If you are a blogger blogging on the free blogspot environment, you would probably come across updating sitemap through atom 1.0 feed or through Rss 2.0 feed. It is even applicable to wordpress bloggers but wordpress plugins like sitemap will do the work for them.

For those of you who doesn't know importance of sitemap and usage of it, Sitemap is an xml document that is used by search engine crawlers to identify the links from a site that are to be added to their search engine index. That means, the search engine will have all the important links that are given by you and will update accordingly.

What if you wont update your sitemap?
The search engines like Google or yahoo or bing or ask, takes their own time in crawling the newly updated page and sometimes may not find them at all. In that case your effort spent on writing those posts goes off. More posts indexed is directly proportional to more visibility of the site and is directly propertional to more money after all.

Now, coming to the topic, have you ever noticed that you can update the sitemap to google? IF so have you used atom feed? IF yes is your answer. you might have upated the feed url as shown below. This is recommended by google as well.

Lets say, your site is having 700 odd posts and you want a sitemap that has 1000 links. update google with the sitemap as follows.

http://your-blog-address.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=1000.

The above syntax orders search engine crawlers to keep updating starting from 1 till 1000 posts.

Now, go to google webmaster central and update the above url in the sitemap list by clicking on the add sitemap button.

Now a days the number of sites are increasing and the total number of the pages on a specific topic is generally very high. In order to distinguish yourself from others you have to increase the readability of the site, which can be achieved by proper usage of the images. Now the problem starts, if you are ready to put enough number of images in the webpage to make it look more better, then google may not distinguish which one among them all is more relevant to the topic to display in the google image search. This may probably lead to the reduction of number of hits your age gets.

So in order to make it work with google images, you need to have a proper sitemap for the images in your website.

Now How to create an image sitemap for your site?

For Wordpress users: You can create an image sitemap for your wordpress site by using the XML sitemaps plugin.

Now the question is..

Is it worth having the image sitemap?

If this is the question, the answer is NO. It is not worth having the sitemap for images. The sitemap amit developed is complained to be buggy and not worth to have it.

Secondly, google can crawl and index all the images that is reletively important while crawling the page that is having images. So unless you are developig a very big site, it is not worth having the Image sitemap plugin.

I found this after researching on net for couple of hours. thanks to kartik for sharing such an information with us.

Before starting our theme installation we shall follow strictly the below note point.

NOTE: preserve the phone book contacts and important documents by taking back up. please dont complain me later avoiding this note point.I am not responsible if you mess up with your phone.

So now, lets start our experiment.

This is the default black theme that is available.

Download softwares called TK FILE EXPLORER AND BITPIM

connect your phone using usb cable.

make sure that pc studio is not running and its not monitoring your device.... i.e. completely close it .

open BitPim and follow the below commands (you can skip these steps if you want.)
1. click on settings--> ComPort option would be there (5th option)
2. --> click on browse
3. --> then a "choose a comm port window will open
4. --> in the available ports portion --- search for SAMSUNG USB Mobile Modem
5. --> click on that-- then you can see its description down there.....
6. --> scroll down and there you will see ----
7. name COMXX (here XX can be any no. in every individual case as per you com) (in my case it is COM4)
8. --> now note down this com port name.(just remember the port name )
9. -->now without closing BitPim , open TK file explorer
10. -->in TK file explorer , click on setting -- COM
11. -->then inside port option manually write the com name that you saw in BitPim
12. --> click ok and then click file --- connect

your phone will be connected to TK file explorer.

now download the nv_original.ini file that is taken from XEII4 firmware

the link has been checked and works fine. it is file of " Baltic " folder. i have added the line that needs to be added to make the dark theme (black theme), so you just have to transfer the file .

after this ...... do these steps in TK file explorer--

steps for this method -->

connect your phone and connect to tk file explorer

open systemFS --> settings --> preconfiguration --> Baltic --> NV --> put this file there.

to put this file ... you can see two windows in tk file ..... just on the upper window go wherever you have this file and drag down in the NV folder of Baltic

After this close tkfile..... and disconnect phone.

Do preconfig on the phone

dial *#6984125*# --> Pre-connfiguration --> *#73561*# -- > select Baltic.

phone will restart and then u have dark theme on it.

but if u change for red or green back, it will be gone, u will need to do Pre-configuration again to see it.
So if u like then just dont change it back to green or red.

Those who dont have baltic folder in their phones, follow these steps:
1. go to (using TKexplorer):
Phone --> systemFS --> settings --> preconfiguration --> Default --> NV -->

2. this folder should be empty.
copy the file: "nv_original.ini"
in this folder.

3. dial *#6984125*# (in keypad) --> Pre-configuration --> *#73561*# -- >
here u should find a "default" option.

4.click on install, the phone will restart and ur new theme is installed.

You can stop OGAADDIN.DLL to load at the start of OFFICE applications and disable the OGA NOTIFICATION to pop up. Jus by removing the OGAADDIN.DLL file you can achieve this. So here is the step by step procedure, a small hack, which makes your windows assume that KB949810 is properly installed.

1. Click on Start --> Run --> Type regedit in the box and hit Enter
2. This will open Registry Editor window, press Ctrl+F to open search box
3. Type OGAAddin.connect in the serach box to find this registry key
4. Once found, Right click on Load behaviour and select Modify option
5. Edit and change the value from 3 to 0
6. Repeat this process for each and every instances of OGAAddin.connect key

Disable OGA Notification – Hack 2

This hack will completely remove OGAAddin.connect registry key from system registry and the OGA notifications will be automatically removed. However the system might ask you to install this update using Windows Live Update again.

1. Go to Start >> Run >> Type regedit in the box and hit Enter
2. Navigate to the following key paths and remove these registry keys completely from your system. You might find any other key which contains OGAAddin.connect registry value, remember to remove all of them.

1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12 (address might differ depending on your Office version and installation drive) >> Right click on any office applications such as inword.exe, excel.exe, powerpnt.exe etc and choose Run as Administrator option
2. Head to Options (at the bottom of the menu) >> Add-Ins
3. Select COM Add-ins under Manage drop down list >> Hit Go.

We can completely disable OGA or KB949810 notifications by uninstalling KB949810 OGA Notification via OGANotifier.msi and this will stop and remove all OGA notifications.

1. Navigate to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\8998da55d52b36c0e98ba016ddd50de0\ folder (Assuming C:\ as your installation folder)
2. Extract OGANotifier.cab using WinRAR to find a file named as OGANotifier.msi
3. Right click on OGANotifier.msi >> select Uninstall
4. Block automatic update installation to avoid further installation
5. Now you have successfully got rid of Notifications

Disable OGA Notification – Hack – 5

Microsoft does not allow people to uninstall OGA notifications, but you can easily delete and remove OGA components from your system manually. In this way, they will be automatically go inactive and you won’t see those boring “This copy of Microsoft Office is not genuine” notifications again.

Motorola Releases New Moto CLIQ 3G Smart Phone on T Mobile:Specs

Motorola has unveiled its latest 3G smart phone, Moto CLIQ to be powered by Android and its own software Motoblur that syncs all social net working modus operandi in one interface. Moto CLIQ will in the rest of the world be the constant companion of Moto lovers and assume the name Moto Dext. The CLIQ has a roving eye of 5 MP with Auto Focus . The CLIQ does not seem to be Wi Fi enabled though and comes with 2GB internal memory which is extendable up to 32 GB. The CLIQ is the first of the brands from Motorola that would be courting Android and it appears to be a serious relationship and faithful one too. The specs and the press release are below.
