So? We deliver longer-term, skills-based, deep learning programmes to embed new habits over an extended period of time. (We wish it worked overnight too.)

Skills stick when learning is practical, experiential & immersive.

Content libraries don’t build capability (and no-one uses them). You can’t learn to swim by reading a book — and you can’t build skills without doing.
