My ex-husband hasn’t worked or paid child support in over 7 years. He finally got a job and his refunds were taken from him due to back child support. My children are on medi-caid, but no other assistance. Shouldn’t I be entitled to that money? Where does it go, and how do I try to get it?

Ok so basically my girlfriend of 3 months gave a hand job to her ex and got fingered by him. this was well over a year ago.. but for some reason whenever im with her I cant get over the fact that it happened. Me and My ex boyfriend are juniors in highschool. He broke up with me back in July after being in a relationship for 9 months mostly because I was VERY clingy. We were extremely close to eachother and our familys and we both really loved eachother. We had no communication for almost 4 months until we started talking again back in november and now we hangout at least once a week. We still kiss eachother and "hookup" and when we’re together he treats me as if im still his girlfriend, he pays for me whenever we go out, cuddles with me, and he isn’t afraid to kiss me at school or in front of his close friends, he even holds my hand in public. I finally brought it up that I’m starting to have feelings for him again last night after we spent the night together and he took me home and i started to cry because i told him i still care for him and have feeling for him, he listened to me and said he needed to think. So the other day i talked to him and asked him if he had thought about what i said last night and he said "Yeah.. I do have feelings for you but I don’t want a relationship with you not yet at least, I need to figure things out." is this a good thing? how can i get him back ? :/

Then a year ago i got remarried. My ex-wife found out and told me that she didn’t turn the divorce papers in. So know i find out that i am married to two women. I quickly got divorce from my first wife. Since this happened i wondering, is my second marriage valid. Also my wife won’t file married with me on my tax return because she says that she we are not legally married. If i file single, then i might get in trouble because i put that i was married at the first of the year. Does anybody know how i should file and do i have to get my second marriage annulled and get remarried.
