uterus.

Personally, I’ve found that the best way for my wife to wear heels is when her feet are draped over her lover’s shoulders. I wonder if that adds any kind of health benefit. It must, right?

I’m always interested in sexual and social research that might help in the understanding of why hot wife and cuckold fantasies come to be, and why some people enjoy them. I’m not expecting some conclusive study that explains it all. But one piece of research here, an experiment there, and suddenly things seem to make more sense to me about why some of us are wired this way.

Take this sexuality research (via The Daily Mail of London):

The age at which a women feels most sexy is 34, according to a new study, that also found those in their twenties and thirties have the most sex - 10.4 times a month on average.

This figure is double the amount middle-aged women have, which works out at just 4.5 times a month, but the research suggests the older women take more pleasure from it.

More than half - 56 per cent - said they enjoyed sex more than they did when they were younger. When asked what age they had felt most sexy, the average was 34.

Of course, research sometimes exists to make our hunches and instincts about the world we live in obvious. But if women feel like they’re coming into their own sexually in the mid 30s, a time when most that are going to get married already are, it stands to reason that some of those wives are going to perhaps be more willing to experiment and take on an additional lover (or lovers, let’s hope) to fulfill some of their urges.

Next, we need to find out why so many of us guys find all these MILFs and mature hot wives so damn hot. My theory? Confidence is just plain sexy.

We’ve been on Twitter for a while. And up until now, we’ve used it mostly just for updates on where we’re doing and what’s going on with the website. It’s easy to send updates to via our cell phones, and the 140 character size is just the perfect morsel that says “just enough” sometimes.
