Here are few easy steps which you need to follow and you will be able to save video files from your cache memory.

1. Download VideoCacheView and install it on your computer.

2. Open youtube.com and let the video load completely.

3. Do not close the Browser window/Tab in which you watched the video.

4. Open VideocacheView where you can see the download url in front of every video file name.

5. Match the download URL of the video in VideoCacheView with the one in the browser url where your video is loaded.

6. Click on copy selected files to.. icon and save on your desired location.

Advantages : You need to use extra bandwidth to download a video and save it on your computer. VideoCacheView will save the file from the cache memory only so no extra bandwidth.

Whenever you copy some content from internet and paste it to microsoft word document, then there might be a lot of hyperlinks which want to remove. So, you will right click on each hyperlink and click on remove hyperlink. This method is time consuming.

Another method which you generally use is to copy the contennt first to notepad and then to Microsoft word. But This method will also remove the heading and style of your content, it is because when you paste something to notepad, notepad will only read plain text from it.

A very simple alternate way is to simple select the whole content in your Microsoft word document using 'CTRL+A'and then use'CTRL+SHIFT+F9'

The most common and annoying problem which we face frequently due to various reasons in our daily life is Headache. Once you get headache it becomes very difficult to continue with the work you are doing. So, we simply take painkiller to get rid of headache but that too take some time. You will be surprised to know that painkillers are already present in our body but we never use them.

Solution:

1. Pressure : There is a groove in your skull which is at the top of the center of the eye socket. Applying pressure at this point will release endorphins. Endorphins are our body painkillers. The release of Endorphins will get you rid of your headache within seconds. When we apply pressure at this groove we feel a pain which is due to a nerve present in this groove. And this pain leads to the Release of endorphins.

Today when my mother got headache, i told her to do this and she got rid of headache within seconds. So, then i thought of sharing this wonderful tip with you.

What are Endorphins ?

Endorphins are endogenous opioid polypeptide compounds. They are produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates during strenuous exercise, excitement, pain and orgasm, and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a sense of well-being. 2. Concentration/ Meditation - I have found this method very effective. Whenever you get a headache, find a quite place in open air surroundings example garden or just go outdoors. Then Close your eyes and try to concentrate at the center point(with closed eyes). As long as you concentrate you will feel no pain but after you open your eyes, headache will be there. So, you need to do it for longer time and you can also take deep breaths as it will increase the oxygen level in your body and that is what our brain loves the most.

3. Shower : Take shower, if possible, with Luke Warm or hot water. You will feel relief from headache while you are taking shower. After the shower, Few deep breaths and take a nap or use the above mentioned method(Concentrate).

How to wake up early in the morning

For many people waking up early in the morning is the most difficult and hated thing because we love to sleep and remain in our dreams. But we have to wake up early because we have lots of work to do everyday. Here are some ways to develop a habit of waking up early in the morning.

1. Fix a time when you will go to bed for sleep, say 11 Pm and you can wake up at 5 AM. If you continue this procedure for few days it will become easy for you to wake up at 5 AM in morning automatically.

2. Use an alarm clock which is very common, but you must not place alarm clock near your bed. Keep it away from your bed so that you have to walk to the clock to turn off the alarm.

3. Keep a water sprayer near that clock and after turning that alarm off, spray some water on your face.

4. You should have some reason to wake up early in the morning. It might be work or doing exercise etc. Without any reason it becomes difficult to wake up.

5. A very serious advice at the end, for god sake don't use sleeping pills at all. They will spoil your system and will not bring any improvement.
