Vegetables are great for your immune system &amp;amp; can help with a speedy recovery from all of your workouts &amp;amp; can help fuel your workouts. Protein &amp;amp; the Greens are a great natural source of energy that you will need. So all the potato chips, cup cakes, sodas, &amp;amp; other fatty foods must go out the door for these vertical jump foods to work at its best.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Workout planning- Burn, Burn, Burn. In order to get stronger from a workout it is important that you work until you are exhausted to build endurance. So these are some basic exercises that could show you "how to jump higher in 2 weeks".&lt;br /&gt;Before you even begin to think about jumping you have to be able to be mobile. These exercises are required to be preformed regularly to maintain &amp;amp; gain a higher vertical leap.&lt;br /&gt;Instructions on "How to do calf raises"- Be sure to stretch before you do this.&lt;br /&gt;1. Find a flight of stairs or a step.&lt;br /&gt;2. Place the balls of both feet on the edge of the step &amp;amp; lift to the tips of your toes (then hold for 30 seconds).&lt;br /&gt;3. Then drop down (heels of feet should overlap back of step) stretch &amp;amp; hold your position on your toes for 30 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;4.
