When your house is for sale, the very best kinds of pets to have may be the kind they sell at F.O.A. Schwartz &amp;#8211; like my friends here.
Real pets are messy.  When we&amp;#8217;re showing houses, they&amp;#8217;re noisy.  They smell bad.  Some of them hump legs.  And their dander makes some buyers sneeze.
